Some people that work here are rude and condescending. Mostly the more older ladies. The masculine women. The somoan lady and the maddie. Don't need to be like that if you work in customer service, I'm never coming here again.

K mart Bowral K Hub its ok for a country store plenty of variety and layed out bratty good.
today went to store to it wasnt open this was at 11;45am then again at midday and then again at 12:45pm not in the store lights off. No signs or anything just normal trading hours listed. Do better
Just walked into Trenery Bowral. The girl behind counter didn't turn around to make eye contact. Thrse days in Bowral its quite and every greeting helps.

I have been to Witchery Bowral many times over the years on and off and I have always had excellent customer service from all staff. Ivanka, Adelaide and Ashley have all listened to what I've said and have been happy to take the time to suggest options, even if I don't end up purchasing something that time.
I have to say, Witchery has such a great selection of clothes and I love their stock. I can usually find too many things to choose from!
Certainly Witchery is superior in their service and offerings to the recently arrived competition across the road and some other places in town. I will definitely be back! Keep on doing what you're doing!

The staff at this store are exceptional. Ivanka is an absolute delight and truly helpful, caring person. I never leave empty handed!

Love the cotton wear here, a nice shop. A good range of clothing and sizes though I don't think they are size selective and dont like to cater for plus sized, I haven't noticed any. If you want 22 and up 3xl and up its probably better to order online. Too posh I think.

Avoid ordering from this business. When I wasn’t home ( no messages that my parcel was arriving) it went to a location an hour’s drive from my house. I tried to get them to redeliver it and was met with ridiculous information and no help to try and get my order. Disappointing, frustrating and ridiculous business service. Apparently I will eventually get my money returned. Outrageous so avoid ordering from this business at all costs!
Highly recommended, this store is one of the largest, stocking most of the clothes I had seen online. I was looked after so well by Prue today, she gave me her time and offered lots of suggestions and advice regarding the look I was going for (conservative for a family christening). Thank you to all the staff, and I also appreciate the great discount!

Apart from checkout persons, the main duties of staff would be (1) put the merch on the shop floor and (2) tidy up after pig shoppers make a mess of the merch. There's never enough of (2) happening for mine. Amazing low prices on some merch.
I went to this K hub store about a week ago and looked around and they had pretty good stock and all, I bought myself a candle for $5.00 and I go up to the counter and the checkout chick has her hand out insisting for ME to pass it to her, didn’t even say anything except for “ $5.00 “ and I handed her the money and I said thank-you, no response at all. Usually their workers are so kind but this one had a retro grudge on their side. Did it with the person in front of me aswell. Poor service from this young girl.
I never write reviews but Ivanka is SO exceptional and Witchery are lucky to have such a dedicated employee running their show in Bowral. She is the only reason i shop at Witchery or rather the only reason i keep coming back. She does not pressure sell and is a delight and great at helping you find just what you were looking for. Thank you Ivanka.
Very limited range. So far there has been no new lines or products added like the bigger stores. It is a hub though. Maybe a rotation of different products every few months would be more beneficial. Staff are great, kind and helpful.
The staff there are excellent. There was a guy who assisted me to find a small bag. We could not find the one I wanted so I had to choose the bigger one and was about to pay for it. This guy left and came back quickly to the counter with 2 small bags (same size, different colors for me to choose). I was very happy because he tried while I were giving up for finding this type of bag. I bought one of the bags this guy got for me and could not be happier. Definitely will visit there more frequently.
Went in looking for winter men's clothes, found only a narrow range of thin, cheap, low quality windbreakers, hoodies, and trackies - big downgrade from target which had some good stuff. Hopefully later on more stock is established

The staff are always most helpful and friendly, and the store is always presented beautifully. I never walk out without purchasing something and feeling happy. They have often stayed back past closing time to assist me as I normally can't get in until later in the afternoons. I buy the vast majority of my clothing from this store because the service and attention I receive are always fantastic. Thankyou to Ivanka and her fabulous team.

Unfortunately was not greeted when we were in the store. The two girls I guess had more important personal topics to be talking to each other about instead of working. When it came to buying clothing we felt like we were interrupting their conversation.
Staff were most helpful. I may have left a wrap in the store. I have called the number on the website numerous times and can not get anyone to answer? Could someone advise how I can contact this store? thanks

Underwhelming customer service. I wanted to purchase a pair of nude heels that were in stock, however, I could not get any assistance from the staff member who was putting out stock. After 10 minutes I unfortunately had to leave empty handed. Very disappointing.
