This store always goes above and beyond to help their customers. Sarah is an awesome manager that really cares about making sure you get the jeans you want. They’ve earned a lifetime customer with me.

Kendra absolutely made my experience here! I would give 5 stars, but the store does have a ton of options for large women to try on in store.

Was buy one get one free but they purposely mix clearance items in with the regular items. So when you checkout you have to go back and find a non clearance item to qualify for the deal. Then have to wait in the long line again, which most people don't want to do so end up making extra money off. Also, cashiers were slow and confused.
Saw multiple cash transactions when register was not accepting cash, no change in drawers, empty. Some people did not recieve any change because of this if they payed in cash. No one wanted to wait for a manager that never showed up.

I had such a great experience this last Wednesday. My friend and I went looking for a gift for his girlfriend and were helped by Jacky. She made our experience so great! I’ve been to many different Buckle stores and can say this is the best service and experience I’ve had. Jacky was AMAZING!!!

If you want quality pants, look elsewhere.
Between the wife and I, we have about three dozen jeans, slacks, and shorts combined. We have each had multiple pairs where the leather tag / badge has bled into the pants and have permanently stained them. We follow directions and wash as the tag specifically states.
Spending this kind of money on pants like this, you'd expect better. Customer service is not willing to help or wanting to change the product.

Do not waste your money in this store. I came in looking for jeans after losing 60 lbs. I told the salesman I needed a new pair he pulled two for me and then went about to talking to his associate. No one else was in the store, besides my friend and I. They weren’t busy, I came out of the changing room to ask for a smaller size and instead he ignored me. It wasn’t till I had put back on my clothes and left the jeans in the changing room, came out and actually walked up to him did he acknowledge me. His response try Nordstrom for irregular sizes. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. So I went to Levi’s and dropped $700 all jeans then Neimans and dropped $2,200 on clothes. It wasn’t all jeans mind you but their associates were kind and helpful so they deserved the commission they got. Do NOT shop here

I bought a pair of short and brought in a pair on Sunday 8/13/23 and had them tailored. They told me it would be ready Tuesday 8/15/23. I come to pick them up on Wednesday 8/16/23 and they haven’t even been touched yet. They apologized and told me to come back @5:30pm and they would be ready. It is currently 6:11pm and they still aren’t ready. Go to Nordstrom instead…. Terrible

I was trying some clothes and the lady just looks so desperately to close the cashier and leave. (Poor customer service) Dallas Marciano store. I came all the way from Houston just to buy my clothes… I asked if I can order some shoes and she is like we don’t have your size without even checking on the computer I purchased mostly all the time at Marciano and never got this experience in other stores she didn’t even ask for my phone number to put it in the system. Ended up buying anyways because I really like the clothes but I will NEVER come back to purchase in this store. Zero zero zero

I wouldn’t be surprised if Express store fronts don’t make it. 1) everything is cheaper online and Express policy is to not match in-store. 2) when you go to the store, the people working are the least bit friendly let alone helpful. Why would I spend more money just to be treated poorly? $100 for a shirt and the guy couldn’t be bothered to ask if I found everything okay or needed anything else.

I have been a customer here for years, I recently bought a dress here with multiple wardrobe malfunctions, which I didn't notice until I got to my destination. It ended up being a very embarrassing event, so much so I kept trying not to be in public eyes and kept to myself by a corner.. I went back to explain this to them, but they kept brushing me off and didn't want to help me out even with store credit. Mind you, this dress was $300 I can't believe this is how they have treated a loyal customer...

Was shopping for a bomber type jacket with little to no collar and no hood, after checking at many stores I checked at Tommy Bahama Galleria Dallas store and found what I was looking for including size and color with help from the staff.

My experience at this location at the Galleria at Dallas Pkwy recently was down right horrible. I spoke to the store on April 17th about returning some jeans, provided the details, and they told me to come in and it would not be a problem. I go in Sunday afternoon April 23rd, and spoke to a representative at the store where they assured me they would get me taken care of. She then handed me over to another representative to find replacements. After about an hour or more of trying on jeans, and trying to ignore conversations in the dressing room about being overwhelmed and needing to talk to their manager, and that Ross didn't do this etc., I was finally ready to get checked out. I get to the counter a representative Rose, who was no where to be seen until I got to the register, informed me the jeans I had could not be exchanged. That she had spoken to the manager and it could not be done. I then spoke with the manager Celeste who mentioned the same.
I told them I had explained my situation before I arrived, and showed them my phone when I called and spoke to a store represenative on the 17th. I repeated what I had mentioned. No sympathy from Rose or Celeste not even a sorry this happened. Celeste then walked away. I informed Rose about the policy on line for returns, and also if they couldn't return them why did they allow me to try on jeans. They wasted my time, and could have said something. They had my jeans in their hands the whole time I was there.
I called the corporate office and they confirmed what I believed to be true, and suggested calling a different location and they saved the day and got me taken care of. To say the least this is the last time I visit this location. Exchanges are up to the managers discretion, so if the manager says no you won't get your exchange, despite having been told different by other associates at the same location. The customer service at this location needs an overhaul, because I got helped, but at a different location, where they apologized for the bad experience, and they made it right. Thank you Milan at the corporate office also who suggested I visit a different location. I am glad I called! You helped me beyond words. Thank you!

The store is clean, bright and nicely set, very attractive goods they have. cashier is friendly however the sales lady is so unfriendly, the poker face and attitude so unpleasant. I hope this changes by training to encourage better sales.

0 Stars. Horrible and totally lack of humanity & compassion from management. I fell in Dec 2022 & sufferd injury to my knee. The manager or man on duty left me on the floor crying offering no assistance not even asking if I was ok. I was helped up by my husband & went to seek medical attention where I suffered injury to my knee. My knee was bloddy, swollen, bruised and unable to put pressure on. Asked the manager to file an incident report he said there was nobody available and gave me a wrong number on a post it note. I was helped to the car. I have a fluid filled cyst and bone bruising. On crutches and knee brace for several weeks after injury. After x-ray, MRI & orthopedic doctor. Still going through physical therapy currently due to injury from fall. The Express store takes no responsibility & is a horrible company to allow customer's to lay alone on the floor after injury in their store. To fall get hurt and not offer any assistance. Inhumane and no compassion what is wrong with people?

I would give negative stars if possible. I went into this store today with my daughter. The two ladies who were working there clearly had issues. One actually made eye contact with me but still refused to speak. They greeted the customers who came in behind us. They completely ignored my daughter and I as we went through the store although they spoke to others. I walked out and then my daughter came out shortly after. She was extremely upset when they started laughing after I walked out. I will never come here again because they were just absolutely ridiculous.

I came in with my mother today browsing for some shorts to buy for a bachelorette party. This is my first time coming to lucky brand in store to be honest. We did not stay long, not even five minutes. The associates hanging out at the desk ,and this was around 1:50-2:00 pm, looked directly at us when we walked in and said nothing. As we moved to the back of the store, they greeted someone else who came in. My mother was a little ticked off, but remained calm as she didn’t want to make me uncomfortable and left, but I stayed to browse a little more. Didn’t last long because I noticed that they were giggling and watching as she left the store. First impressions are everything and this one was the most uncomfortable experience I have had.

I took my daughter and her friend to Dallas to shop. Derek and Nick made the experience so wonderful for them! Everyone working helped at one point or another. What a joke. Ordered store pickup for items online marked as in stock in this store. After being charged for the items and calling to confirm, I drove 20 miles to pick up my items. Upon arrival, I was told my order was still “processing” and would be ready the next day. I then went around the store looking for the items I ordered, only to not be able to find a single item. Not a single sales assistant offered to help. I asked why the items were marked in stock at this store online if they aren’t actually in the inventory- I was told “online always shows that”. I asked them to take inventory of the store so online would be correct. After all this, I canceled my order. I’ve been a long time express customer and have worked retail. Terrible experience.

I stopped in looking for a few t-shirts to buy while I'm here in Dallas on a business trip. I found several I wanted, but they did not have my size in any of them. The staff was helpful, saying they could order them and have them shipped to me, but due to only being in town for a few days that didn't help me. Hopefully they can retain a sufficient stock of various sizes in the future..

This store customer service is great! Stephanie helped me so much it was unbelievable! I was looking to find an outfit for my birthday and knowing that I am a very indecisive person it meant a lot that Stephanie stepped in and saved the day! She’s great I’ll definitely shop here again.

Very poor customer service in regards to the managerial aspect. Not at all helpful. More mindful of his manicure than his customer experience. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BANANA AGAIN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have also changed their return policy which is like any other D+ retail store , Ross and TJ Maxx have Banana as their competitor now. I will shop at Nordstrom where their quality is better and their return policy makes sense.

I did not expect that premium stores like banana republic would refuse to take back a dress that did not fit my wife. My wife is in India and I wanted to surprise her, and so bought this red dress for her along with four other items. Unfortunately the dress did not fit, and given that my trip to India and back took 48 days, the store refused to return it. They kept showing me the 45 day return policy and redirected me to the online customer care representative. The online customer care representative could not help and said that it was the store manager's discretion. She also suggested that I could approach a different store and check if their manager was ready to accept it. Anyways, I agree that they are within their rights to refuse return, given that I was over the 45 day limit, but I never thought that a premium store such as banana republic would refuse a return. Specially since the dress was still in its original packing, and only worn once (for all of 5 mins) to check if it fit. They wouldn't even issue me store credit.

Today an employee was extremely rude; I was trying to put a pair of jeans back in place and he snatched them from me, making disgust noises while doing so.

I wanted to thank that lovely staff by their company web site but I could not enter it. So let me thank them I present my gratitude from here. I shopped on 6 May from that store. The lovely manager lady and the helpful man wearing summer hat were very polite and assisted me with smiling face to pick my summer clothes. They showed me the chicest clothes that suits me. That was a very nice summer shopping experience for me. The staff and the products are tremendous.

Today my wife and I experienced the worst customer service in both of our lives. The “manager” or so she claimed yelled at us across the room and gave us the ugliest attitude when we just needed a fitting room and waited patiently. Likewise, when we brought it to her attention how rude she was acting, she proceeded to call us rude and told us to get out of her store. She was in a frenzy and exclaimed she was the only one working there at the time. She poorly handled criticism most likely because she was young, but under no circumstance should a manager disrespect a customer. As we left and dropped all of the clothes we were planning to buy, she made a comment about how we were childish and then mocked my height. Poor management, poor service, disrespectful, and above all unprofessional. Will also be contacting corporate about this location. 0/5

The staff at this location is awesome! I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I found the cutest pair of jeans today thanks to Nancy, she was extremely helpful and patient with me. Great shopping experience overall.

Manager Naxiheli Rodriquez is a shopping 🛍 experience in heself. I already love the Galleria American Eagle and have been shopping here for myself and my 14 yr old daughter for yrs but she blew us away with how badass and accommodating she is.
She helped us both find lots of shorts. Suggested ideas when we described what we were looking for. Ran back and forth getting us sizes as different styles fit differently.

Let me just tell you this was one of the most fun shopping experiences of my life. I walked in and was greeted by Derek and Jeanie they complimented my hair and made me feel welcome. After explaining what I was looking for these two sent me to the dressing room and dressed me head to toe. I would come out and model the clothes and they would give me confidence and tips on how to wear the pieces. I felt like I was shopping with my best friends. I ended up with a ton of cute pieces and the want to go back and see them! 💯/10 recommend!!!!!!

Had a bad experience at this Gap store recently. I bought quite a few dresses from the store and it was directly paid through my Gap card. The billing person kep the bill in one of the bags and I came back.
Out of those dresses I returned a couple in a nearby Gap store due to size issues.
While making the payment for my Gap Card , I realized there is some excess amount and I checked my bill and found that Ibwas charged for a dress which wasn't in my bag.
I called store manager (Steven) detailing the same and he asked me to come back to store with all items so they can verify. I told him it won't be possible since I returned couple of items. He said he can't do anything as he has TRUST issues and can't trust me till he sees all items.
This was so absurd for 2 reasons :
1. It was so easy for him to say he doesn't trust
2. How foolish it was of him to say to come back to store with the items. What if I could intentionally hide a dress back at home and go back to store saying I did not have 2 items in my bag?
I found that ridiculous and thought of letting it go but wanted to share the experience.

They will not let you exchange online orders in store for another size. The customer service at this location is awful. I will only purchase AG jeans through Nordstrom, if at all.

First time going in here and IM HOOKED!!! Not only are the clothes super cute but the experience I had there was above and beyond my expectations!!!! Abby is a godsend she helped me figure out sizing and picking out clothes and even went as far as checking in on me while I was trying clothes on and when I needed/wanted something in a different size or style she was so sweet and grabbed it for me and never seemed annoyed or bothered to do it! The experience she gave me from the moment I walked in and when I paid my bill IS the reason I will be returning! Thank you Abby I appreciate you!

Wandered into The Buckle today to look for Hey Dudes. If you don't know, Hey Dudes are incredibly hard to find! BUT this location had a great selection of colors and styles. I was immediately assisted by Leslie! SHE IS INCREDIBLE! She was able to fully assist me with the styles and sizes I needed, all while continuing to help another customer. She wasn't pushy at all either! She was giving her genuine input when I asked which one she preferred for me & sizing. Because of her great service, I purchased 2 pairs! In a time where workers and good service are hard to come by, Leslie was a breath of fresh air. Loved her personality and kindness.

I was at the store today at about 3pm and as soon as I go to walk in I was greeted by an extremely rude employee telling me to put a mask on while hers isn’t even above her nose. Then I felt rushed because every 5 seconds an employee is coming up to me asking if I was finding everything okay, if I needed help with a size, and or need a fitting room, when I haven’t even had a chance to look at anything yet. If a company is going to enforce masks make sure your employees are also following your policy.

Loved the customer service at this store!! I am a long time customer of Express, and everytime I find myself at this store the employees are always so helpful. I went in for some new work clothes since I will be back in office soon, and Iris went above and beyond! Not only did she share some specials going on with me, but she grabbed me extra sizes, so I did not have to leave the fitting room! I’m now ready to go back to work in style <3

I went shopping here on a Saturday morning. The workers at the aerie were great. The ones at American Eagle were nice, however I felt like they didn’t want me there lol. All I was doing was walking around and minding my business, but I got approached by 4 different workers there asking me if i wanted to go into a fitting room and try on what I had in my hands. I wasn’t done shopping. If I wanted to go into a fitting room I would take myself when I’m done looking around. It was the weirdest thing honestly and I’ve never experienced such a thing. If you don’t mind being followed around the store and getting approached every 5 minutes while trying to shop, then you should have no issue here lol

Upon entering the store I was immediately profiled. When I walked up to the register no one greeted me; one employee went to the back, the other two stood behind the register counter working on there tasks.
I asked to do a return and both employees looked at each other before acknowledging my presence.
Ariana, took the receipt and immediately inspected the dress, which was wrapped in tissue paper. She flipped the seams inside out to see if the tag had been tampered with.
Ariana took my receipt and then asked why I wanted to return the dress. I told her it was because of the fit.
Ariana then said that she was not going to accept the return because the tag looked split, despite it still being attached to the dress. So I asked to speak to manager on duty, to which she replied she replied that she was. Next she claimed the dress also smelled like food, but Ariana was wearing a face mask covering her nose. The manager on duty Ariana, created a story to justify not honoring the return policy with the food smell comment to prove that I did in fact wear the dress and tampered with the garment tag.
There is no physical evidence of the dress being worn or damaged.
Before calling customer service, I asked Ariana to confirm her statement of me of wearing the dress and reattaching the tag. Ariana replied saying yes because our other tags don't look like this. She then directed me to contact customer service because her decision was final. I promptly did, where I spoke with Luis, and allowed her to speak with him where he took her statement and she repeated that the garment smelled like food and that the tag did not match the other dresses in house.
Following the customer service phone call I immediately began taking photographs of the dress on the store's couch next to the register when I noticed that all 3 employees were making comments in another language.
After taking pictures of the dress I asked for the original bag back to pack up and leave. Ariana and the other two employees started laughing and speaking in another language again as I was walking out the store.
Again, I have never purchased a dress from Guess or Marciano prior to March 25, 2021. I would like to also note that the only times they spoke around me was in another language.
Marciano's return policy on the receipt states:
"We accept unworn merchandise with the original receipt and tag attached for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Refunds for returns of full price merchandise will be issue in the method of original payment."
I brought back the dress, unworn with the original tag attached and the original receipt. I am requesting a full refund having met each of these requirements. They have a history via the reviews of unethical business practices including racial profiling, discrimination on return policy and horrible customer service.

Nice place and nice jeans, but if you're a short guy, you're out of luck. I wear 30 inch inseam and literally nothing in the store is shorter than 33". They do free alterations, but that's not good enough because the alterations never get the taper correct and the pants look stupid.

I went to the store today to return an item I brought there a week ago. First, the lady was extremely unfriendly and cold. I couldn’t find my receipt. She told me there is nothing they can do if I don’t have my original receipt with me. So, I went outside to call customer service and was able to get my receipt via e-mail. When I went back inside, the lady was lying to me and told me that she talked to her manager. Apparently her manager said that I was not able to return the item because it has some water stains and it’s a bodysuit. Sounded she was making up some reasons why they wouldn’t accept the return. I asked to talk to the manager but she was lying again and told me that her manager is at a kid’s birthday party. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get my receipt! She literally just wasted my time and kept lying about stuff. When I asked her, what I should do now she just told me to call customer service in a very disrespectful way. Look if you work at a clothes store, you ARE customer service! I guess they don’t have to worry about customer service at all! Will not go back and happily spend my money elsewhere.

What the heck is going on with the Banana Republic Brand? I happened to be walking through this store today, and saw a sweater jacket that I loved, but was too big. An employee came over and said don't you love that, I said I did but it was too large, and instead of her trying to help me find the correct size she literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I was ready to shop and buy, but the employee who had no one else in the store was too disinterested in closing the sale to help. My computer is a lot more help - I'll stick to buying online. And may I say that this is why retail stores are in so much trouble...

I went into this store with a friend, as we were shopping for Last minute NYE options. I found a dress that fit very flattering and was a great quality. It was available in two colors, red and black. Being unable to decide, I figured, why not purchase both and return whichever I do not wear. So on to the front desk we went. I put the dresses on the counter, and noticed that one of the straps on the Black dress was torn, so i asked if they had any others in the back that it could be swapped out with. The manager stated, Yes, i will grab you one. She put it on the counter when she returned, and made a very odd remark - "By the way, we will not accept any returns of merchandise that is worn/not resalable/damaged." I responded that that was completely understandable and would not be an issue, as i had other options to try on from an online order when i got home that day. If it was not going to be worn out for NYE, it was being returned. A $170 dress, mind you. They have a very standard return policy - 30 days, tags attached, unworn, with receipt.
Well NEWS FLASH - They completely deceived me on this purchase. I took both dresses back to the store a week later to do my return, since i had gone with a $60 dress that i ordered online for my NYE outfit, and decided not to wear/keep the $170 dresses (plural, since i purchased two at that price). When i laid the dresses on the counter with my receipt, the "manager" began to inspect the dresses. She stated that one of the two dresses appeared to have been worn and had been damaged (the Black one of course, that was grabbed from the back of the store on my behalf by the manager a week prior), and that the dress was not resalable and could not be returned at that time. Side note: The black dress that was given to me from the back of the store never got put on my body! So they "sold me" a "warn and non-resalable" dress to begin with. I don't know if I’m more frustrated by the fact that I cannot return the dress for my refund of $170, or that I am now stuck with a damaged dress that was sold to me in that condition.
Bottom Line - I will never purchase nor recommend any Marciano or Guess clothing to friends or family. The staff here is incompetent and has very poor customer service skills. That is your job – CUSTOMER SERVICE - That's all you have to do. So take some pride in you umteen dollar an hour job, and be kind and compassionate to your customers. This was the worst experience i have had with a standalone store in Galleria. I am sure there will be another store in its place in no time.
Oh - And Guess Customer service whom i called for assistance with this matter, told me they would send me an email with a Prepaid return label for me to ship the dress to the warehouse for a refund (as long as i emailed them photos of the dress for review). That is your job – CUSTOMER SERVICE - That's all you have to do. So take some pride in you umteen dollar an hour job, and be kind and compassionate to your customers. This was the worst experience i have had with a standalone store in Galleria. I am sure there will be another store in its place in no time.
Oh - And Guess Customer service whom i called for assistance with this matter, told me they would send me an email with a Prepaid return label for me to ship the dress to the warehouse for a refund (as long as i emailed them photos of the dress for review). I never received any email from them whatsoever. So chalking it up as a loss, keeping the "damaged" dress that i overpaid for, and taking business elsewhere.

Ellie was so fantastically helpful! I had 15 min to buy a whole new outfit and I’m glad I wandered into Lucky’s in the first 2 min of that time. She was thoughtful and thorough.

Been coming here for the past few years and usually am able to shop with no trouble. Today I experienced the worst customer service. The assistant manager Deb not only used sarcasm to mock my questions but also gave us an attitude when we asked if we could see the size of a display. As well as initially ignoring and walking away from us. As someone who also who also works as a manager in retail I know that there is never a need to disrespect any customer. There seems to be a lack of training from this location. Will not be shopping here on our future mall visits. Corporate office will be hearing about this experience

My friend and I stopped yesterday and each one of us bought a pair of jeans. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely come back to this American eagle and recommend it to friends and family. So if you’re looking for a good pair of jeans, this is your place to go. Costumer service was A+, a big thank you to the the nice ladies that work there 🙃

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Costumer service is absolutely horrible. They are beyond rude. Went to the mall with a friend, while I was in the apple store my friend went in there to just take a look around. The sales lady asked if she was shopping for a friend and when she said no she replied with well we don’t sell anything big enough for you.
Here’s a great idea, even if you don’t sell anything big enough for her (she’s not even big) how about shut up. Maybe keep to yourself? Perhaps ponder your own self worth. She’s a smart girl. She can figure out if you don’t sell her size with out having someone go out of there way to make a tactless remark.
As for the store you should probably look into hiring better employees seeing as your current supply is quite loathsome and pitiful.

I received a very unfriendly service from Michael. I bought a pair of clothes for my girlfriend and two of my clothes, and asked him to split the shopping bags into two, but he bluntly said that we could not afford one shopping bag. I once again asked him. Michael told another employee to put it in a small bag that did not fit well and he went elsewhere. The clothes I bought did not fit well into two small shopping bags, so the other employee gave me another small bag when Michael did not see it. The other employee continued to apologize to us and we felt very uncomfortable.

Cody R. Was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was such a pleasant trip. He listened when I said I didnt like something or a certain part of the jeans. He worked hard to help me find the particular jeans I was looking for. I will certainly be a returning customer. Out of the entire mall and stores we visited he was hands down the best associate we encountered. Thank you Cody!!

This place is in the Grapevine Mills Mall. GAP offers a wide range of clothes for men, women and children. Usually crowded on weekends, best to visit on weekdays to beat the crowd. Getting registered with them also helps as they send coupons and offers over email/SMS.

Galleria Dallas is a wonderful mall to shop, pass time, have fun, eat, skate on a rink etc. Too spacious and a wonderful experience. Whenever there s a plan this, please think about parking your vehicles as it may take much time.

I came in at about 6 pm and to look around. I didn't feel and negative vibes from workers and weren't asked a billion times if I was okay, which I do appreciate! I went upstairs to get my nails done and then returned to purchase a purse I could not stop thinking about. It was 30 mins from closing time; however, the sales associate was very friendly and even convinced me to get more. I signed up as a Guess member and went on about my day. I love great but laid back service.

The low reviews were old employees! The store has new management and sales associates. I've traveled to shop at this location several times and never ever disappointed by the friendliness and helpful staff. The ladies here are awesome. I went in for one dress and walked out with three great pieces!

worst customer services probably around town. workers are rude and exceptionally have an attitude. rolling eyes is what they seemed best as and when i suggested they summarize their policy to customers before other purchase items they refused and told us it wasn't their fault. nobody goes into a store and reads the policy especially because it's not on sale items... its on a special occasion dress.... definitely not coming back. ever

Love their clothing. Great quality and modern sexy sophistication! The girls working there are always helpful in finding you the right kind of clothing for your occasion. Never had a problem in the past 5 years shopping here. This is my go-to when I need sexy and elegant clothing.

Terrible customer service! I swear I am one of the biggest fans of this designer, but their choice of workers sucks!!!!!! They treat you like you can't afford to shop in there!! They are a part of guess. If you wak down an escalator and all the way to the back and hit the Guess store. You will be treated right! The Marciano store has gone down in customer service in the past two years. YES! I said TWO years. I have been shopping at this place for almost 7 years, and I still shop there to have faith in their employees to treat me and my friends better and their employees can't seem to get it right! I am about done with Marciano!
