I also want to praise the tailor who helped me adjust the size of my jeans for the quick service. I didn’t expect to be able to order the suit and get it on the same day. It is very impressive! Oxie was the attendant assigned to me. She is a true sales woman. I ended up buying more than I bargained for. However, I truly enjoyed the service. She is patient and truly understands what the client needs and wants. I am happy going to the Den Haag branch over Rotterdam. I walked out with a suit as I planned my day to.

Made an appointment to get a tailormade suit. Was greeted by the salesperson at the entrance. She made sure we were comfortable and took her time to listen to my wishes. Well...I have paid for a jacket in the shop two days ago. The jacket should be sent two me in a size XL. Since then it has been quiet - apart from a questionnaire about my shopping experience.

Bijzonder nare ervaring gehad hier. Naar mijn mening norse, neerbuigende eigenaar die klandizie hoogstwaarschijnlijk behandeld op basis van sociaal-economische status en eerste, nietszeggende indruk. Liep hier naar binnen omdat ik een specifieke soort stropdas nodig had. Totaal geen interesse van de beste man, kreeg een vage beschrijving van waar zijn dassen staan en verder geen enkele toenadering gehad in een leeg winkel. Uiteindelijk zelf naar hem toegelopen en een vraag gesteld; werd niet eens aangekeken, en vervolgens afgekraakt omdat mijn vraag blijkbaar beledigend was voor hem (type schoen combineren met das en riem). Daarna een hele opgefokte, pretentieuze en bovenal ongevraagde lezing ontvangen van de eigenaar over hoe sommige klanten omgaan met zijn dassen. Uiteindelijk mijn geduld bewaard en weggelopen. Misschien een nieuwe concept van omgaan met klanten, maar dit sloeg helemaal nergens op. Manners first sir! Dus ben jij ook zo een volgevreten type die graag neerkijkt op mensen en totaal losstaat van de realiteit? Perfecte winkel voor jou. Voor ieder anders: loop er niet eens langs.

i don’t really write review but this time i have to. I had a bad experience that i ever had before. In the morning i went into the shop and i said i wanted to return the shirts that i bought from them. The staff refused to return my money and said “there is no way i will return money to you”, he turned his back and walked away. This is how the shop treats customer? I asked him in a polite way for my money back and he treated me like this! Don’t go to this shop people !
I recently ordered from CREDO and I needed to exchange one of the items. I was in communication with a staff member called Jeremy, and he went out of his way to help me sort out my return. Really appreciated that; so, thank you! Lovely customer service ✨

Ik heb hier mijn Macmillan Canada Goose jas gekocht. Helaas, moest ik van de winkel na 1 jaar garantie direct contact opnemen met Canada Goose voor hulp.
Na dit gedaan te hebben om een aantal gebreken van de jas door te geven mocht ik deze jas opsturen naar Canada Goose. Na terugontvangst van mijn jas zag ik tot mijn verbazing dat mijn compleet is verkleurd.

I am yet to have a negative experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and banter can go back and forth in a welcoming manner. The prices vary enough that even I can afford to wear a nice looking suit from the home brand. They also tailor as well and they seem to do a decent job at it. Perhaps every now and then it lacks a little variation, but still a lovely place.
Incredibly helpful (& patient) staff. Good quality trousers and shirts. Alterations are skillfully done.

I used to buy from them every time I visited The Hague but They lost me as a customer after the last stunt they pulled with tricking me.
My husband and I went to this shop and bought 3 jackets. The owner helped us and made (what we thought) a good deal for us. The price of the jackets was 199€, 149€ And 149€. The owner said "if you buy them all you can have them for 450€" . My husband closed the deal for 400€. In reality all the jackets were 99€ per jacket, and the owner took advantage of the fact that my husband didn't see the sheet infront of the shop. When my brother who lives in holland told us about the sale( he had a few days before bought a jacket there for 99€) we went back to the shop and the man working there told us to get everything, and he would sort it out. By now the whole shop was decorated with the sheets 99€ for all jackets. When we came back with everything the salesman had taken away all the sheets saying " all jackets 99€" and claimed they had made a mistake and it should have been "starting from".The next day when we walked by the sheets were up again with "all jackets 99€!!!

I've visited this shop on 15-07 in search for a wedding suit. The Society Shop looks splendidly after their recent renovation. In 2016, a friend of mine bought his wedding suit here, and it looked very good. I however had an unpleasant experience. The salesman initially was very friendly, offered us something to drink and inquired what my expectations and wishes where. So far so good. I explained to him my unfamiliarity with wearing a suit and mentioned my budget. The next 45 minutes were surrealistic: the salesman seemed adamant to make me choose a dark-blue fabric (slightly above my budget) from a catalogue. I mentioned my hesitation to choose my wedding suit from a catalogue and I requested to let me fit a suit in this blue colour, or in another colour. I was wearing a blue shirt that day, and my request for a white shirt was declined (in other shops, e.g. Hugo Boss, Armani, Bijenkorf, this was no problem). With a sigh he allowed me to fit one blue suit (“You see? This is your colour! Why bother with trying out other colours?”) – and we were back at the catalogue, this time to choose the right buttons...
We left the shop feeling somewhat disillusioned, and at the end of the day bought an Armani suit in another shop. I have no remarks on the knowledge of the Society shop, they certainly are professionals on this topic. However, if you are looking for ‘a’ suit, and you’re very into this subject, and want some guidance along the way (without feeling totally incompetent at the end of it), you should go somewhere else.

One of a kind store. Do you want to go to ten different stores or do you want to succeed in one place? Everything you want for whatever clothing you need. Not for the regular and average minded men. As cool as it gets or perfect for a suite. Love the place. Every time I am visiting he has the newest funky and cool items. Ten C, bell staff pretty fantastic jackets. Bought a dry corn suite which became my favorite. My Barbour jacket and my G lab are still the coolest every time I put them on. Big custom motorcycle in the shop which gives you a vide of rock and coolness. Place to be and to go to on the Denneweg. Look them up online and you will feel the vibe.

I want my jeans my girlfriend bought me jeans and the store manager keeps running away every time my girlfriend come to the store, she has already paid I don't now why they giving her a hard time nx I want to report this shop for stealing peoples money😡😡
First I was suspicious about the shop but surprised at the end which nice clothes they had. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing error after wearing the trousers twice the seam was loose and a little hole appeared. After a short discussion the seller was not ready to take the trousers back.
Their own Credo suits are terrific! Thanks Thijs for your great help!
