Double check your bill receipts before leaving store. Be careful with their billing counter members though they scanned your items you may not get correct price as per price tag. They will charge more than the amount on price tag if I haven’t had observed my receipt. I would have lost 70kr on my 279 price tag item. They charged 349 for 279 price tag item. My view is not loose hard earned money because of someone else’s mistake.

ordered an item online and never got a notification that its available for pickup. Went to the store 2 weeks after and Visited the store to inquiry regarding the order and only 1 staff member were present so to help a long queue of costumers, i went back the day after and again only 1 staff member available to help. Also scorett has a horrible return process.

I am not much of shopper, I don’t like looking for clothes at all. But this was a totally different experience. The staff here assisted me from the second I walked in to their store. I felt like I was receiving quality service and good advice by experts. More importantly they didn’t try to force anything on me, quite the opposite they tried their best to accommodate my needs. When a piece didn’t fit they could bring me another size within a minute. They did this multiple times, and as a customer this sort of service is extremely appreciated. Tremendous thanks to the staff for all your help. Special shoutout to the girl (don’t know her name) in the chaser for her patience.

Bra och trevligt bemötande när jag skulle byta ett par skor som visade sig vara trasiga efter inköp. Jag fick ett par nya direkt.
Cashier was so rude to us. Also, there was a mistake for a product where she charged me more than she should and when I returned the product to ask about it, she just returned the money without apologies but still with a grumpy face.

Var dit med en anhörig som hade skadade fötter. Den hjälpsamma personalen hade oändligt med tålamod. Vi lämnade glada och nöjda butiken med nya skor.

I think the price are avoidable as compare to another mall closer. They have almost all the sporting material you might need. They sell other things too, but I went there because of sports material.
I went here to buy some basic HUGO BOSS top. The staff was friendly and kind. And many items were on sale. But to me, it was too casual. A lot of printed hoodies, T-srhits, and sweatshirts. Very young and energetic look.

Reklamation på skor för 1000kr använda i en vecka där sömmarna gick upp. Dåligt bemötande, de antyder i butik att jag försöker begå bedrägeri när jag uppvisar kontoutdrag istället för kvitto. De ljuger om att de ej kan ta upp kvittot - kundtjänst hittade kvittot. De ljuger om att de ej kan göra en återbetalning för att jag ”inte har kvitto” men när jag har kvitto får jag ändå inte pengarna tillbaks. De ”SKÄNKER” bort mina lagade skor och säger i efterhand att jag hade blivit informerad om detta men det har jag absolut INTE blivit. Kommer aldrig mer tillbaks hit.

Even though the store is not big, it is quite complete with lots of bags. The choice of shoes and dress are not many.

Dåligt att inte sätta ut en mailadress, speciellt när dom inte svarar i telefon. Finns alltså inget sätt att kontakta denna butik så då blev det ingen business 😟

Ärligt talat, tycker att personalen är hjälpsamma och trevliga... när man väl får hjälp. Nilson är alltid underbemannat, och varje gång jag har varit där så har jag fått vänta i evigheter. Tycker mest synd om personalen för dom stressar ihjäl sig, och det ser man. Inte optimalt vilket bidrar till lågt betyg. Anställ fler folk, att vara snål är så 2002
Kom dit idag och ville ha hjälp att hitta vattentäta skor till mina barn och personalen såg och vara besvärade och kunde inte svara på några frågor. Är ert märke bra? ” ja de är det väl”, gick ut utan skor och undra var tusan dom gjorde där inne!
Michael Kors. They have divine bags for any desire. My daughter want one from either MK or YSL. No other brand/store “is even close” according to her. I have to agree for once with her. The quality of their stuff is #1. I understand why the store is full with people all the time, and im happy they don’t have anything for men. :D

Ecco is my favourite shoeshop. They have shoes that last forever! OK, they are a bit more expencive, but if you take care of them they last loooonger than any shoe you will ever buy. pay them a visit, and you will be hooked to! :P The staff was really helpfull as well. I now own two pairs of Jak skin sneakers with GorTex inside! :D

As long as you buy things it is OK. But uf something is broken and you complain then the process of getting hold of the store manager and then getting the blame as a customer is totally unprofessional. The regular staff was great though!
