After not shopping here for 5 years, I stopped in & was greeted by the nicest employee ever. I had questions about a baby carrier, and they jumped in to help me right away. Now of course we have the best baby carrier, for such a good price. Definitely will be back!
Edit:
The owner contacted me and was very understanding. She is going to re-train her employee so that new consigners have a better experience.

Disappointing experience starting a consignment account. I was scolded for bringing a bouncer in even though it doesn’t say on the website to call ahead. When I started to fill out the description of items, I was again scolded for filling out the exact information that was listed. When I asked for clarification I received a vague answer re-stating exactly what I had written down. For a shop that exists on consigned items, it would be great if they were a little more pleasant with their customers. We had also planned to purchase new boots and coats for both of our children but we will not be shopping here again.
Now that i have a baby i find myself visiting all of the kids stores in the area. Three birds is a super cute local kids consignment store. They have lots of new and used clothing and kids equipment that are in great condition. The workers there have always been friendly and eager to help. I def reccomend checking this place out if you are shopping for kids!!
I was so tired of picking out shoes for my kid, and having him reject them after a couple wears—even when we tried them on in the big box stores! An employee at this shop was so helpful in walking my neurodivergent kid through all his options, and answered his questions and also pointed out what was on sale. We found a great pair and he loves them, even calls them his lucky sandals. 100% will shop here for my kids footwear from now on.
This place is everything you ever wanted in a kids consignment store. Grat lay out, huge, easy to see/get to stuff...a mix of new and used...friendly, easy intake process!! My new favorite for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised by this little store the other day. I went in to pick out some things for my new niece and found so much more than I thought was in there. I walk by every day to and from work and never thought there was so much!

I picked up about 5 items or so and it only came to $27. Shopping used/consignment for baby clothes really is a good idea and I was happy when the recipient was in favour of the idea as well. Everything was in great condition and really I think some of the onesies I bought were brand new and were like a fraction of the price.

One suggestion I will make if the owners ever read this. Maybe be more aware of who walks in your store? I know I don't have kids of my own, but I was definitely there to buy. Until I came up to the register with my purchases, no one said hello, hi, do I need help, or anything, and I walked past two of the people working there, multiple times. You don't have to stalk me from place to place, but a hello is definitely appreciated. :)
This shop is AMAZING! I went here while on extended vacation visiting family in search of new shoes for my little who decided to grow out of them in a week (the nerve!) I wish we had something this cute in our city. The employee was very helpful when I asked for specific items and patient with my littles and the time it took us to browse. Everything was laid out so invitingly I of course found gems I didn't go in for but will treasure for this trip and beyond. They had great high end brands (Hanna Andersson, Tea Collection) as well as VGUC staples (Carter's). I'm excited to come again on our next visit (or even once more before we leave!)
We have a baby with very wide feet, after so many amazon returns and a very unhappy visits to other kids stores, this was such a gem !!! Very knowledgeable lady who sells the shoes and she entertained the kiddo so well, he was able to sit through many trials of shoes
I recently stopped by to get an activity center for my infant. I had assumed that going through a store vs Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist would result in a better product (ie in better condition, checked over, clean) albeit for a slightly higher price.
I was wrong...I was in a rush and while I gave the item a quick glance, seeing some scuffs here and there, I didn't notice the considerable amount of grime and "crud" everywhere around the edges.... Like someone sprayed it down and called it good.
Several parts were incredibly disgusting when I took them off their bases and it easily took me an hour to wipe down and clean.
I'm not sure I will return again since it doesn't seem worth it and I'll have to inspect the item just as closely as a sale from a private party.
Stopped in with my kids to look for rain gear after wilderness school today. To my surprise they had rain pants for bigger kids and a great selection of nw weather appropriate shoes that both my daughter and I could agree on. The store associate was so kind and helpful. I will be making this shop a must have stop for seasonal gear.
We finally found out about this place through a friend of ours after living in West Seattle for 2 years. Our little one needed new shoes. The lady who runs the store is super amazing and super helpful. Great selection and great prices and great customer. Thank you so much and can't wait to shop there again.
Loving the new location for regular pop-ins! Stylishly designed store makes for pleasant shopping. I'm sure the inventory will fill up the new larger space in time.
After ordering on-line a pair of boots for my grandson, I discovered the store was very close to where my grandson lives. I called the store about delivery options/dates and the woman I spoke with offered to deliver the boots herself. The boots were delivered to my grandson's house within hours. That is customer service. Plus the boots are great. Wonderful store...great product. Thank you
I came in looking for my (13-month-old) daughter's first pair of shoes. The ladies behind the counter were super helpful in measuring her feet and bringing out different options. The selection of new and used shoes in this shop is truly remarkable. They made the process of getting shoes a total breeze. If you are looking for shoes, save yourself time and hassle, come here first. I will definitely be back again!
Friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. I like that I don't have to go farther than the junction when my toddler suddenly outgrows his boots. We've also gotten great consigned toys (yay duplo) and clothes, and I have my eye on the selection of baby items for the next friend who is expecting. Highly recommend.
Very orderly consignment shop, wide selection and great finds. I always come here for swim gear and those ever-so-useful rash guards. New shoes are rather pricey, but used shoes are much more reasonable and further back in bins divided by size.

Pro tip: bring a reusable bag to shop here (or they'll give you one)
