I took about 13 items to the dressing room. Ashley gave me a dressing room with all 13 of my items. I purchased everything and left 3 crop tops that did not belong on hangers. I found them on the side tables next to mannequins. So I had 10 pieces of items in my hands and Zara asks me " are you getting those shirts?" I said " no just what I got in my hands. " she says " okay good put those on hangers then" I told her, "my hands are full and I cant" and she says " next time don't try anything on" I told her " i dont work here" she then repeats herself yelling at me in front of customers. Ashley comes from some corner and yells out obnoxiously to me " DO YOU NEED SOME HELP". I walked off and came to pay with a very professional African American girl with mini pigtails. She politely gave me info for the store manager and proceeded to check me out.
Ashley wasn't done and decides to come all riled up and tells me " You are so rude and nasty just so you know" I again told her, I do NOT work here sis. She said " but Still you are so rude"
If only those little girls had realized the 3 items left behind were crop tops with no hangers, they'd save their hormones for home and NOT WORK.
Your job is to do retail. Not make customers do your job for you.
Also one of my items was missing a tag and the lady said " I need to go grab one for you" I said " no worries I'll grab one for you". So as I left to go get one, Ashley reaches over into her ear and says something and laughs. My boyfriend doesn't know English that well but he knows she said something about me. And the girl checking me out did not respond to her childish remark.
So thank you young lady for keeping it professional. So glad they have you on their team. They need to learn a few things or go work at Chuck E Cheese.

My experience being a girl who is "slightly " overweight, (Allot overweight) was made amazing because of the Store Manager Sequoia! She under my insecurities and worked with me and my friends to make the experience easy and as less dramatic as possible. Kudos 👏 to her for taking care of her clients! Thank you so much!

This is my 2nd time here, getting a gown for a Gala and the service is EXCEPTIONAL & the store attendants are always friendly & super helpful. Very patient too, as we come as a group and they’re able to assist us with a smile always.

Hayden did nothing but help me and was super patient. The store was busy but he was very helpful , kind and took his time with everyone! This is my first Yeezys purchase and I feel like Hayden was the right one!

I visited the Stonebriar Mall location and I don’t have a problem with the customer service. I don’t want people in my face while I’m trying to determine what I want. They were welling to help me when I needed it and that works for me. As the for the price, I’ve spent a lot more for a lot less.

two things, The pricing is ridiculous. They overcharge big time on all their products, I advised all shoppers who are into sneakers or hype products to please use the GOAT app or StockX, or any other places to get shoes, Please don’t ever shop here.
The second thing is their terrible customer service, the employees are arrogant and rude, a lot of the times they just ignore you and sit and play on their phones the whole time.
I am never one to leave bad reviews because typically I just don’t care enough or I’m not too bothered by it but this time really offended me, please do not shop here.

Amazing customer service!! I wasn’t too sure on what dress to get for prom but I had an employee named Zara help me find the perfect one and I havent been able to stop thinking about it since! Will definitely be coming back the next time I need a cute dress and such awesome and attentive service from Zara.

I’m actually sitting in the store right now! The ladies, Miss Sequoia and Miss Brooklyn greeted us when we walked in! They were bright, bubbly and ready to assist us! They have been accommodating and fluent in the dresses we are interested in. They have taken time with us to discuss the dresses and the available options.

Listen I get it it’s shoe resell shop not a zumiez or champs or jd’s but your employees take 10 min to watch and learn how those stores keep engaging with customers would help yall. I’m not gonna give low stars the shop is dope and really nice. im from out of state and only stopped in galleria to visit this store ironically so just saying maybe tell them to not be scared to check up on people past the first greeting and trust me I get it its a Friday it’s busy I get it but there’s always room to improve! I would’ve bought something but idk I’m different I don’t just drop 1,000 on shoes with no help that’s just me. Wish the owner I always see on YouTube was there was really hoping to chop it up. I’ll stop by and see y’all again soon ❤️ dope shop just needs to be easier to see prices and shop is my real only flaw. Will be back 🤞🏾

I have been having difficulties with finding the proper fit with shoes. I went to the Northpark store knowing they carry the largest selection of shoes. Alejandra provided excellent service, taking her time with defining best shoe and fit for me! So pleased! Will definitely be back to see her!

It was ok. Not what I expected. I understand I just had gotten out of work and was not looking my best. Yes they greated me but no eye contact and immediately went to help other people. Little did they know I already placed a large online order that I was about to pick up. Then they were nicer when they saw me walking out with my huge bags. Never judge a book by its cover.

I had a wonderful experience with every worker while I was there + I love the new cute clothes I got!
I tried a new pay in installments thing called “Zip” that they were advertising, but when I used it to check out, it took the money from my account but didn’t work on their side. There was lots of confusion and lots of calls to their higher up management. During this whole ordeal, the manager and the worker at the cashier were helping me the entire time, they were telling me what steps they were taking and what we could do to find a solution to a unique and annoying problem. The manager called corporate for me and helped figure everything out.
During that time, since it was taking so long to figure out, I ended up getting symptoms of about to pass out. I was getting nauseous, my ears started to cut sound out, and black spots were popping up in my eyes, I could barely stand. I asked if I could sit down anywhere but they had no seats and directed me to the nearest shelf I could sit down on and the manager immediately got me water.
I honestly am so glad that they were there during this whole problem. They helped figure everything out and helped me get my health back to normal.
Unrelated to that experience, but the girl working the dressing room was also so sweet! Making small talk with me and letting me take in all the clothes to try on.
All the girls working there are so wonderful and it’s just an addition the cute clothes they sell as well :-)

Fanciest place ever doesn't go with my vibes, I'm not a brand person. But, the one star is more for the people who work there and people who visit the place. They have beautiful music event around the year especially on December place is quite pretty but you have to be dressed up so they don't look wired at you.its still a mall I'm going shopping, not to hook up or something like that. Appearance doesn't ever show how much you gave on your pocket. 🫠

Even though I was not able to find what I desired, they had an impressive collection in each category. I had googly eyes walking though each section. It was clean and neat. Well lit and the atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back. The prices seemed phenomenal. I would recommend it.

I had an amazing experience with this location of Nordstrom. My friend needed to purchase a dress for a funeral, so I booked a stylist appointment to make it as painless as possible, and it was perfect. Keri pulled ten dresses for us that were the correct size, color, price range, everything. My friend didn’t have to answer any uncomfortable questions or talk about her loss. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you, Keri and Nordstrom!

I love Nordstrom‘s at NorthPark, if is absolutely my favorite store to shop in. If this is not the flagship store—then it should be 🎉. The service is exceptional and the associates are amazing in the cosmetics and beauty counters. I was trying some clothes and the lady just looks so desperately to close the cashier and leave. (Poor customer service) Dallas Marciano store. I came all the way from Houston just to buy my clothes… I asked if I can order some shoes and she is like we don’t have your size without even checking on the computer I purchased mostly all the time at Marciano and never got this experience in other stores she didn’t even ask for my phone number to put it in the system. Ended up buying anyways because I really like the clothes but I will NEVER come back to purchase in this store. Zero zero zero

Went in with a friend and payed for our stuff but apparently while we were talking the cashier didn’t ring up a shirt which we didn’t know about so we walked out and WAITED outside the store to pick our next place to go. I have been a customer here for years, I recently bought a dress here with multiple wardrobe malfunctions, which I didn't notice until I got to my destination. It ended up being a very embarrassing event, so much so I kept trying not to be in public eyes and kept to myself by a corner.. I went back to explain this to them, but they kept brushing me off and didn't want to help me out even with store credit. Mind you, this dress was $300 I can't believe this is how they have treated a loyal customer...

The service I received from LaWanda and Connor has just been amazing! 1 particular wallet that was sold out online just so happened to be sold out in Los Angeles, Miami and most of Texas UNTIL I called the northpark location and LaWanda was able to help me out and get it shipped out with the help of Connor also! Fantastic job of helping the customer to the best of their ability. I live in Illinois and for them to go the extra mile means so much to me since this item will be a Mother’s Day gift next Sunday! Love this service from these two individuals who went out of their way to help me! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see the item in hand!

I give it 2 stars because this is my first time purchasing shoes here and gave us 2 different pairs and now we had to drive a whole hour back to get the right pair. And service wasn’t the best either maybe he didn’t heard but we called the worker couple times to attend us but he was with the security guard talking the whole time until the 6th time he finally noticed us needing help. I don’t see my self coming back here again rather go to the other sneaker stores with better service. I took my daughter and her friend to Dallas to shop. Derek and Nick made the experience so wonderful for them! Everyone working helped at one point or another. This is a very beautiful store inside a very beautiful mall packed with very beautiful employees. If you are looking for a higher end class of style, you have found your store. The clothes aren’t really my style but everything inside the store is great eye candy. Be sure to check out the restaurant upstairs 😉

Really nice place with preppy (but expensive) clothing. Customer service is meh, and they need to answer their phones. I'll break this down into pros and cons:
PROS
(1) It's a clean store and the only Club Monaco location in Dallas, TX, with a men's section (the Galleria Dallas location is women's only—though neither the Club Monaco website nor its Google Maps listing states that).
(2) This is a big one: PLENTY of sizing for smaller, slimmer guys like me. They not only had Small sizes, but plenty of Extra-Small XS and I even ran into some pieces that had XXS. This is IMPOSSIBLE to find with other brands: typically you have a pile-up of Large, Extra-Large, etc. sizes and the smaller guys are left out to dry. I ended up buying more than I'd budgeted for here because there were so many cute things in my small sizes.
(3) Fitting rooms are spacious and clean and brightly lit.
(4) They do have a 15% off student discount for full-price and sale items—but it's not combineable with other promotions (see below).
(5) Quality customer service (perhaps too attentive; more on that later). The manager
(6) A piece I bought was slightly damaged and they upped the discount from 40% off (which applied to all pieces in the store during the current promotion) to 50% off. Don't be hesitant to ask them to consider a "Damage Discount."
(7) They helped me gift-wrap the gifts I was buying: they wrap the clothes in gorgeous white parchment paper, then put the stuff in a nice black box with black ribbon at two of the corners. Really quality stuff!
(8) One of the items they sold me (unknowingly) had a little black stain on this white polo. I took the item back into the store 3 minutes before closing on a Thursday evening at 8:57 pm and they were very happy to help me out. While I went with another staff member to find a replacement item for a potential even exchange, the other staff member started scrubbing the item down at the front counter with bleach wipes. Lo and behold, they got the stain out, and even neatly folded and GIFT-WRAPPED the item for me and put it in a lovely box. Like, 10/10 service and I was out by 9:05 pm. Thank you for staying after and helping me make sure my brother's gift wasn't stained.

Had the coolest experience here. I was working with a young man named Hayden, extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I was able to get some really nice shirts and hat from here & saw some of the coolest nikes I’ve ever seen. They have a huge selection of the more rare / hard to find shoes than any place I’ve been that was similar. Thanks for the fun time. I’ll definitely be back. The staff at this location is awesome! I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I found the cutest pair of jeans today thanks to Nancy, she was extremely helpful and patient with me. Great shopping experience overall.

Let me just tell you this was one of the most fun shopping experiences of my life. I walked in and was greeted by Derek and Jeanie they complimented my hair and made me feel welcome. After explaining what I was looking for these two sent me to the dressing room and dressed me head to toe. I would come out and model the clothes and they would give me confidence and tips on how to wear the pieces. I felt like I was shopping with my best friends. I ended up with a ton of cute pieces and the want to go back and see them! 💯/10 recommend!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. My husband & I went there to get a online pick up at the Galleria Location. We waited no joke 45 minutes for that order when we got there. We were passed along to 4 different associates. One wouldn't just stay with us to assist. Everyone we worked with was rude, one sales associate rolled her eyes at us when we asked what was happening. Yes they were busy but at the end of the day they work customer service jobs. My hubby & I were kind so they had no reason to treat us like that. Seems like they have a management issue - no one seemed to understand what they were supposed to do. We got to chit chatting with the sweet lady with her infant by us and she stated she had been working on a return for an hour with what she thought was one of the managers. Just overall a really disappointing experience. Won't be supporting online or in store again.

I ordered some clothes in store that supposed to be delivered to my house. The sale associate Gabrielle put all my information in the system incorrectly! Which I only learnt later on as I did not received any tracking number. I called the store, they couldn't find my order neither with my email address nor with my phone, as she entered all my information incorrectly. The store couldn't solve the issue and it put me in trouble following up with customer service the day after. How many things can go wrong in that store?

First time going in here and IM HOOKED!!! Not only are the clothes super cute but the experience I had there was above and beyond my expectations!!!! Abby is a godsend she helped me figure out sizing and picking out clothes and even went as far as checking in on me while I was trying clothes on and when I needed/wanted something in a different size or style she was so sweet and grabbed it for me and never seemed annoyed or bothered to do it! Wandered into The Buckle today to look for Hey Dudes. If you don't know, Hey Dudes are incredibly hard to find! BUT this location had a great selection of colors and styles. I was immediately assisted by Leslie! SHE IS INCREDIBLE! She was able to fully assist me with the styles and sizes I needed, all while continuing to help another customer. She wasn't pushy at all either! She was giving her genuine input when I asked which one she preferred for me & sizing. Because of her great service, I purchased 2 pairs! In a time where workers and good service are hard to come by, Leslie was a breath of fresh air. Loved her personality and kindness.

I asked to do a return and both employees looked at each other before acknowledging my presence.
Ariana, took the receipt and immediately inspected the dress, which was wrapped in tissue paper. She flipped the seams inside out to see if the tag had been tampered with.
Ariana took my receipt and then asked why I wanted to return the dress. I told her it was because of the fit.
Ariana then said that she was not going to accept the return because the tag looked split, despite it still being attached to the dress. So I asked to speak to manager on duty, to which she replied she replied that she was. Next she claimed the dress also smelled like food, but Ariana was wearing a face mask covering her nose. The manager on duty Ariana, created a story to justify not honoring the return policy with the food smell comment to prove that I did in fact wear the dress and tampered with the garment tag.
There is no physical evidence of the dress being worn or damaged.
Before calling customer service, I asked Ariana to confirm her statement of me of wearing the dress and reattaching the tag. Ariana replied saying yes because our other tags don't look like this. She then directed me to contact customer service because her decision was final. I promptly did, where I spoke with Luis, and allowed her to speak with him where he took her statement and she repeated that the garment smelled like food and that the tag did not match the other dresses in house.
Following the customer service phone call I immediately began taking photographs of the dress on the store's couch next to the register when I noticed that all 3 employees were making comments in another language.
After taking pictures of the dress I asked for the original bag back to pack up and leave. Ariana and the other two employees started laughing and speaking in another language again as I was walking out the store.
Again, I have never purchased a dress from Guess or Marciano prior to March 25, 2021. I would like to also note that the only times they spoke around me was in another language.
Marciano's return policy on the receipt states:
"We accept unworn merchandise with the original receipt and tag attached for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Refunds for returns of full price merchandise will be issue in the method of original payment."
I brought back the dress, unworn with the original tag attached and the original receipt. I am requesting a full refund having met each of these requirements. They have a history via the reviews of unethical business practices including racial profiling, discrimination on return policy and horrible customer service.

I went to the store today to return an item I brought there a week ago. First, the lady was extremely unfriendly and cold. I couldn’t find my receipt. She told me there is nothing they can do if I don’t have my original receipt with me. So, I went outside to call customer service and was able to get my receipt via e-mail. When I went back inside, the lady was lying to me and told me that she talked to her manager. Apparently her manager said that I was not able to return the item because it has some water stains and it’s a bodysuit. Sounded she was making up some reasons why they wouldn’t accept the return. I asked to talk to the manager but she was lying again and told me that her manager is at a kid’s birthday party. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get my receipt! She literally just wasted my time and kept lying about stuff. When I asked her, what I should do now she just told me to call customer service in a very disrespectful way. Look if you work at a clothes store, you ARE customer service! I guess they don’t have to worry about customer service at all! Will not go back and happily spend my money elsewhere.

I went into this store with a friend, as we were shopping for Last minute NYE options. I found a dress that fit very flattering and was a great quality. It was available in two colors, red and black. Being unable to decide, I figured, why not purchase both and return whichever I do not wear. So on to the front desk we went. I put the dresses on the counter, and noticed that one of the straps on the Black dress was torn, so i asked if they had any others in the back that it could be swapped out with. The manager stated, Yes, i will grab you one. She put it on the counter when she returned, and made a very odd remark - "By the way, we will not accept any returns of merchandise that is worn/not resalable/damaged." I responded that that was completely understandable and would not be an issue, as i had other options to try on from an online order when i got home that day. If it was not going to be worn out for NYE, it was being returned. A $170 dress, mind you. They have a very standard return policy - 30 days, tags attached, unworn, with receipt.
Well NEWS FLASH - They completely deceived me on this purchase. I took both dresses back to the store a week later to do my return, since i had gone with a $60 dress that i ordered online for my NYE outfit, and decided not to wear/keep the $170 dresses (plural, since i purchased two at that price). When i laid the dresses on the counter with my receipt, the "manager" began to inspect the dresses. She stated that one of the two dresses appeared to have been worn and had been damaged (the Black one of course, that was grabbed from the back of the store on my behalf by the manager a week prior), and that the dress was not resalable and could not be returned at that time. Side note: The black dress that was given to me from the back of the store never got put on my body! So they "sold me" a "warn and non-resalable" dress to begin with. I don't know if I’m more frustrated by the fact that I cannot return the dress for my refund of $170, or that I am now stuck with a damaged dress that was sold to me in that condition.
Bottom Line - I will never purchase nor recommend any Marciano or Guess clothing to friends or family. The staff here is incompetent and has very poor customer service skills. That is your job – CUSTOMER SERVICE - That's all you have to do. So take some pride in you umteen dollar an hour job, and be kind and compassionate to your customers. This was the worst experience i have had with a standalone store in Galleria. I am sure there will be another store in its place in no time.
Oh - And Guess Customer service whom i called for assistance with this matter, told me they would send me an email with a Prepaid return label for me to ship the dress to the warehouse for a refund (as long as i emailed them photos of the dress for review). I never received any email from them whatsoever. So chalking it up as a loss, keeping the "damaged" dress that i overpaid for, and taking business elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge a complaint about workplace harassment and unethical practice. I complained to the assistant manager and he refused to talk about “personal conflicts”. This is a workplace. It is a work problem. He refused to speak to me any further and couldn’t provide me with any answers when I mentioned legal consequences.

I was pretty disappointed with the service at this location. I have always loved the positive attitudes and friendly customer service that come with walking in a Zumiez. This was my first time at this location and when I walked into the store there were two men working together. Not one other customer in the store. I walked in and looked around. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I looked around for a while. Picked out some stuff and when I went to the counter they just talked instead of checking me out. Just not the best experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Costumer service is absolutely horrible. They are beyond rude. Went to the mall with a friend, while I was in the apple store my friend went in there to just take a look around. The sales lady asked if she was shopping for a friend and when she said no she replied with well we don’t sell anything big enough for you.
Here’s a great idea, even if you don’t sell anything big enough for her (she’s not even big) how about shut up. Maybe keep to yourself? Perhaps ponder your own self worth. She’s a smart girl. She can figure out if you don’t sell her size with out having someone go out of there way to make a tactless remark.
As for the store you should probably look into hiring better employees seeing as your current supply is quite loathsome and pitiful.

Nice clothing but was not aware that the clothing was designed for teens. Went to see if items could be returned and we couldnt because we made it there shortly after closing. One of the cashiers lied and said that corporate would help. There is no corporate office. Now I'm stuck with over a 100 dollars worth of clothing that I cannot fit. Worse shopping experience I ever had and most expensive bought lesson.

Ran real quick to try and find an Obey hat. The guy there greeted asked if I needed and help and asked if they carried any obey hats. He said they do but not as much as they used to. He pointed me to where they might be and proceeded to look through all the hats there to try and find one. He looked around the store too. But with no avail did they have one that I liked. He offered some other suggestions and then proceeded to think where else in could find one. He suggested a couple places to try and find some. Which I thought was really helpful. He was genuinely just trying to help me in quest to find one. I looked at the other stores and went in and the customer service there was poor compared to Zumiez. They just pointed to there hat sections they had and didn't even know if they sold obey clothing or hats. Needless to say I went back into the Zumiez and found a Brixton hat that looked pretty cool and got it. If it wasnt for his helpfulness and personable attitude I would've continued my search but thanks to him I am very satisfied with my hat and will be back to shop at Zumiez. Thanks man!

Stopped in the other night to get a board for my brother for Christmas. Titus was super polite and knowledgeable about their products, he answered all of my questions and gave great customer service. I have a dedicated skate shop I normally go to, but after the experience I had here I’ll definitely be switching up.

Staff helped me find some board wax and a decent tool for my deck. Not the biggest selection but they had enough to choose from for different prices. I bought a helmet and they carry Pro-tec and Tripel 8 with solid selections for sizes...there was even a sale for protective gear so that was a plus!

Don’t even bother. Their employees are unhelpful, rude, entitled and probabaly offended if they saw all the negative reviews. Which should prove my point. We will not be back here spending our money again. I recommend customers check out the other outlets in the mall, they seem to be more inclined to help their customers and don’t make them feel like a burden for needing assistance.

My husband and I typically have a great experience at this store. Today we arrived a little behind being Mother’s Day and came in about 15-20 minutes before the store closes. We quickly skimmed through items until I found three pieces I wished to try on before purchasing. We walked to the dressing room where there were still multiple people changing etc and they said the dressing room was closed. The store still had 30 or so customers inside and people still in the changing rooms. The registers still open but they would not let me try on a couple items before buying. Aggravated as we were polite and courteous we left and now after seeing he awful overall rating of this store see why it continues to go downhill.

WORST Customer Service. Staff is rude and has a take it or leave it attitude to their customers. I asked to speak with the store manager - when I told him about my experience and that it would make me hesitate to come back he said " sounds good" . I came in at about 6 pm and to look around. I didn't feel and negative vibes from workers and weren't asked a billion times if I was okay, which I do appreciate! I went upstairs to get my nails done and then returned to purchase a purse I could not stop thinking about. It was 30 mins from closing time; however, the sales associate was very friendly and even convinced me to get more. I signed up as a Guess member and went on about my day. I love great but laid back service.

The low reviews were old employees! The store has new management and sales associates. I've traveled to shop at this location several times and never ever disappointed by the friendliness and helpful staff. The ladies here are awesome. I went in for one dress and walked out with three great pieces!

The employees are always super nice, clean store and all the clothes are very organized. While the selection isn't huge (because it's a smaller store) it still has great options. I go in every time I go to the galleria.

worst customer services probably around town. workers are rude and exceptionally have an attitude. rolling eyes is what they seemed best as and when i suggested they summarize their policy to customers before other purchase items they refused and told us it wasn't their fault. nobody goes into a store and reads the policy especially because it's not on sale items... its on a special occasion dress.... definitely not coming back. ever

Never again!!! A store that sells crap and you can't exchange/return. My t-shirt fell apart first wash, the earrings were defective - no exchange/return. There are tons of other stores in the mall that sell similar or even much better stuff and you can return and/or exchange. BTW your Return Policy should be posted first thing in the store, not in the fitting room. Or better yet tell them when they walk in, NOT when they have already paid for stuff.

Love their clothing. Great quality and modern sexy sophistication! The girls working there are always helpful in finding you the right kind of clothing for your occasion. Never had a problem in the past 5 years shopping here. This is my go-to when I need sexy and elegant clothing.

Terrible customer service! I swear I am one of the biggest fans of this designer, but their choice of workers sucks!!!!!! They treat you like you can't afford to shop in there!! They are a part of guess. If you wak down an escalator and all the way to the back and hit the Guess store. You will be treated right! The Marciano store has gone down in customer service in the past two years. YES! I said TWO years. I have been shopping at this place for almost 7 years, and I still shop there to have faith in their employees to treat me and my friends better and their employees can't seem to get it right! I am about done with Marciano!
