I went into the gender neutral side of the changing room with my girlfriend so we can try on stuff in separate stalls and this elderly worker decided to come in and direct some random man into the stall my girlfriend was in and started banging LOUDLY and yelling at her to get out so the other man can use the stall. I went out and confronted her and told her that she was being loud and rude and needed to calm down. She ignored me and kept banging and yelling at my girlfriend to come out and said because the other stalls were closed this was only mens side now. There was no sign about this and looked like she was just making up rules while clearly ignoring me telling her to calm down. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. You need to learn how to treat your customers better and put SIGNS UP if you are going to change the rules of the fitting room. I think she was having some kind of power trip and needs to learn how to be professional. Who hires these terrible unprofessional people who think it is okay to just start banging on the doors and yelling at people in the changing room. Honestly who does this? Please get rid of this old woman who works here she shouldn't be around at all

I can honestly say Kelly and Dana went above and beyond trying to help as best they could with an online order and trying to see if they had it in store to avoid any delays in shipment. I never had a store go this far for a customer and I appreciate it in every way.

I’m totally bummed I forgot my sales associate’s name, she was so helpful so friendly, I was on the fence about whether or not I was going to purchase but he patience and willingness to show me everything I was interested in and spend the time really convinced me! Stopped in to try Ralph's Coffee. Coffee shop attached to store on back parking lot side. Very cool little spot with excellent coffee. Pricing not off the charts either! Would definitely recommend if headed to shops and in need of a quick snack.

Terrific salespeople eager to help, but selection is the same year after year and the dresses they got this year, while lovely, completely ignore the large portion of us who would be caught dead with a sleeveless anything.

Very beautiful store but small selection. For a store that size I wish there were more bags, shoes, xl and 16, everything I like has to be ordered. Why can’t I have an in store experience instead of mail order? Why does all their stuff have to come to me in a box. Salespeople are helpful and $8 latte at Ralph cafe next door after I buy nothing helps too.

Horrible customer service, instead of them asking if I need help. They followed me around the whole store like I was stealing. I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t want to spend my money at the store. Once I purchased my items, the manager proceeded to follow me. Just to make sure I wasn’t bugging I stopped an acted like I was looking around. the manager stopped as well and leaned against the wall. I asked her if there was a reason why she was following me and she said she wasn’t. I laughed and just walked out the store.

We had a very pleasant experience at Gucci Manhasset with Michael T. He was very attentive and helpful with our purchase. I Would definitely recommend waiting for Michael or make an appointment to work with him. He is a super nice guy and made our visit easy and enjoyable. We had a few laughs during our interaction with him, he is a down to earth guy.

This happened a while ago, and I thought about not writing about it but this situation really infuriated me and I cannot forget about it. I was shopping at brooks brothers with my parents, there was a salesman that was helping us look for sizes. He walked away to look for the size we requested and there was another man that was shopping. He saw me waiting for the salesman and proceeded to say “he’s helping me so you can go away”. He even proceeded to shoo me with a wave of his hand. This man was so pretentious and entitled, I was absolutely flabbergasted that he could be so rude. On top of that the salesman just stood there and said nothing. He could have easily said, I’m helping her as well but instead he cowardly did nothing. Because of this situation I refuse to shop there ever again. I know you cannot control what your customers say but you could at least stand up for what is clearly wrong.

Been calling over a month to pick up my watch i dropped off to repair and client services keep telling me someone will call me back withing 24-48 hours,they even mention the manager will....As of today with my 10-12 phone calls them NOBODY has reach out to me...why spend so much money over an item that was faulty and took it back for repair and now i cannot even get a response...very disappointment and unprofessional....

I was very upset about their staff. I went there for a specific item, which I found, and tried to grab from the clothing rack. When I did, the staff came over and yelled at me for touching the clothes from the rack. I told her I was grabbing the clothing from the rack to buy but she resolutely refused and wouldn’t let me get it. It was on the regular clothing rack with a bunch of other cloth racks surrounding it. I can’t tell if it was because of me being Asian or because she was in a bad mood, but the fact that she gave me no explanation and started yelling at me, a customer, for trying to buy a piece of clothing left me shocked and appalled.

First time here! Great store. To floors of great finds and great prices. Very neat and organized. Beautiful displays and clusters of items. Huge variety of bedding and pillows and housewares. So many items on clearance, prices are too good to pass up. Only drawback was the insane line. Only 3 registers were open and there were over 20 people on line.

I shop there all the time, I am Asian and I never felt they treated me any differently. I really hate people behaved badly and blamed it on race. The employees are always nice and helpful. They are on their feet all day and earning minimal wages, give them some credit and courtesy too!

Return policy is horrible! I purchased a parfum gift a little over a month before Christmas and tried to return item 2weeks after purchase and since it was past 7days policy stated it can not be returned (even though items were boxed with unbroken seal in original packaging) Buyers beware. Store just offered exchange but no refund… knowing this now if I’m not shopping for myself I will not be buying from Ferragamo for gifts.

Great place to shop for amazing bargains on awesome designer brands. Great finds from shoes, suits, dresses, bags to household items. I found 4 great tops and spent under $100. I also found some great kitchen gadgets and pillows.
My favorite department is the shoe department! It’s impossible to “walk out” without a pair or two! Makeup department is loaded with colors and colognes and hair products. Worth the trip!

They staff is rude with condescending attitude. I love Theory but will never go to that location again.

During my visit to Prada, I felt uncomfortable when the associate asked my mom if she can check her Hermés shopping bag for a sensor because the alarm went off, even though it didn't. It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we needed help but asked if she can check my mom shopping bag. Unfortunately, due to my negative experience at the store, I didn't end up making a purchase, even though I had planned to buy a bag.

On March 2, I bought a pair of Blue Rhytons from the Forum Shops at Caesar’s in Las Vegas while on vacation. I had buyers remorse and decided to return to my nearest NY location. The location is about 45 mins from my home. I was greeted by an Asian woman who asked me if I had worn the shoes…. I told her no, I just came back from Vegas and I changed my mind about them. She goes in the back for maybe 5 mins and comes back out with a heavy set Caucasian man with a receding hairline and dressed like he was in a music video, he had on a black Gucci hoodie and Gucci printed sweatpants. (Not professionally dressed like the others).
His name escapes me but he says he will not be able to process this return since they were worn!! I said well I never worn them other than in the Vegas store. He said I will have to take that up with the people in the Las Vegas Gucci store. I said to him never wore them and (in a rhetorical sense) why would they sell me a worn shoe. He then says “well all of our Gucci clients inspect their shoes before leaving the store”. It was an insult. Why would I think they are selling me a shoe that I wouldn’t be able to return?? Should I now believe that all salespersons LACK integrity when purchasing in store??
Then this older woman, very Karen like, with gray thinning hair, decides she wanted to get involved when I had already put my shoes back in the box and bag and I was on the phone with the store in Vegas. She proceeded to REPEAT what the Caucasian guy said. (That the shoes look worn, blah blah blah) She just seemed like she wanted to be involved.
I stopped going into this store many, many years back when I bought my Joy Boston bag and was treated like my kind was not welcomed there and I vowed to never go there again.I never wanted any salesperson to make commission off of my money. Since this was a return, I just figured I’d be ok. Nope!! Same racist experience there. I know if I was a white person, this return would have happened!
*Update… the shoes were sent back to the Gucci Store in Vegas (on their dime; read my Gucci Vegas review) and the manager there agreed they were NOT worn. They were just “dry looking”. Also confirming that the shoes had never touched any gravel or pavement. My money was returned to me. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING TO AMERICANA EVER AGAIN

Absolutely beautiful store with so many gorgeous items to choose from. We went for a gift for a little boy and the sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful! She helped find the perfect outfit and looked high and low for the size we needed! Can’t wait to go back for a baby gift. The choices in baby layettes and outfits are absolutely precious!

Terrible customer service. I bought a hat and the next day came to exchange size because it was too small and was told I could not because I tried it on. The hat is in perfect condition. They said I “should have worn a shower cap to try on” refused any help. Very upsetting given how much I have shopped in the store in the past. Not worth spending hard earned money on a company that does not value its customers.

My experience with Michelle from beginning to end was amazing. She was patient, kind and super helpful. I called the store to ensure they had a particular item in stock (I did not want to drive 25 minutes in case they did not have it). Michelle went above and beyond my expectations – She was such a pleasure to work with over the phone and beautiful wrapped my purchase and was ready for when I arrived.

Nadine was amazing, patient and tried so hard to find me the right outfit. Only thing is the store was out of my size in most pants so I was disappointed. She did a great job however and I purchased the cutest flats a pretty blue shell.

Really helpful team. The belt my wife got for me online was too small, we didn't know we couldn't return it to the store but the person that helped came up with the solution. She was able to send the belt out on our behalf and cut/adjust a new belt on the spot.

This is the best store I've been to in a while!! Wow, great product selection and amazing staff. These ladies really do work as a team and it's so incredible. Shout out to Gina, who was super nice, PATIENT, and so helpful to both my husband and me. My husband and I couldn't stop talking about you last night. Thank you Gina and Theory for being there and putting a smile on my face during these difficult times. I had an amazing experience here last night with my cousin. Alan, Ellen, and Carlita were all extremely informative, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. They were not pushy at all, and were extremely patient despite it being so close to the store’s closing time. I will continue to drive over an hour to this location instead of buying anything online from Ferragamo’s website ever again. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

Beautiful store, wonderful service. Love the black nylon handbag & cosmetic bag line, they last long & doesn't go out of style. If anything breaks Prada will fix it for a small fee even after 10 years. Haven't bought another brand of bag in years. Love my briefcase as well, use it every day & it's still in great shape.

I have to give Prada Manhasset 5 Stars. I have purchased two purses at this location. One for my wife, and one for my mother. Both purchases the staff was extremely helpful. For my wife's purse they ordered and held the purse until I was able to look at it in person. I had a similar experience for my mother's purchase. Staff is very polished and courteous.
