Place is looking pretty run down now compared to how it looked before Mike Ashley took over although the same could be said of all House Of Frasers now, especially Birmingham, still sell a few nice designer labels though

Very quiet and hardly any people inside the shop. Found the food in the cafe very nice but quite expensive, £6.00 for soup £6.00 for tuna sandwich.

Horrendous - put two orders in for next day delivery £20 in delivery fees. One order wasn’t processed at all the other wasn’t delivered! Huge waste of time and money 3-5 days for a refund even though they didn’t supply a single thing promised.

The first one it took 5 attempts to contact customer service to get a response and the second quicker to get through but still highly inconvenient sitting on online chat.

Staff very racists, I went there and I
ve done a big hopping then the member of staff just stopped me and then he said to me you are stolen the shop ? How can you going to pay this ?
And he automatic use the phone and let al😭l the staff knows that I am there to pay attention with me and to check before I

leave the shop.
All because I am black .

Visited this store Saturday the 14th of September and attempted to purchase a north face jacket in the men's clothing department.

The only open till had a girl who must have spent 15 minutes attempting to fold something 2 guys were trying to buy and disappeared twice in the process.

We tried a different till and asked another girl if she could serve us she just shrugged and walked off.

Reaching a point of frustration we went upstairs to the cosmetics counter where a lady with vintage glasses was absolutely incredible. Couldn't do enough to help us. She guided us to the tills gave us her full attention and impressed us so much we bought a handbag and purse as well.

Wish I knew her name as she is a credit to this store.

More than I can say to the girls downstairs who almost left us walking out never to return. Busy is one thing but the tills weren't busy and being completely ignored is something else.

A big thank you to the lady who helped us. She is setting a very high standard and for that I hope she is recognised by the management.

I had a bra fitting yesterday, late afternoon with a lady called Tracey (I think). She was absolutely amazing. It took ages to get the right one but she was so patient. Thank you so much.

This place is not suitable for children. We ordered our food for children and they told us it will take 20 mins. However, after wating 45 mins no sign of any food and children starving. On the other side the restaurant is empty. What a joke

I bought a dress from the Worcester store yesterday, when trying on I couldn't find the size I was looking for Kate, the lady in the fitting room went out of her way to find me the size I wanted, she was working on her own and the fitting room was really busy, but it didn't stop her being really helpful and she got a sale, this isn't the first time I've experienced this service from the fitting room staff, they have always been great, one happy shopper 😊

Fix your lift before making customers feel stupid over escalator safety.
I wouldn't take a pram on an escalator unless I didn't have any other choice, and i dont need the sign pointing out to me... or to be told to use the stairs... on my own with a 9 month old, a pram, a heavy bag and my shopping.
Only giving 2 stars because the staff got someone to assist retrieving the lift that "gets stuck on one of the floors for some reason" and they were very helpful.

Visited the store and used the cafe today. Both are fine but oh my goodness, the shocking state of the ladies and disabled toilets! (Dread to think what the gents are like) The worst I’ve ever seen! Filthy, rubbish strewn all over the floor, no soap and dispensers broken and hanging off the wall. Why are they like this? Has put me off ever going back to the store. Unacceptable.

Came into store with my partner to buy suits. Mollie was so helpful. Checked stock levels, helped us choose shirts and ties. Gave her honest opinion on things. Ordered us a next day collection on one of the jackets. Then took us to the till and served us. Great service from start to finish. An asset to M&S. 😀

The young girl serving was excellent, the lady in glasses was really not helpful at all or helping the staff. On top of this I tried to order a full breakfast and to swap the egg. I was offered beans only which is disgraceful. The ladies service is not one I would come to expect even if this is head offices policy. This is the Worcester branch

Charming staff, very helpful in the food hall. M and S fruit and vegetables are the freshest of any of the major supermarkets, (I've tried them all). Competitors are regularly selling rotting potatoes, but not M n S----try the loose new potatoes, firm, white flesh but easy peel; the fresh juicy tangerines; a range of quality organic produce. Would also highly recommend the big slabs of organic cheddar: great for eating fresh or in cooked dishes.

The Marks & Spencer cafe was amazing so beautiful friendly staff good breakfast and was a big surprise for me I can recommend this place in Worcester high St Mr. Wig. YouTube

Amazing range of clothes and staff were friendly and helpful, if you’re into carhartt obey and other less known high quality brands, look no further as there is no where else in Worcester like this. (To my knowledge) I even got a recommendation for food nearby (HASH) which was a big shout as it was delicious. Mike helped my find a hoodie by getting some things from the back that they haven’t put out front yet, cool place 10* if I could.

Excellent customer service. Even though it's a menswear shop, you don't feel awkward going in as a woman and buying jumpers and jackets. You are made to feel welcome and they are more than happy to assist and answer any questions. A lot of menswear styles are better than women's and fit really well. Jingo has a great selection of Carhartt clothing which is what I specifically went in for. Worcester isn't great for clothing stores but Jingo is awesome.

The store, the decoration, the interior is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye, but one thing that is extremely disappointing is the attitude and service of the staff. At 16:30 on September 26, 2022 me and my aunt came and bought a hoodie a life jacket and a collar shirt everything was fine until checkout, the staff did not has a good attitude towards us, maybe she thinks we are Asians so we don't need good service, omg really can't accept that attitude, even a thank you at least can't open her mouth to say, the face was grimaced when we offered to pay separately, not together, I didn't expect us Asians to be treated so differently, I think the management needs to reconsider!

I'm not happy their service , I went there with my niece , We bought hoodie and jacket they're very lovely products, but the staff at check-in desk was very rule and it seem she doesn't service for us, at 4:30pm
her attitude is very rude to the customer when I say we pay separately, she doesn't greet the customer, doesn't say thank you, looks very unhappy when we come to buy, I don't go there to ask for a shirt pants or begging for clothes, what i want is when i pay and how they serve customers, hope management should deal with staff about customer service attitude!

Be warned - do not buy anything from this shop unless you try it on and be careful if you are buying something for someone else as they don’t do refunds. I explained I was buying something as a present and asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit, I was told yes. What I wasn’t told was that they only let you exchange or take a credit note. If this is your company policy that’s fair enough but at least have the decency to inform people of this when they ask if they can return something so that they can decide if they are okay with this BEFORE they purchase. Staff were incredibly rude.

Store manager was very helpful in retrieving my kindle when it fell down the side of a chair/soaf and required unscrewing! She did this without complaining.

Jingo is the only store of its kind in Worcester and stocks some really nice clothing from premium & quality brands. What's more is that the price is very competitive and often cheaper than online offerings. However, even if this was not the case I would happily pay a premium for the top quality service and advice that I get when in the store.

Bought some gifts for my husband over Christmas after not being able to shop in store for obvious 2020 reasons. Found a great selection of quality menswear on their online shop and easy to browse and navigate
I found staff really helpful with queries over social media too. Even better to leave with feel good vibes for shopping independently. Would definitely recommend! We love Jingo! ❤️

Jingo is a great place to shop for fashion in Worcester. Mike and his team are genuinely helpful and offer the personal and friendly service lost in the national chains.
If you haven't ventured into Jingo you are missing out.

We don't live in Worcester but we always drop into Jingo when we visit this lovely city. Jingo are just that little bit different to the normal clothes retailer. They have a great selection of famous brands, the shop is lovely to browse around and the service is always friendly and helpful but never pushy.

A great shop with some lovely items. The owner (Mike) has been incredibly helpful - in particular when organising and arranging a repair to a Barbour jacket I purchased from there. No idea how I managed to put a tear/small rip in one of the sleeves, but Mike very kindly arranged for the jacket to be sent back to Barbour for repair. Kept me informed of the progress every step of the way.

Very helpful and polite staff. Highly recommended!
