Was threatened by one of the workers for asking him to move his truck. I can’t seem to get in contact with the company to file a formal complaint. He made me extremely uncomfortable in my own home, and made me feel unsafe to simply park my own vehicle in front of my residence. He yelled at me for “climbing into the truck” which security footage can prove never happened. Very disappointed at how he attempted to manipulate me and the fact I cannot talk to an actual person. He seemed very upset he was simply asked to move.

The worse experience ever. Truck was so old. Not safe to drive. I find out when I drove on the highway, I called the office I rented from in Louisville to tell them the truck is not safe to drive, he responded OK. I will transfer you the our call center.

The Penske is actually inside a store called the 'Mail Room'. They are a authorized dealer or whatever for Penske. The lady in there was super helpful. Got me a qoute. Let me check out truck beds to let me see what I was working with. Over the top helpful and kind.

We had the best experience renting a Penske truck from Chad. He was so thorough and so kind in explaining everything about driving a 26 foot truck. We will never rent from anyone else in Lexington Ky. It is sometimes difficult to find people with excellent customer service skills in today's society. Chad exceeded our expectations and helped us overcome our fear about driving a 26 foot truck.
