My fiancée and I shopped at this location a few days ago and had an okay experience. We came about 45 min before they closed and only for a few things each. We misunderstood the sale we were told about when we came in which was 30% off your purchase if you opened a new credit card and NOT just 30% off your purchase. However, until we got to the counter to check out we didn’t realize our mistake. That is not the issue here.

Once we were told the sale wasn’t what we thought (which was totally fine, we misunderstood, no biggie), we changed our mind about a couple things we grabbed and said we would like to take the rest. The cashier started complaining rather loudly, “why why would you do this to us sir! Why!”. It made us very uncomfortable and we considered leaving everything and just going but already felt bad. We somehow ended up getting guilted into buying these items we didn’t want based on this interaction just so she wouldn’t have to put the items back. The whole interaction was just off putting. Not to mention both of our cashiers told us we would be receiving super cash only for us to get home and realize she hadn’t put any of it in the bags or handed it to us. We spent close to $400 between our two transactions. We ended up returning all the items we didn’t want that were not part of the normals sales to another location the following day just to avoid shopping here again which was almost $200 back for 5 items. The sales were good but not good enough to want to be treated like that.

Great shopping experience for my Grandkids! Great selection of clothing for children 0-3yrs. of age! Saved a bunch of money and the sales associate was very helpful and offered the ways to save.

Went to Westbrook and followed signs for Loft. Then I came to an empty store. Was disappointed because I thought another store closed. Then I looked around and found it somewhere else. Loft is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes, I hit the jackpot, and sometimes, I dont. Was looking for more fall colors. Was greeted when I arrived. Looked around and found a cute shirt. Ended up coming to 3 bucks. Now, that usually doesn't happen. Only a couple of workers and one register. Didn't mind waiting. I wasn't in a rush.

This store of Old Navy has nice discounts. Variety of choices, just like regular stores. Came in and looked around, was greeted right away. The worker even helped me when I needed it. Found a cute dress for a great price. Was happy when I left.

The employee had seen we were carrying a bag and asked if they could put it behind the counter for us to make shopping easier! Fantastic service

Today my friend and I were shopping around 3:00 pm and all I have to say is we walked out very happy and the service was top notch. We walked in and we were greeted and told about sales. Then a women came around and asked if we needed bags and came back with bags for us to make it easier for us.. then the team leader at the register was wonderful. Helped us bc we had several transactions. Was patient with us! All these women deserve recognition for there professionalism, customer service and making our day shopping great!!

I stopped in today and nobody said a word to me. I was the only customer in the store! I saw a few items that I liked but would not by anything from a store that the employees are so rude.

Had a pleasant surprise. Was able to get a warm pair of pajama bottoms for only 10 bucks. They have Christmas socks out already but that's a little too soon for me. They had other good buys but it depends on what you're looking for. Will certainly go back again.

Not much different than a regular Loft. Sales people were great, places left a lot to be desired.

Hit or miss. The only reason why I drive an hour is for the good sales because they always have good deals, but more times than not it’s a miss for me. Also lately it seems like every time I shop at this location the sales associates who are at the cash register are miserable and make checking out an uncomfortable experience. If you don’t like working there then quit it’s that simple! The sales associates in the regular Loft stores are much nicer and don’t act like that.

The assistance we got in the fitting room was great - Katie. Not only was she helpful in getting us different sizes of clothing that we asked, she'll even get us something different but close to what the style of clothing we picked to try on! Never have we gotten this amount of assistance before. Ever! There should be a Katie in every store.

Pretty sure the girl working Friday 11/8/19 tried to scam me. I grabbed a shirt that said $10. She rang the shirt up twice at $18. Then put in a “discount.” And then said the shirt was $18. I said that shirt is posted as $10. I even went and checked to make sure. She didn’t give me a hard time about it but she also didn’t apologize for getting the price wrong. It was all very odd. She just said okay $10. Not sure I’ll return their clothes aren’t very good anyways

I came here a few weeks ago because I desperately need a few pairs of summer shorts. A woman named Lisa was working the dressing room. She was extremely friendly and attentive to all of guests the came through. After she noticed the shorts I was trying out she recommended another similar pair that I ended up purchasing. I appreciate how welcoming she was and she made our overall shopping trip a great experience. Me and my grandmother were both very impressed with her

Lotz of clothes. Big sale on everything. I don't think this is an outlet store. The prices were quite high for an outlet. The whole mall was quite. Clean store. Staff knew we were there., asked if we needed help everyone they passed sometimes we did and they helped. Lots of parking.

I was shopping on Sunday and bought so much as their sales were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful as well.
Sure enough, I thought of a pair of ankle pants that I should've bought and regretted not getting them.
I called the Westbrook, Tanger Outlet Loft store and spoke to Lauren, one of the managers, and asked if I could purchase them over the phone! Well, she couldn't be more helpful and pleasant and made my purchase a quick and easy fix!
So, I highly recommend this outlet store and the staff are helpful and top-notch! Thank you Lauren!!!
