In the school season there is no school shoes

The store had great collection of bata shoes and sandals. Thanks to Bharathi for providing good support by sending the sandals to the home location since the required sandals were not there in the store. Good customer service.

I received fantastic services. The sales staff (girl) recommended and explained the difference in the products. Did not push for the expensive one but rather what we needed.

There was an offer, and I was able to get slippers at a very attractive rate. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the size of my kids' crocks.

Thank you all the staff and I definitely recommend the place.

Staff and collection could be better

Though collection is good, you often don't get your size. The staff is rather rude behavior.Staff should speak local language.Hope somebody listens to us.

Placed order via this store for online delivery in 13th Jul. Store guys committed delivery in 3 days. Still waiting for the delivery. It's been 6 days now. This store, Bata and the delivery partner are equally incompetent. Will wait for a day or two and if still not received, then will escalate to Bata senior management. Why do they tie up with nonsense, unprofessional courier agencies like shiprocket (!)?

Staff behaviour is good.
Staff should speak kannada or at least understand kannada.
Bata showroom owner to take care of previous point.
The shoe which I was looking for was not in stock but good efforts were made and made available the very next day.
I appretiate the dedication.
