Susanna is a unique store. Beautiful clothes and jewelry and accessories. Store is run by helpful and thoughtful people. It's one of my favorite stores and it's where my husband goes to get me the perfect birthday present. Thank you Susanna for all the years of great shopping and wonderful items.

Haven’t had their fitting rooms open for 2 years already, possibly more . Very inconvenient. I like to try things on that way I don’t end up having to come back to the store for returns etc. please open the fitting rooms.

I am not the type of person that reporting people, I went to shop today at the place in Jamaica plain, this location it's one of my favorite Rainbow to shop at, couple of your employers was so loud in the phone I had to leave the store that's not acceptable please try to fix it cause when other customers, and myself goes there to buy stuffs we don't want to hear no employer personal conversation. She was in the phone while I'm paying that's a big noooooooooo!! That was very annoying Thank you have a great day.

Went in there to find an outfit for tonight and perla and Daphne helped me out , they was so awesome helped me and my two sisters find outfits and was just a good experience !!!

Unique well made clothes! I visit this store almost every week and find new fabulous clothes and jewelry every time! Felice and Amy are there to assist with friendly, helpful recommendations. Felice has helped me find outfits for work and events. She is so friendly but not intrusive..and is the reason I go back again and again!!!

In the last few weeks while Susanna's Jamaica Plain store has been closed due to current Covid restrictions, I've placed two online orders that went really well. I live in JP, and they have dropped the orders off at my house! What amazing service! Susanna has always been a community friendly store, and now even more so. I really appreciate how seriously they take the pandemic, and protect their staff and customers.

This place is disgusting. I went in to purchase some earrings for the night. I put my bag down and either the bs sales reps or security stole items out of my bag when I wasn't looking.... Theives never prosper....... I know yall have too.

Rudest store I’ve been too . I called to see if they were open for business because a lot of them are closing and the lady didn’t even say your welcome or anything she just hung up on me. Also when I go in there always extremely rude when you ask a question they get annoyed. one time I was in there and I had asked a question and the lady started talking about me in Spanish and she got a rude awakening because I understood her I am also Latina I said I am not what you called me ( in Spanish ) ... her face looked like she seen a ghost. Seriously the worst store in Boston !!!!!

There were 5 staff members at the registers, 2 of them were helping the same person, others standing around talking, very unhelpful, unprofessional. Never going back. Ended up not buying anything
