It's Monday March 18, 9.14 pm my husband and I went to Valentino villagio mall asking for an advice about a coat that I bought from Valentino , the guy he is Lebanese and another one is philipina he was like what are u doing here..where u bought it from? We said from vendom branch . He directly changed his tonality toward us and looked at us like nobody and said go to where u bought it we don't know actually...nit to mention that he blamed us for loosing the chain and started to raise his voice and kicked us out .. what a shame...is this Valentino level??? Cheap employees??????? Raising theire voices instead of trying to find a solution???? Shame ..
The staff are Arab and they are NOT friendly NOT helpfull at all, they are rude and NOT welcoming to the customers

The elegant shop, premium ambience and staff are attentive and helpful for any questions you have, they even got a nice sofa set up while waiting for your order and even compliments with water or coffee, they have a nice presentation box and bag for your purchase and vast variety of bags, shoes, belts and accessories.both for men and women. price is almost the same europe prices.

Worst shop assistant ever, she doesn't ever deserve one star, she was so rude, I asked her for my shoe size, she didn't bother to look at me, the boots was on the shelf, she didn't want to give it to me to try it on, then she left me and stood on the other side,

There are couple of shops with the same name inside the souq. All quite good if you're looking for abhayas. The one which is opposite to the stairs has more varieties,a bit more modern and economical.

Its every womans dream of dress store. The price is very affordable and you have too kuch to choose from. We spent almost 2 hours waiting for our friends to finish shopping 😂. But the place have no ac.

Not just for women as the description states! Excellent client service from Ann, I’m so glad we decided to shop in-store as the women’s shoe sizes run small. The store is located nearest the gate 8 VIP entrance past the luxe kiddie section, it’s super easy to find. I even received beautiful a Mother’s Day bouquet with my visit. Thank you Ann!
Very arrogant and snobby. Sals assistant are more arrogant than the costumers. I visit the shop since 2008. I buy things there, because I love Dior and there is no other option. But this boutique is regarding the arrogant behavior of the manager and his Team the worst I visited!
