Love The Row. Lovely boutique, unwelcoming, unengaging, dismissive staff will hurt your sales and client loyalty in the long run. I went in to buy a bag and was so put off I ended up buying it online elsewhere.

Ignore the stuck up reviewers - I had a wonderful experience in this beautiful store. Bought the bag I’ve had my eye on for ages and was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine smiles. No photos in the store which makes the experience feel unique and exclusive. Loved my buying experience!

The store is very dirty with scuffs on the walls, carpet coming up, stains in the display cases… did not feel very luxurious. The staff were fine but definitely didn’t go out of their way to be friendly or accommodating.

Rude salespeople! It's disheartening to experience micro-aggressions from the salespeople in this store. My friend and I, both of Asian descent, were completely ignored upon entering—no smile, no greetings, no eye contact—while other customers (who were white) were warmly greeted verbally. This level of service is truly disappointing. I will not buy anything from this store for sure.

Went to buy a bag and a sweater. I had a similar experience to ones described below. Sales associate were so condescending and acting like they own the store. I hope that they learn they get paid to provide customer services in which they 100% fail to do so. Will never return to this store for sure and will never buy anything from this brand again.

The way clothes are organized in this store doesn't make sense. It was stressful, and looked more like the racks at a Goodwill than a store where everything is new. The sales clerk approached me and offered to help with anything I needed, but ultimately, that's not my preferred way to shop. I really would like to not need much help while shopping. It would be better if the clothes were organized by type, and if all the sizes were there instead of just one size at a time. Some things don't need to be reinvented or reimagined. The clothes felt nice to the touch but ultimately the disorganization was so hectic that it stressed me out and I left. Also, the prices are way higher than I would pay for something that looks so basic.

I do not recommend their products. I have been purchasing from Reformation for the last few years but will no longer do so. I purchased an item that was marked “final” sale and chose a size based on the size chart on the product page. Upon receiving the dress and measuring it, the bust is at least 2.7 inches less than advertised. I reached out to reformation and they refused to do anything to correct this error. I’m highly disappointed with this brand. I recommend you shop at other places like DISSH, Aerethelabel etc. No wonder they don’t allow product reviews on their site. I’ve heard several people say that their products are poor quality and I’m highly disappointed with this poor customer service. I will no longer recommend reformation to anyone after this experience.

All the negative reviews are accurate. The doorman refused to let five of us (a doctor, three lawyers, and a tech executive) in because they don’t allow “large groups.” There didn’t appear to be anyone else inside. I guess they’re going for an exclusive vibe? Was looking to expand outside my go tos (eg Chloe and Max Mara) but will rule Row out.

Calling all thrift lovers!
This is is the place to go. I dedicated a day to thrifting LA and of all the places this is the one I found the most unique items. This location also has a sister location a couple doors down. They have a good mix of up-cycled and thrifted items as well as eclectic Japanese imports.

My recent visit to the Reformation store left me with a deeply disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I encountered a manager who displayed a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards customers, including myself.

As someone for whom English is a second language, I expect patience and understanding when communicating in a foreign language. However, the manager at the Reformation store not only lacked these qualities but also went so far as to mock me as I tried to speak in English.

If I could give zero star for manager I would. She don’t even deserve one star.

This is a getto store. Expensive and dated. The shoes and outfits are way to expensive and they only have size 10. Located in a very scary neighborhood. The person on sales terrible customer service. What a waste of time! I don’t see where abs how this place got 5 stars. Don’t waste your time here the selection is poor and minimum

Customer service was excellent very helpful with picking out the right items as well as some good deals very clean inside and there’s a pretty big selection of shoes thanks again for my outfit and shoes :)

Been going here for almost 3 years I really enjoy this place they have tons of outfit options for girlies any size and even more items, The workers are always respectful the environment or the place is clean and they even have special discounts from time to time highly recommended to go here.

I had an issue with placing an order. I contacted the store and they responded quickly to help. Jorge was very kind and helped to resolve my issue. I was able to place my order and my 2 t-shirts came quickly all the way to Ohio. I love them so much. The store has some really cool designs. I visited L.A. in Sept 2023, but wasn’t able to shop at the store like I’d planned too. Being able to order online, made me feel better about still being able to get something. I’m already looking forward to getting more things. I definitely recommend checking it out!🙂

New and very nice and clean store offering the whole selection of Reformation clothing.

Horrible customer service!!!! I'm so incredibly annoyed because I was looking for pretty much a whole new outfit so wanted to try on a bunch of things and had started a fitting room with one sales associate who was super sweet and friendly.

Then because she was busy another sales associate saw me holding a dress waiting for her and said "all samples stay in the rack!" Then proceeded to very arrogantly say "wait times for a fitting room are 30 minutes" with that "we don't want your business" attitude so I just left.

I'd rather order online than visit the store in person but honestly with the attitude I don't think I want to support this company at all

Eatily may be one of the coolest groceries ever they have anything and everything Italian that you could think of and that you would never think of. Take at least 3 hours it's a big place to explore and enjoy the food eating opportunities

Westfield Century City shopping center is the most amazing shopping malls in the Los Angeles area. Is a place where someone can spend the whole day. The shopping is good and the food court is amazing

This store is so lovely. There are a mass ton of patterns and clothing options. There sizes go from small to 3x. The shop owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are insanely good. You can easily get lost in there for a few hours looking at all the cute and versatile designs. The shop is bigger than it looks on the outside. I HIGHLY recommend coming here, especially for being a plus-sized woman myself.

This place is a hidden gem located in the heart of the Japanese village in Down Town Los Angeles. High quality shirts at great prices with some of the most unique designs. I recently moved out of state so I can stop by in person but purchasing online is a breeze and there website is killer. I had a small hiccup on my order but have never encountered such amazing customer service. I am truly impressed!! Thank you Jorge and the whole team over at Pop Killer.

I’ve ordered a bag in Portuguese website version on 30.06, The Row sent it from US to Europe, the courier has counted 461,62€ extra duties and taxes!!!! By the words of The Row they are in charge to cover all the duties and taxes in such cases, but since one week The Row hadn’t provide any clear information regarding to the situation, every day I’m calling to your customer support and everyday im hearing one answer: “I have contacted to the relevant department but they didn’t reply”. I didn’t receive my order and I paid for it almost 1600€ ! AWFUL service! It feels like The Row is trying to push time as much as possible for client to loose patience and paid by himself! but I’m not going to pay for that! I’ve ordered from European website and my order had to be send from European warehouse not the US to avoid such situations! Anyway! I’m completely disappointed with the service and I haven’t received my order because The Row don’t care about their customers! Since one week I’m waiting The Row to solve this issue - no result, no respect. Only empty promises! Take your parcel back than and give me back my money in this case if you don’t want to pay charges from the courier!! UNACCEPTABLE !!

Pop killer of my favorite stores and Little Tokyo I just wish they were still the same when they open they had better stuff and there's other store needs to start selling more records again like Japanese Hip Hop

A gorgeous outdoor/ inside mall. With high end shopping. Such a great place to stroll and window shop while outdoors in the beautiful Southern California weather. Step inside the stores for a little retail therapy and you will find friendly store clerks ready to help. I 100% recommended this mall if a mall is what is on your agenda. Food, shopping, people watching, live music & beautiful scenery. Even giant swings in the center of the walkways big enough to lay on. Go check it out for yourself, what are you waiting for?

I'm so glad I found this little gem! Pretty and comfortable clothes at a super affordable price (everything was under $10)!

My bridesmaid ordered a dress online and when it arrived, the colour looked nothing like the photos. We understand that computer displays can cause a slight variation in difference however the dress we received had a completely different undertone colour compared to the dress in the images.

They do not provide refunds and want my bridesmaid to pay almost the same amount as she did for the original dress to exchange it for something else. Would not recommend purchasing online from them.

One of the Best Malls in Los Angeles. Classy, clean, and you get 1 hour of free parking. The main upper chain retail stores are there like Nordstroms, Bloomingdale's, Rolex etc.. But! You can also find less "Boujee" stores such as H n M Old Nave..you get it.
So, with that said, definitely check it out and take advantage of the one hour parking (maybe grab a coffee from Eataly 😉) and cool shops.

Went into this store with my Bridesmaids to browse for some styles this weekend & we immediately got kicked out because they said they were only selling prom dresses. We walked across the street to Dresses Connect & all 4 bridesmaids + my mom walked out with the dresses we needed.

This mall in Southern California is stunning and has almost everything you could want. The only downside is the parking, which can be expensive by LA standards. The first hour is free, but after that, it can get pricey. I spent a couple of hours here, and my parking fee ended up being $30! Finding a parking spot and leaving the lot can be a hassle. On the plus side, the mall has great food options, and I was thrilled to find La Colombe here too.

Benjamin is was so helpful. Loads of prom dress inventory. Just ask for help. You won’t be disappointed

The lady who owns this store is so rude and pretentious. She prices everything extremely high and when you go find the exact same dresses at 5 locations on the same street, their prices are almost half 😳

Don’t fall for her attitude in making you think she knows what she’s talking about

Reformation is environmentally friendly, trend-setting yet classic. Absolutely love love love!! And you can even catch a deal at one of the two annual sales. If you see something you love grab it up because they sell out fast!

Great outdoor mall that is well decorated and clean. They have cool swing chairs and bon fires where you can rest. The shops are relatively high end, but there is a lot of variety for everyone. There is many great restaurants to try as well. From the third floor, you can get a nice view of some building.

Grab gift cards & they were out of gift cards cashier were very helpful & polite. Free parking was available

Unfortunately I had a similar experience at The Row boutique in both Los Angeles and NYC like the other negative reviews on here discuss.

The Row is one of my ALL time favorite brands. I've had negative experiences over the phone when ordering products from the boutiques from the staff who seem extremely unenthusiastic about selling me anything and have very little knowledge of the brand. I feel like I have more passion about the history and quality of the brand than the employees do.

I was shopping near Melrose on my vacation in LA. I stopped by the boutique and wasn't greeted by anyone which is fine. I browsed the clothing and finally found an employee to try on shoes. The second I took my phone out to check my messages an intimating guard(?) who was staring me down said "no pictures in the store". Mind you, there is no sign anywhere that states this. Shortly after two other people walked in and the employee helping me told them quickly "no pictures in the store." The rest of the time the guard stared me down like I was going to take something and made me feel very uncomfortable, so I left without purchasing anything. No goodbye or holding the door open for me. Nothing. I walked over to Bottega Veneta across the way and had a very pleasant experience with the staff who were happy to help me.

This entire interaction was ridiculous. I work in the entertainment industry and was looking for a few things to wear to upcoming events. My mother is elderly and I'm thousands of miles away from her, so I don't give a damn about your unstated "no picture" policy. I'm going to answer my phone when I get a message from her. I'm an adult and can take out my phone from my $3,500.00 The Row bag I purchased a few months ago online. Ridiculous.

It's extremely unfortunate because the quality of the brand and the make of the clothing and accessories are FAR superior to any brand. I absolutely love, love, love The Row's clothing. I have multiple pieces in my wardrobe, but my experience with the staff over the phone and in store will make me second guess purchasing anything. I should haven't to beg or chase the product. The price point of The Row is TOP luxury, as it should be for the quality, but I suggest worrying less about people taking a photo in the store or using their phones and focusing more on training the staff in customer service and knowledge/history of the brand itself and the products. I will always be a loyal customer, but I'll just be ordering online from now on, even when I'm in LA or NYC on business. I feel much more comfortable being able to take my phone out in the privacy of my home.

I could shop here for the rest of my life!. Super vintage windbreakers and hoodies for men and women. Omg affordable too. About $48-$68, they even had a sale rack with 20%-30% off those prices. Awesome clothes that my parents have gotten rid of in yard sales even though I told them not to sell any of my stuff that it is worth money now. I was looking at the clothes racks I could see a lot of jackets and limited edition windbreakers that I definitely owned at one point in my life.

The store is fantastic, and you can find amazing stuff. Just take care because if you bought something you can exchange it, ask for a refund or return it. The only “but” is the staff; they are too mean. 🥲

I was in need of a gown for a pageant that was around the corner. I saw the dress I was looking for, and Benjamin was so quick to get it out for me. I put it on, and it didnt give me the wow feeling I was hoping for. However, Benjamin worked his magic and pick out 3 dresses very similar to the look I was going for. I completely fell in love with it. He was so fun and so kind to me an my friend. My mom wasn’t with me, and he allowed me take as much time as I needed to get mom’s approval over the facetime. benjamin made a stressful but exciting tone into such a magical moment. best part about the whole thing is I spend $400 less than what I was expecting to! such a great experience!

My wife loves the store for this last minute addition to an outfit. Variety of shoes, jewelry, accessories is vast. Prices are nice on the wallet. Staff has always been helpful, even when the store is packed.

Store is beautiful. I love the ROW. Was so excited to go there today and loved the vase and flowers by the door when I first walked in. The moment I got my phone out try to take a picture of the flower and the security guard came out yelled at me for taking photos of the flowers. There was no sign of policy saying no photos allowed. I would absolutely politely followed all the rules if there were any but how they yelled at me basically ruined everything. I hundred percent agree about the other one star review about the staff.

Best place to shop for reasonable prices, they have from the tiny sizes to the big bones beautiful sizes, too.

It is rare for me to buy clothing online, but then a friend of mine pointed to me to this company. WOW -- boy was I impressed. I needed a dress for my friends small covid wedding in January. I loved the selection, colours, styles and detailed information. Let me just say, the dress, the wedding, the dancing were all a hit!!!

I bought the below dress for my valentines day party and it was a hit! I bought it online and shipped quick and the size was accurate. I just looked at the sizing chart before hand and made sure. Good prices and hot styles.

I swear I walked around for like 20 minutes trying to find a woman's sweater an a outfit for my daughter when I say running me low I was done I don't see how women do that all day they had noting for me the two lady's working were absolutely no help at all they was susposed to open at 10. When the door opened at 10:14 I asked to be shown women sweaters she said a hoodie I knew I was done ..

I can NEVER go in here & expect to come out satisfied. I try really hard. My last trip was about a week ago & I stayed for at least two hours trying on different items. They just did not have what I wanted in my size. The selection is not what it used to be. Too much floral & just baldy coordinated designs.

The owner there always smiles and greets us when we come in. She has all ot the things I am LOOKING for.. Her new arrivals are great the pricing is fantastic. I love this store.

This store, as the name implies, contains bits of pop culture from both American and Japanese origins. It has vintage clothing, unique graphic t shirts, and cute accessories for Japanese enthusiasts. My only complaint is that I wish they had more, the store is very small and leaves you wanting. Overall, the store is a must-see if you're in Little Tokyo!

Don’t ever shop here the old Asian lady is racist every time I come into the store she’s rude to black people won’t let them use there phone and follows them around. She claims people are taking pictures and no pictures are allowed. The dressing room doors are tiny asf she watches while you’re in there to see if you’re taking pictures just pathetic!

Literally was on my back the entire time i spent in her store. She has cute clothes but I've always felt the price was too high for some of the pieces.
