It may be very late to post this review, but I am so angry. I ordered a bridal gown on October 2022 (Mah-e-Noor, still on their website btw) and I was told it would arrive December 2022, but it came on February 2023.

When it did arrive, the gown was awful. I will post photos for comparison but basically the embroidery work was very clumsy and messy, like the gown was either made in a rush or by someone inexperienced - definitely NOT designer. They also did not bother to add the little bag which came with the suit and didn't reply to my WhatsApp query about it because obviously they had taken my money by then.

Reasonable unstitched lawn outfits with a regret policy, ensuring satisfactory services and an exchange option for ladies' pret wear. The products offer high quality for women. My wife has personally tried their offerings a couple of times and found them to be quite satisfactory. It's a decent shopping destination to explore and purchase a variety of clothing items.

Which floor is it on

Yesterday had a experience to go this outlet where I found a huge collection with discounted prices. Plus all the collections looks so good. Even if we compare the prices with other brands so we found a good difference between them.

By profession I am a textile guy so I know that for Lawn Collection mostly brands used the same construction means their fabric quality are same but the only difference is their Printed designs and Marketing which took them go ahead.

Well I am very happy with their stuff. Keep up the good work 👍
They have a 2 Outlets in same Mall. 1 located just at the entrance and 2nd one is located at 2nd Floor which is the good approach to capture the customer as at the entrance in Mall People go to their outlet and after seeing the product some of them decided to check other brands then by reaching at 2nd floor they again see the same brand and they recalled which they already seen at the entrance so it will be a value addition not just for customers that SAYA brand want to make a bounding with them but also for company that they never want to loss a sell from a single customer 👍

It's an expensive outlet except a few old items. The staff is lazy and not at all interested in serving the customers.

If I could give them zero star I would definitely do it . Don’t ever order from this brand if you live in abroad. Zero costumer service 3 days left in Eid and ma suit is not shipped yet . Very inconvenient. In their website they mentioned that if you order before April 6th , they will deliver before Eid but they won’t . Even even to bother themselves to reply you back . I always order from other brands n get ma order in 1 week . I wished I checked the reviews before I order .

So disappointed with square one mall service I have bought around 7 pics in which one was defected.I take it back very next day and they refuse to exchange ( tags were still attached)...so be careful check each item properly before leaving shop.

Worst brand ever!!highly rude customer service..they give orders very late..I mean if you're ordering from them you shouldn't think about your order for a long long time...even the colour of their clothes is diff from the pictures shown..

I ordered from them online and received a possibly used pant. I tried getting in touch with their support but they said no returns because that's what I ordered. Such bad customer service. I wont be ordering again!

Poor customer service, bought 2 dress and the print on one of the dress was faded away and misprinted on several areas. Went to exchange for a different one dress at hyperstar mall but was refused for exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Staff was poor and showed no interest in helping us which shows the true values of the company, will never shop again

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order on 21st May.. Have been trying to coordinate from past 5 days. Just check the snapshots for the effort they are putting into actually delivering the order.
Not recommended at all.
Updates: As per the reply by the company, this delay in product delivery is caused by covid 19 restrictions. Its a dire situation when corona cause you to reply to concerns and emails after days 🤐 rather than providing a simple statement or the expected date, it takes public reviews to get an answer

Worst customer service. I agree with Ramsha.. she was supposed to gift this suit to me for my birthday and she keeps on messaging the company but no reply.

Laces and variety are good but the quality is not up to the mark. Below average store and saying it clothes store is not correct. You'll get basic things at reasonable price but not all thing and but all available things are at reasonable price. You should also look for 2 nunmber products for imported brands. Shopping at your own risk but recommend for basic things. If you are looking for branded products or expensive products try to get directly from authentic sources. Happy Shhopping
