**Lawrencepur lucky one**

I had a terrible experience at Lawrencepur Lucky One. I bought two trousers and it was a disaster.

First of all, it took them two weeks to stitch the trousers. They sent stuff for stitching to Lahore and then deliver them to Karachi. They didn't even have a proper tailor to take measurements, just a sales guy named Mr. Ali who pretended to be a tailor.

Mr. Ali ended up taking the wrong measurements despite making so many promises. When I finally received the trousers after two weeks, they were in terrible shape. I went back to the Lucky One mall after a week, and they agreed to alter the trousers. They took all the measurements again and promised to deliver the altered trousers in a week.

After a month of waiting, I finally received the trousers. Despite the remeasurement and alteration, they still didn't fit properly.

I wasted 25k on these ruined trousers. I definitely wouldn't recommend Lawrencepur at Lucky One. The manager and Mr. Ali are not there to serve the customers, they just manipulate them.

My experience was not good I purchased a scarf for 2500 and I was slippery so I wanted to get an exchange so there exchange policy was within three days but the bad thing was you have to get an exchange from the same branch you purchased it from you can’t get an exchange from other branches pathetic service.

Also the sales girls at dolmen mall tariq road were extremely rude when I was looking for the items I want they were saying like “apko yeh chahiyay k ni?” Apko “ lena hai tw hum apko dekhain gay warna nahi”

Amazing customer service by Umaira and Ammar. We liked an article which wasn’t available in size at the minute. They arranged it on the same day in no time. Highly recommended! 👍👍

Parking issue

This is a great shop and inventory is good. So is the sales girls. My wife bought one from here and it is good. I have no idea why some idiots have given negative reviews for it !!!
