Worst experience ever, submitted my belt for alterations on 7th August, was told it takes 2-3days today is the 26th and I still don’t have my belt back. Online agents keep telling me it is ready for collection I went to the store twice only to be turned away because it is not ready

Great shopping experience at Dior Kingdom Center. Ms. Yusra assisted me patiently and helped me decide what to get. I really loved the ambiance of the store, you can see almost all the items diplayed very neat and nicely. Very happy with the bag that I got and excited on my next purchase. للاسف كانت تجربتي معهم انهم اسوء براند بجميع المقاييس منها عدم نظافة (القطعة متسخة ببقع واضحة) و عدم الامانة في البيع و الشراء بمعنى الغش بسياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع وعدم إيضاحها للعميل قبل الشراء و اخيراً تعامل مدير المحل سيء جداً جداً ولا يوجد اي احترام للعملاء و التأخر في الرد و اغلاق المكالمة في حال الاتصال

Terrible customer service, I just bought a bag from Munich store and in less than a month the luck just broken suddenly for the first time I wore it, it’s now more then month since I gave them my bag to fix it and they didn’t respond to me back yet .

Worst floor manager ever. Actually told me to “enjoy a piece” when he couldn’t help, when I asked him if there’s any way to clean scuff marks on a shoe. Lost respect for the brand because of such low service.

Yesterday I visit Dior Kingdome tower branch , My first experience with buying a bag from Dior went so good. The costumers service is outstanding that lady Rahaf she help me and guide me to reach the bag that I want . She was so professional and a lady with very welcoming attitude.

It is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in Dior!!!! It is just disappointing how bad they are!!! Dior is one of my favorite brands and I have been to Dior all over the world and my experience is always GREAT but until I been to this store!! They are very slow and rude!! I just bought slippers and I did the payment! They girl took the slippers and went inside to prepare the package for me but she took a long time so I kindly asked another SA to help me out, guess what?!!! She did not even look at me!! She walked straight and said WAIT!!! I wish I can give them even less than one star! If you want to visit this particular store ask for Haya! She was very nice to me yesterday even tho I did not buy nothing yesterday!

تعامل راقي ، لكن البوك كان اخر حبة وكان في العرض رفضوا يخفضوا لي سعره ، لكن للامانة كان بدون اضرار ، لكن شي نفسي شي للعرض وكلن يقلبه مو مثل الجديد
