Should have known when I walked in that I would walk right back out. Didn't have my size or anything close in the style I liked
Clean,basic and helpful employees. No Feel of being watched like other stores with beeping gates. The Red of their theme brightens the experience compared to basic concrete floors and skinny islands. I wish the well at this location for years to come. Only minus Is the CVS PHARMACY. CVS pharmacist and clerks are hands down the worst. But compared to other CVS store I will judge the PHARMACY employees but certainly CVS on long pound and other locations has given them a bad reputation
Don't buy a warranty because they fix the things that are faulty, keep your money without option to refund...and then the same part breaks again. Guy in jewelry department is a wolf in sheep's hyde. Already knew that because he works in JEWelry. 🤣👎
Great, not to many cashiers. But the one in the men's department was great. She helped me pay my bill, get a gift card and assisted me in buying shorts and sports shirts that were in my price range....
Purchased teenagers lipglos lady helping us put it in a basket bought lots of different kinds check out with a different lady ,get home go to wrap it notice she gave us an empty box go to another JC Pennies to get one in a box they can not help us because there not in same district .scre Pennies I'm throwing my card away never buying another item from them again and returning every item I purchased for Christmas. They lost my 20 years of being a customer for sure.
This store used to be well maintained. It is no longer. Shelves of merchandise are in disarray and messy. Or empty. Not a pleasant shopping experience on any level.
Lucked out and got Black Friday deals on Wednesday. There were a lot of good deals. Didn't explore the whole store, but there's a lot of sales. The clothes were excellent. Very happy with what I bought. Highly recommend for new wardrobe items. The cashiers were nice and wonderful also.

Target is, of course, well-known as a discount department chain. This particular store is perhaps a little smaller than average. It is well-maintained, but slightly dingy, and the stock is smaller. Online purchases are easy enough to pick up near the front of the store.
Got help right at the entrance. I knew what I was looking for so it was quick - had my size in stock.

Target, being understaffed shows by department cleanliness. Quality of merchandise is always good. You can always find clearance, and the cvs inside is the best. Pharmacist Jason, awesome !

This place has great styles and prices. I am always surprised by some random item that I find here. My friend is always going here for her socks (and other odds and ends).
Stopped into the Beauty Salon, and was warmly greeted by the stylist/ receptionist. As she was cashing out the customer ahead of me, I noted that she graciously spoke with the customer, apparently a long-time customer. The customer was beautifully styled and pleased with the results.

Was okay. Very hard time finding the checkout and the exit where I parked my car. I felt like I kept going in circles with no staff in sight to ask for help. A exit this way sign or something would have been nice

Customer service at Target never disappoints. We did a return and a price adjustment for a coupon we forgot to use, and the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We were so grateful for how easy it was and how helpful they were. This was the Greece, NY store.
Visited Rochester from out of town. Went to the shop for a skate tool and talked to the owner for like 30 mins after. Really cool guy, and I really liked that the shop had a huge selection of boards and trucks. Nothing like it where I live.
It is a store that we all know. So I don't have much to say. I can only say that the treatment was very pleasant. They were very kind, patient and very attentive.
I liked it but the clothes are pretty expensive but if your desperate for nice jeans but this is the only store that has much of your style I suggest going here the workers are pretty nice too
Nothing but fantastic things to say about Aaron and his shop. While he and his staff are clearly experts, they are beyond patient and helpful even if you don't know an ollie from a kickflip (not naming names ... ok, it's me). Great communication when ordering pre-builts to try. This is a special place!

Great shop. Our son has been really getting into skateboarding and we wanted to get him something good to learn on. Aaron and the crew really helped get him a great board and all the safety stuff needed for a new rider. It’s nice to have places like this where the expert staff can lend you their advice and save all of that trial and error. Nice to have great shops like this right up the street. Selection was wonderful, even pre built stuff for the beginners. After seeing how much fun our son was having I came back a week later and got a cruiser so I could join him skating around the neighborhood. As a beginner, this was a welcoming and wonderful place to go with an expert staff. I highly recommend! Two thumbs way up. 👍🏽

Aaron is the man. He was very patient with my inexperience and questions. I picked up one board for me and one board for the kids. Feels good to blast around with them on their scooters…and they’re super into trying dad’s board too. The second board we picked up is a blank. The kids are going to make it into an art project and build it up themselves 👌🏼 Huge selection, something for everyone, two big thumbs way up 👍🏼⬆️👍🏼⬆️

Worse store ever, no one ever pickup the phone and when they do, they hang up before you can even speak. So if you’re looking for a good customer care let me tell you they don’t. First and last. Walk in if they don’t have what are you looking for, better try somewhere else. Don’t bother ordering from them. Well that was just my experience with them, you may have better luck! 🥱
This Target is trash. The floors are always a disgusting mess with product on the floor. IN PILES. I've witnessed managers stalking and belittling employees. Racist comments have been said to from management to employees off of judgement of customers. They really need to reconsider hiring new teammates. This Target is sad, disgusting, and belittling.

Love this location, hands down my favorite. I went in there today with my daughter to shop for clothes and it’s been years since I’ve shopped at Zumiez. I used go to there all the time as a teen. It is always such a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff there is always so outgoing, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s now become my daughters favorite store. Ely is who helped us out and he was the absolute best.
Went into this location today looking for a specific gift my son wanted for Christmas. The sales associate named Ely was extremely helpful and even offered other products my teenage son would be into. Definitely would go back to this location. Ely was very friendly, professional, helpful and a great sales man!!

Currently the Target in Greece is giving “Walmart with Target price tags” - every aisle is a complete mess - don’t even get me started in the clothing section. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my happy places.
I try not be an A hole but the staff here is udderly obnoxious. I divert my gaze from the store entirely when i pass in the mall. The crew here swarms you and instantly annoys you with their complete lack of sales floor social skills. "YOO! YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE SOME STONERS. ABOUT TIME. YO CHECK THIS OUT!" Every time I go in there is a different clerk equally as annoying as the last dipshiz I saw behind the counter. Like zumiez is having low rate d bags shipped to them and they just open em up and stick em on the sales floor shame because honestly they have a p sick stock
Store nicely set up for fall fashions. Prices, like everything else, higher than I expected. Beautiful fall colors but since I work from home I have no need to buy anything. Browsed around and saw some very nice clothes purses and jewelry but really no need to buy anything.
The 2 guys who helped were super helpful and very knowledgeable! They helped my daughter find a cool blue cooler Penny skateboard, and a longboard good for cruising!! 10/10 would definitely recommend for people who love skateboarding, or want to start skateboarding as a hobby :)

I needed to return/exchange 2 pairs of Van's my daughter had received as a birthday gift. Both Robbie and Aaron were extremely helpful! They didn't have that same ones in store so they let her check out the website and had the replacement shoes sent right to our house. They were both very friendly and I appreciate the time they took with us. I will definitely be returning and shopping at the Greece Ridge Mall location in the future! Thank you for the fantastic customer service you both provided!

Only place I found that got some decent outfit for plus size people. My fav store to find clothes. They never let me down. Even when I couldn't find a dress for a wedding reception. Was freaking out and then at the last min saw the most perfect dress.
Well I just have to show off this adorable purse. I've been eyeing in the window at Citi Trends in Greece... It was the very last one on display.. I think it's unique, trendy, colorful and will look great with the perfect outfit... The store manager was very helpful to get it from the locked display.. I had a courtesy call let me know when I could pick it up. Once again the sales associates were helpful with any questions or concerns.. Thank you
Has a great variety of shoes. All the staff was super helpful including one named Ari I believe her name was. She helped me find sneakers for me and my whole family even though the store is really busy. I will definitely return.
Pricey but if you use the stackable discounts and/or clearance you can get amazing discounts for some beautiful clothing. And they're all in plus sizes!

I like this Target like all others. You will find good quality stuff there for reasonable prices. I also go there whenever I need to purchse steam gift card which isn't available to buy online for everyone. Toys section is really good because they have reasonably priced toys 🧸🔫 and sometimes you get great deals and clearance prices not to miss.

I never knew of this store. I love their children's selection for "kid flashy clothes" & their clearance section definitely attracted my attention. It was a pretty exciting visit even just to look around. Reasonable prices. I didn't intend to buy anything but ended up picking up a few items because it was such a good deal. The staff was helpful & had great opinions and recommendations. I rarely leave a four star review but I felt this store deserves it because I know the value they add to the community.
Went into the store for the first time not knowing what to expect and I was thoroughly pleased I had no idea that the store was even in the mall and Iv worked in the mall for over 2 years. Everything is such a great price and they have so much stuff to choose from

I do all my shopping online and have for over a decade now. Going in to buy my son some sneakers he wanted, young lady in footlocker was very pleasant. She searched for every size 15 she could get for my son. He bought 2 pairs and we are satisfied customers. I did not know these self tie via app and you can change the color, technology wowzer!

The clothes is reasonably priced...I found a few items that I liked... earrings was different but cute. They have purses and shoes also if you're looking for a quick outfit this is the place to shop.
I stopped in real quick-like with my family to try on some Doc Martins. I only wanted to try for size but even though I didn’t find what I was looking for, I ended up buying a pair of Chucks for my daughter and some Wonder Balsam to refresh/repair my already worn Docs. The girl that helped me was incredibly helpful but not in a commissioned salesperson sort of way. We didn’t catch her name unfortunately but it was Saturday, January 23rd and she was younger, maybe 19-20, and a brunette. Anyways, I meant to only try on shoes for size comparison and left with about $50 worth of stuff. By the way, the Wonder Balsam worked wonders on my poor, worn Docs. Thank you!!

Went in to look at skateboards for my son. Was able to find a board he liked. They actually had a good variety of them and you could put one together and customize it yourself and you could buy a board that's put together for younger kids around age 7 to teen. Employee was well knowledgeable about products and services.

Website showed Famous Footwear having the sneaker and size i wanted. That wasn't in the store as promised. Manager offered to order sneaker for me.
Went to get some sneakers and the service was excellent an sells lady was funny an pleasant had me laughing so much!!!!!😃😃😃 Love it
People specifically don't come in this store to not get swarmed by the workers. but, the Manager that currently works there knows what he's talking about and is good, but this other male worker has an attitude, or just sends up like stuck up vibes if he doesn't see a sale in it, he just turns into a d head. So i specifically do not spend all my money there. Zumie's doesn't really care about their customers, id recommend krudco.
Went to the mall today to find a nice shirt to wear out. Asked for a fitting room and the employee was very rude to my friend and I and denied us the use of the fitting room. Will NEVER go back to this store.

Went in because there was a dress in the window. Hated how it fit. The store employee helped find similar dresses. Ended up going home with two dresses! Wear them constantly. If anything go in and try something on because their dressing rooms are awesome! Full lighted mirror and get this! Every room had their own fan which can be controlled by the shopper.

What can you say about a shoe store? They had the shoes that I wanted at a somewhat reasonable price in stock. I guess that makes my trip to famous footwear a win.

This definitely my favorite shoe store. I always find really nice deals on shoes. They have a pretty good selection of shoes, boats and, sneakers. They have one of the best rewards programs out there. Because of that, I have gotten all of my fall and winter boots. I'm all set y'all 😉
This place is amazing, only 1 years old to Greece ridge , more people who enjoy urban wear yet classy club gear check it out. Also they have tons of clothes to cater to beautiful melanin skinned queens . I will be returning 😍🤗
