Price is higher then others Europe countries LV store, I end up buying the same bag at Amsterdam and save €150

If there was an award for the worst prada in the whole world it will easily be won by this branch. I have been a prada customer for over 20 years and never been treated in such a bad way. I was denied entry by a racist door man/ “sales associate” for no reason. He insulted me and my children and slammed the door in our face for not having an “appointment”. I hope this branch gets closed and opened somewhere else. I feel betrayed and will have to rethink my relationship with prada.

If I could leave 0 I would…. 40 minutes before close they refused to let us in. Claiming they had too many clients. Employees appear to be milling around. As an owner of multiple products it is a good possibility that I will find a different brand going forward. We were in a few days before and the employees were not helpful and the pricing was very high. The asked our nationality and I believe they quoted us US priced not eu. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

I caveat this with this is my entire impression of the sales staff based on (1) how I was dressed and (2) how much I was spending. Came here for a passport holder to get all the hot stamps on- I know, a gimmick, but it got me. I asked if she could do the hot stamp that day and she told me it takes 48 hours. She said she asked because they were busy and it couldn’t be done. (I didn’t fight that- it is what it is. Who knows maybe they were busier than they looked). We arrived when it opened to avoid any busy-ness. Interestingly enough, I went into the London store at 12:00pm and the staff said of course. Went off and did it immediately. The London store is definitely busier. And I’m a little upset I gave the Prague store my money and not the nice sales lady in London. Just my experience that the sale staff was not interested in helping you unless you bought multiple items.

Waited outside for a few mins as security controlled the flow of patrons. Walked in planning to browse only, but ended up buying a belt. Shanshan was helpful, polite and made our shopping experience relaxing and enjoyable. A nice selection was offered with a second floor for shoes and ready to wear. We enjoyed our cappucino before heading out & took our bottled water for our walk towards the astronomical clock.

I decided to visit Louis Vuitton to buy a few accessories. When I arrived, the staff at the door were very friendly, greeting me with, "Hi sir, men’s section is upstairs, a colleague will come to help." I went upstairs to find the store completely empty and waited 15 minutes for a "colleague" to assist me. During this time, I noticed two employees on their phones, engaged in a conversation.

Frustrated by the lack of service, I went downstairs to ask why I was being ignored. Despite being young, I felt I was unfairly profiled, even though I was wearing Louis Vuitton shoes. I expressed my frustration by saying, "It’s extremely rude that the store is empty and nobody is willing to serve me." The response from a blonde saleswoman was shocking and unprofessional: "Very rude, like you, sir."

I have never in my life been spoken to by a sales associate at any Louis Vuitton store globally in such a manner. The egos displayed were astonishing and deeply disappointing.

Very nice building in poshy neighbourhood

Every second purchase is defective. It’s better to buy Prada in other stores and check the goods on the spot, there are a lot of defects. Need to better control quality and improve product service.

Overall the service is considered usable. Unfortunately, I have never been asked if I wanted a drink. Maybe it's because I just went and bought some 400-500 euro pieces of jewelry.

Today I came to Prada shop around 17:30 to buy a bag until the shop closes. The door was closed, I waited next to it. In a few minutes a group of other people came. Soon the door was open and they came in. The lady working in the shop said that I can’t come in because too many people are in the shop. When I told here that I came to the shop first, she just said that she is sorry. May be it’s a good idea to ask who is first if the door is opened only to a limited amount of people and there is no straight line in front of the door?
Customer service suffers

Hogan's shoes have a perfect balance between style and comfort. In this boutique I found interesting offers that didn't exist online.
Thanks to the lady who assisted me on the 4th August for her friendly service. It was a nice relaxing shopping experience that I find less and less in some other designer boutiques.

Staff is friendly, patient and professional serving us today despite get a simple small gift. Will return to buy next time at this outlet. Martina J.

The decoration at this store is nice. The staffs mostly are friendly but the one who took care of my purchase seem to be off at first but then when i decide to buy, she became nicer🙂.

Hardly any choice.

Although I did not find what i was looking for but the staff here are super friendly and helpful. There's free wifi in case you need to connect to find that model for the bag.
