Guys closed in 10 min faster. As argument they mentioned that counter machine was closed. I need to buy new shoes that really important. But management decided to close early really unprofessional

Pior loja da cadeia! Funcionários não estão dispostos a ajudar (tinham uma peça que queria no estoque, disseram que ia demorar 15 min pra buscar, esperei e quando voltei pra experimentar afinal não tinham ido atrás do produto) e também são “sem noção” (perguntaram-me se um balde que estava no meio da loja era meu só porque eu me aproximei do objeto). A evitar!

Terrible service, my girlfriend asked a employee for help to find shoes. Employee went to the back and didn't return for 20 minutes. It was like they didn't want to sell any shoes.

Now this is a store with professional friendly people who were patient understanding and assisted in fulfilling the shopping list I had. orders were correctly placed and delivered timeously. They kept me updated as the goods arrived and stored them until I was able to collect. Customer service is their Forte
