Top Belt shops in Kolkata, India

Last month I went to this to the Bata store opp Quest Mall. I couldnt find my size of shoes and the salesman there forced me to opt for a home delivery option. I was sceptical at first, but the salesman assured me that it will be of the right size and quality. Well the shoes arrived two days later than the expected time and they were given in a horrible condition. The packet was totally tempered and the shoes looked very poor quality, so I went to the store again to replace them with another one.. This time the salesman behaved very impolitely and and they were refusing and delaying the replacement. They behaved as if they had no connection with the online delivery of products and after the billing when I asked for a bank to carry the shoes, they said that they had their policy of buying the paper bags from them. Previously I went to the Bata store in Esplanade region multiple times but they always behaved very professionally and politely and always provided bags with the shoes. I don’t know how to showrooms of the same brand can have two different policies of bags.

I went to purchase a school shoe , the product was not at showroom . Smartly their salesman told me you can order it online you will get in your address. I ordered it and paid cash, but now it 1 week went I have not got my parcel and now they are not refunding ....Really very bad experience.

They are selling duplicate products in name of Bata. I would suggest everyone please check your product before purchasing from this place. Such a bad experience. Staffs misleading us and gave us duplicate product.

Was exceedingly happy with the service. My ingrowing toe nail was well dealt with. Pleasant and clean environment. However the large chair could have a cushion and the foot massage at the end could be for a little longer !!!!!

Store people will show very high price shoes from the bata store.
I bought one pair of shoes of 2,500 rupees.
After wearing one day, it gets to difficult to walk. So when i went there after few days, they were like we cant change it and all.
So before buying they will be showing high prices , will tell the customers to buy high ranges, but after buying, they dont knw you. They dont carre about it.
I feel bad.
Sreeleathers is far better than bata.
Only one day of wearing the shoes showing so much wrinkles.
And there is not much of product available also.

The exteriors of the place looks nice. Bought slippers here today. The fitting and quality is good. Staff service is just okay. Don't know why but the cashier didn't procure a bill when I paid by card. When I asked about the product warranty, he asked for my phone number but I didn't receive an e-bill. Hope I do not have to go through any hassle in case I need to exchange the product within 3 months.

Nicely revamped, with parking inside, it was very convenient. We'd gone to buy school shoes, black and white. The staff was very polite and helped us through with sizes very patiently. The guy getting the sizes out took a little time, but all in all it was a very good experience. Would have given it 4 stars, but 5 for the parking.

Store is average nothing exception to talk about. What needs an improvement is professional approach of support staff. There is plenty scope for improvement and training on customer handling and customisation.

Revisited the shop after 2 years. It seems better with customer dealings, range has improved, prices has sky rocketed, but am happy with customised approach of sales force.
