Nice store with lots of well-known brands' outlets. I recommend
I love it here and I can't go often because I spend way too much money.
I came in just to find a reasonably priced sock hat. After rummaging through a disorganized mess, I finally found what I was looking for. Then I had to search through the clutter to find a cashier. The line was very long and slow. Only three cashiers staffed the registers. I waited but then put the hat back and left. I can’t recommend this store unless you are prepared to wait in a slow line.
Loads of items!! Lots of sales and very nice salespeople.

I have a history shopping there and I know where to find things but for a normal shopper it is very disorderedized very fluttered and packages are opened in the store is a mess. Other patrons are openly breaking merchandise and taking it out and taking it out of the store families are doing it and it's very frustrating to watch. I go there because I find good deals and I have always shopped in places like these stores so I know it's about getting into the store early with an open mind and taking time to go through the department and dig through to find the good merchandise and spend a couple hours on a basic treasure hunt and if you have a free morning and money to spend with not a lot of particular products in mind you can go through and spend a lot of time doing a Treasure hun and come out with good deals but it takes a lot of time and you have to seep through piles of garbage and deal with not so nice co shoppers, and frustrated stuff. I'm a rare hardcore Shopper that enjoys the challenge and will advocate for people to shop with me to show them how to enjoy that type of shopping.
Update: I really appreciate you taking the time at Burlington to respond to my comment it makes me feel heard. And I know as someone who has worked in retail and spends a lot of time shopping. in this current economy its outright war on store. Shoplifters taking massive amount of items that don't belong to the people taking them. And if the shoplifting wasn't bad enough patrons are constantly vandalizing the place that are right that assorted staff can't keep up with. I know it goes beyond staff I know it goes beyond management I know it goes beyond the authorities in this town but some things got to give. I'm a positive person and I believe it will and soon I will continue to shop there because I love the clothes and I love the deals and I really do enjoy the people that work there for an honest living. Hopefully me modeling that behavior will have a small impact on others who see it and want to show respect as well. Slowly but surely positivity and good energy can make a difference than change the world continue the good work hopefully I'll see you when I get some spare money.

This place has great styles and prices. I am always surprised by some random item that I find here. My friend is always going here for her socks (and other odds and ends).

As a first time visitor from Cali this is the most ratchet Burlington I've been in. It's so messy and disorganized and the shevles are bare. Got another star because it had multi - vitamins I wanted and nice staff.
By cashier was very young and had just started and seemed nervous and I wanted him to engage and talk to me and learn about him and make it more a conversation while I know he has a script to set to but I think it's important to see these young people out at these customer service care jobs post covid and they are some of the hardest jobs to work and they don't get enough credit or pay so I always like to have a conversation and let them know I appreciate what they are doing and commend them for being out in the world making it a better capitalistic American System and that he or she should be proud

Store and employees were very nice, the clothes are of pretty decent/good quality for the price, especially when they have a blowout sale. I got a great pair of shorts for five dollars. Highly recommend and will be going back soon.

Came in looking for jeans. I found what I was looking for after a little help from a young woman in the fitting room. Picked the wrong size and asked for correcto ones. The price was decent as well. Checkout was quick.
Great prices on clearance but the not clear stuff can get pretty pricey. Good for larger women.
The customer service Reps are always super pleasant and helpful.
I wish I could give this experience more stars. The cashier handling my return was a bit of a bumblebee because it was an online order that was 3 days past the 30 day return window. This policy seems new to me as I have never been told this. Ultimately she agreed to give me a gift card which I promptly went home and used. Her attitude left me feeling sour so I wasn't interested in shopping in the store.
Freakin love going through Burlington and seeing what they have. Found some good stuff today and will def be back to buy some more.

Went to this store today to return some items I ordered online, staff was very friendly, and the store was very tidy. Disappointed that I didn't find anything else I really wanted but the lady in the store gave me some Lane Cash to use in the future which I thought was a very nice gesture. I wish I remember her name, I'd add it to my review.

Ok, so I haven't been to old navy in a while before this visit. However, they didn't disappoint customer service was excellent and I was able to find my pre teen son who only now believes that joggers are his only form of clothing choice options. Loved the prices which were very reasonable.
Liz was an excellent help and very patient with helping to find me new shoes. Would highly recommend working with her if you go to the store.
The staff was so friendly and helpful! I really appreciated their patience and their willingness to help me find the right size. They were informative, warm, and welcoming.
They have some good stuff BUT they are tricky... last night I went there and a girl told me about a promotion (2 jeans for 40) ok, I took it and THEY DON'T HAVE A FIT ROOM so the girl told me I could take them and if it doesn't fit come back and exchange it... I did that in less than 24hrs. I went today and they want to charge me 10$ after that they said 5$ for the exchange because the offer was last night and today doesn't count... the jeans was same fckn price SAME and they said wasn't when I'm seeing the target with same price 🙄 so... is not the 5$ the problem... was that they was lying to me...

This has got to be one of the worst stores I’ve ever walked in. Once you walk in you noticed the barely stocked racks. There are barely any clothes items AT ALL. All of the clothes sizes were mixed in together. The whole store is super messy, and there is literal trash everywhere. I don’t understand how they can allow a store to be this distasteful. I would stay away from this Burlington since it is not worth the time.
This store had a great store leader on when I went, makes all the difference in the world.
Every time I shope here the staff is helpful and respectful. One of my favorite things is shop on line and have it ready to pick up at this location.

I went in looking for a suite for an interview. The store manager Terrie, helped me pick out the best outfit! She was so nice, and helpful. I love this store!

I always enjoy shopping at old navy as they always seem to have great deals and good quality clothing.
Majority of the clothes here are very low quality.

Only place I found that got some decent outfit for plus size people. My fav store to find clothes. They never let me down. Even when I couldn't find a dress for a wedding reception. Was freaking out and then at the last min saw the most perfect dress.
Well I just have to show off this adorable purse. I've been eyeing in the window at Citi Trends in Greece... It was the very last one on display.. I think it's unique, trendy, colorful and will look great with the perfect outfit... The store manager was very helpful to get it from the locked display.. I had a courtesy call let me know when I could pick it up. Once again the sales associates were helpful with any questions or concerns.. Thank you
Pricey but if you use the stackable discounts and/or clearance you can get amazing discounts for some beautiful clothing. And they're all in plus sizes!

Very well organized and well stocked stock. Staff is friendly and for the quality the clothing is always reasonably priced. Its the start of the season so there weren't many deals going on.
Go there with my GF periodically who goes to this particular store because of its “plus size clothing”. Individuals who were shopping in the “regular” section of the store were treated nicely while my gf and I were sneered and laughed at. Also, I felt for one of the associates was being treated and talked to by whom I can only assume was her manager (only have seen him recently) This guy was rude, nasty and disrespectful…even if he was disciplining her he should have never spoke to her in that manner in general let alone on the sales floor. This supervisor or employee should be terminated immediately and we will no longer by shopping at this store and/or brand.
Went to the Marshalls in the Greece Ridge Mall, found these great products on sale, was disappointed when I opened the “primer oil” and it was defected, when I asked for a discount they said it was already discounted so they couldn’t. I think they should maybe just not sell the broken items then. However, I thought Angie and Isabelle were really sweet and professional when they cashed me out. I love this marshalls.
Very nice variety of makeup and bags. It was really crowded the time I visited, and there was a long queue at the checkout too, but the staff was quick and efficient enough to handle everyone with a smile on their face.

I never knew of this store. I love their children's selection for "kid flashy clothes" & their clearance section definitely attracted my attention. It was a pretty exciting visit even just to look around. Reasonable prices. I didn't intend to buy anything but ended up picking up a few items because it was such a good deal. The staff was helpful & had great opinions and recommendations. I rarely leave a four star review but I felt this store deserves it because I know the value they add to the community.
I will never buy another thing from this company. The quality is very cheap and the material is super thin. My second time shopping with them 2 of my shirts ripped right after taking tags off and they refused to take them back or let me exchange them bc the tickets were off. had to toss them after spending $50+ on each one. Not cheap what a waste.

The parking lot is clean and safe with plenty of handicap spaces available.
The store is located inside the mall and have to walk to it.
The store interior is well stocked and clean.
The items that they sell are well made with higher standards than others when it comes to jeans especially.
This is the only jeans that I will ware for fix and the way they feel on.
Great job to all the owners and employees who make and sell these products.

Went there for some Christmas shopping, saw, took pictures and left. There was garbage and accessories on the floor and it was absolutely horrendous in there. The only good looking space was the clothes. At least half the store was organized but for god sakes what is all the trash and stuff on the floor? 10/10 do not recommend going in there. All of this is right as you walk in too, not hidden or anything. Very disappointed that I couldn’t shop there. I hope they get their store cleaned up and organized.
Went into the store for the first time not knowing what to expect and I was thoroughly pleased I had no idea that the store was even in the mall and Iv worked in the mall for over 2 years. Everything is such a great price and they have so much stuff to choose from
It's a huge store. As compare to other burlington stores they have almost no shoes, loads of ladies clothes and decent kitchen variety.
The thing I loved the most is the art supplies that you don't u as usually find.
Its at a very convenient location because it has a shopping mall enterance and there is a JC Penny's and Target at a walking distance.

As a history buff, I have always loved this place! This year I finally got to experience it with my kids. They do a great job educating visitors and keeping the kids interested. And the special themed events are an added bonus! Make sure you've got enough time and energy to explore, as the grounds are huge and there's a lot to see.
Got a great deal on a strapless bar for daughter. But had an asthma attack because of all the perfumes in the air.
Found the Chuck Taylors my daughter wanted for her birthday. No other stores had them. Nice selection of shoes
Went shopping there today and as we walk in there are two employees talking. As we walk in they begin to just stare at us and began to lower their voices. Clearly something was wrong. I made the comment of how strange and rude they were being and they walked away. No apologies no acknowledgment to the situation! Then when we go to check out they stood there as if we were not there and kept talking and smiling as if it bothered us. Luckily there was a gentleman employee who stepped up! He was marvelous and I made sure to thank him for being customer oriented. I think that my experience was saved by this one employee!! The other three were very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with customers if they can’t keep up that same professionalism!!!
This location is in need of new managers. They're always rude to other customers who come in especially foreign customers who's english isn't that well. They're loosing good employees because of management

My son loves this place. They have a great printed t-shirt selection and clothes that fit his style. I shopped there just because I wanted to buy him something and the attendant was so helpful and kind. They graciously allowed me to return product that was not the right size too. I'll be shopping here again soon.
The clothes is reasonably priced...I found a few items that I liked... earrings was different but cute. They have purses and shoes also if you're looking for a quick outfit this is the place to shop.
I stopped in real quick-like with my family to try on some Doc Martins. I only wanted to try for size but even though I didn’t find what I was looking for, I ended up buying a pair of Chucks for my daughter and some Wonder Balsam to refresh/repair my already worn Docs. The girl that helped me was incredibly helpful but not in a commissioned salesperson sort of way. We didn’t catch her name unfortunately but it was Saturday, January 23rd and she was younger, maybe 19-20, and a brunette. Anyways, I meant to only try on shoes for size comparison and left with about $50 worth of stuff. By the way, the Wonder Balsam worked wonders on my poor, worn Docs. Thank you!!

Oh how I Love Marshall's! This place is the best place to shop for affordable high-quality items. I feel safe shopping here during such a difficult time in our City. The protocol is taken seriously and I appreciate that. With Christmas approaching I have found some of the best and interesting gifts for the kids. Marshall's offers a variety of toys for all age ranges. Last thing. Lol 😆 the staff is always very helpful.

Went to the mall today to find a nice shirt to wear out. Asked for a fitting room and the employee was very rude to my friend and I and denied us the use of the fitting room. Will NEVER go back to this store.

The employees were extremely helpful and understanding! They literally have the only size bras that will fit me, because the other stores I've went to only go up to a certain cup size, which, doesn't help when I have a larger size bosom. I kept asking ladies(who have full bosoms of course)where did they get their bras from, and they all said "Layne & Bryant" This company has been around for a very long time, and what I really love is that they've stayed current fashion-wise thru the years! I'm very happy with my purchase and I will continue to shop there.
Clothing felt super cheap and like you may only get one or two wears out of the clothing. Also super uncomfortable and not worth the price at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very pushy about buying alot and not in the good way. Was a very unpleasant experience overall. Will not be going back. Would rather put my money towards a better store with higher quality products and clothes.
Went in because there was a dress in the window. Hated how it fit. The store employee helped find similar dresses. Ended up going home with two dresses! Wear them constantly. If anything go in and try something on because their dressing rooms are awesome! Full lighted mirror and get this! Every room had their own fan which can be controlled by the shopper.

Hidden gem!! Why am I just now checking out this store! They always have a decent sale going on with in season clothing for folks of all tastes. I came here bc a cashier at Wegmans smelled AMAZING and upon asking him what he was wearing her said Rue21 Black. I went and checked them out and their colognes we're on sale for Valentine's Day. I bought the Rue21 Red which smells great and the Rue21 Orange which is my husbands favs
Store is nice, reeks of pot due to the customers. Unfortunately they don't play fair with their employees, basically they don't give hours to employees unless they push to sell their fragrance line. Seems unfair to me. However the jeans are pretty nice for the price, around $25-$30 for a pair. Most of the shirts are your standard "swag" fare. Cheap panties too, never had a problem with them. Something like 5 pairs for $7.50 for the cheap ones.
I shopped online. Though the customer representative partially solved my issue, 2 of my shirts were cancelled due to them being out of stock but still say they are available online. I was shipped the wrong skirt and couldn't get for the sale price because the sale was over and the skirt I received was not and still isn't on the website at all, I have to ship it back. On top of everything one of my white shirts had a yellow stain on them and the skirt that they did ship looked used and didn't care and slapped a tag on it. Overall if anyone is thinking of shopping at rue 21 online beware, going to the store is more efficient if you have one near. I am a single mom with 2 jobs and barely have time to shop for myself so I do alot of online shopping. Unfortunately, I am waiting for one more package I'm hoping everything goes accordingly because honestly after this mess I will not be shopping online with them anymore which is a shame because they have really nice clothes for good deals. The only thing they could do for me was refund the the shirts that were cancelled and refund the wrong used skirt I was shipped.
Store was neat and tidy, great deals and great plus size options. The problem being the customer service. It was the absolute worst I have ever received. I work in retail so I am pretty patient and understanding but it was bad. The one cashier was walking away in the middle of cashing people out and when she was there she was carrying on personal conversations. Then when customers went to the other line to the Male cashier ,who was much better and much more friendly, she started yelling at customers that the line was on her side and they needed to wait to be called over.

Love love love this store employees are so nice. A young man named Keith works there he is a ball of spunk and fun. Very polite all smiles literally my favorite part of the store is the employees they never seem miserable or rude. Keep it up.

This place is amazing, only 1 years old to Greece ridge , more people who enjoy urban wear yet classy club gear check it out. Also they have tons of clothes to cater to beautiful melanin skinned queens . I will be returning 😍🤗
It really is a nice store , however it says RUE+ size on the sign and there are very few plus size clothes jammed in the back corner . The customers service was very nice ,but behaved arrogant when I asked why there was so few selections in the plus size store for plus size woman
