Staff always helpful and friendly. Good quality items.
A rare opportunity to find a class clothes retailer these days selling designer clothes and shoes. My wife bought two pairs of shoes at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Lovely retail experience. I would recommend everyone to use this lovely shop. We need these shops to stay on our high street. You can't replicate this shopping experience with online buying. I'll definitely be back. Well worth a five star rating.
The quality of FatFace clothing is unmatched. Their cotton rich products especially are fabulous - I’ve got a couple of long sleeve t-shirts and a jersey dress that I love wearing. Their children line is also unique - great patterns and designs. My little one has a denim jacket, a few zipped hoodies, swimming costumes, t-shirts, cotton dungaree and more. Prices are a bit steep, but they do frequent sales so I usually buy and stop at the shop around sale times. You can also find shoes and accessories like bags, scarves, hairbands, jewellery, mugs and more.
Very good range of clothes that I've nearly got all of the Ralph Lauren polo pro range. Also the more you buy the more you save and you also get extra credit for being a valued customer...Definitely worth a visit, the customer service is second to none...10 out of 10..

We bought two items this week online - great digital experience and followed up with a personal delivery from the owner the next day. I have not been in the shop, it looks very classy on the outside. They do history tours occasionally. The building is very old, as are many in the top part of the town.
Women's section larger than the mens. Staff friendly and helpful.
Good quality and variety of clothing.
Just love White Stuff, only discovered them last year and can't keep away! Very original design ideas make their clothes easy to wear for either smart or casual occasions. Be wary of their sizes though, I find a 10 a little tight but a 12 is huge, do pick your clothes with care.

First time I have ever visited the White Stuff in East Grinstead and what a lovely surprise. I was looking for a pair of white cropped jeans and I saw some in the shop window as I passed so I thought I would go inside and take a look. Firstly, the jeans are lovely. They fit well and are true to size and very well made, I am sure they will last me for years. The bonus was they were doing an offer for a 'second' pair for £15 saving over £30 on two pairs so I ended up buying a denim pair as well! What I would like to say also is what lovely staff - all three assistants were extremely helpful and friendly and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my shopping experience - so for these reasons I would definitely shop in this store again. 5 stars +

Very friendly staff and great collections, nicely displayed. They stock Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Hackett,Gant, Tommy Hilfiger and many other top designer brands.
They now have a new floor running throughout the store which has totally changed the look. It's very modern and styleish so it's definitely worth a visit.
For the ladies theirs a shoe department on the 1st floor which is where the wedding hire used to be, it now looks so much brighter.

Brilliant food and amazing service. Should be no.1 on TripAdvisor! Location is very unassuming though but don't avoid it because of that. Could use a spruce up on decor but to be fair if the food is as good as it is there and keeps being that way I'm not going to complain. Take away available as well.
