It was empty at 9:20am & super clean, friendly staff and super helpful.
Worst customer experience and service. Tried to return these shoes in the store but they refused even though I never wore them. The scuff was on them when I bought them on happened while trying on in the store. Beware of their shady return policy!

I walked in looking to make a purchase. It's my birthday month. There were two employees on the sales floor who did not greet or assist customers. I walked the entire store, ultimately leaving empty-handed due to both employeeswereon their cell phones.. My experience was horrible , I think I will go to Galleria to make my purchase. Please train your employees how wow the customer.

1st time here. Minimal selection of dress men's pants. Lots of casual clothes. Nice selection of kid toys and home goods. Will spend more time here on next visit.

This is the best store! There’s room and it’s not hot. Lots to choose from. We were so shocked. We didn’t think it would be very good. The people working there were so sweet and happy! Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Very unpleasant staff. Experienced it today and then read so many negative reviews about this location. Total disinterest in customers, chatting instead of offering help, rudeness, arrogance. I do not understand why management does not take actions. Young tall black lady that worked daytime on Jan 10th needs some serious attitude training. Walked out without the intended purchase.
They have a nice selection of casual clothing lines...but the manager was incredible!😉😍

This place was great. I wanted to buy my wife something nice that i never brought before so I stopped here. Of course the store is very expensive but my wife deserves more. The staff greeted me and my boys like we where very important and he was very attentive to my need and anything I asked he would answer are go get an answer. Thanks for making this experience great.

I went to this store to purchase a pair of shoes I had my eye on for weeks before, on a previous visit, but the shoes were not there. Every staff member was too busy to even acknowledge my presence. I left went to another store to shop and came back. Most of the customers from before were all but gone, but not one associate was in sight. I circled the store twice and saw the associates talking to each other and still not one acknowledged my presence. I left and won't ever return.
So when checking out instead of the cashier asking me to rate them the best rating like I almost experience every time, she takes it upon herself to press the button for me. I said, "no ma'am that's not how that works." She looked at me like I was crazy and she was right, WRONG! I said what I said. This is the 2nd time. The 3rd time will speak with the manager and contact the corporate office.
