ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG

An amazing experience down memory lane for me, a worthwhile place to visit.
Witzige Bilder gemacht , super Illusionen.
Actually it’s enjoyable even though they do have the same figurines (but in different styles)
Great fun for Kids and adults alike. Drop you jackets at the entrance, it will help to enjoy the show and makes taking photos easier.
Bigger than I expected! And it was a lot of fun!

There are not only nice backgrounds for selfies and photos, but also some illusion paintings and interesting things to read (it you want to).

It is better to be in company and not alone, to have someone to take you pictures. most scenarios are for 1 person, some of them though require 2 people to pose in the photo and a third person to take the picture.
This is a very nice and funny museum with many photo illusions and some of them are interactive.
Well worth a visit if you are in town.
They have lockers to store jackets etc with a deposition of 100 koruna.
The Museum of Fantastic Illusions in Prague is a whimsical journey into a world of optical wonders. From mind-bending illusions to interactive exhibits, every corner sparks curiosity and amazement. The blend of creativity and science makes it a delightful experience for all ages. Whether defying gravity or stepping into surreal environments, this museum offers a playful escape from reality. A fun-filled adventure that leaves you marveling at the magic of perception.
Awesome experience! We had a lovely time!

Overall a great experience, a little smaller than I expected but still, full of information and fun things to see. Perfect for kids but also for the adults. We enjoyed it and giggled a lot. The perfect experience to lighten up your day💕.

Note: Can pay by cash or card, we got the tickets online as it was easy. They also have an area to hang your jackets/raincoats if you’re visiting in Autumn/ Winter.

Really bad experience! First, I've been cheated at the beginning - I came with a child( and they clearly saw it), but they sold me 2 adults' tickets, I noticed it only later in the day... and second: it is 2 small rooms! And movie section. I paid almost 30 euros! It is super overpriced. Mucha is one of my favorite artists, so I expected something special from a museum with this name... but it's a trap. Big, big disappointing!
We were there in a huge group. It is a very touristy place. Food was ok, more for the masses than exquisite cuisine. I tried to get Kofola to drink but could only get beer.

Very cozy and nice place, they have inner garden (yard) where to hide from noisy streets and csn feel comfortable and do not disturbed. We listened to musicians who played some instruments. I liked it here, everything was super nice and calm 😊

The Czech National Museum was a delightful experience. The building itself is beautiful and an architectural masterpiece. Very bright with lots of natural light in all the right places. The exhibits are well designed, and I especially enjoyed the collection of meteors.

I visited with a group of students, and the staff were friendly and very helpful in guiding us through the entrance and into the museum.

The shop and cafe are quite decent and I found the prices reasonable and fair.

All in all, it was a great experience, and I would gladly visit again.

Take your time when visiting Narodni Muzeum of Prague if you wish to fully engage in everything that it offers. A whole day for the brave or 3 hours minimum for average people.

It has an amazing collection of minerals if you're into them and a great and detailed permanent animal exhibition.

You can climb the stairs to the top of the museum and have a look at the Prague from the top.

The architecture in itself is also amazing to admire.

Definitely a must visit if you're visiting Prague!
This place is great! Very kid friendly. They also have lockers for your pack. Tickets can be purchased at the kiosk just inside the door. Small snacks can be purchased at the gift shop along with kids toys and a small selection of souvenirs. The bathrooms are clean and good. Lots of really cool exhibits for every age. Beautiful spot for photos too.

What an amazing place , not only great exhibits but such a beautiful building with great views if you go to the top of the dome. An awesome gem area, and all information was in English so you weren't just viewing items you are actually understanding all about them. Great little cafe area too. All in all a great place to visit for all ages.
The architecture is amazing and the exhibitions are awesome. It is huge and has different types of exhibitions. Personally, I loved the geological part, which presents beautiful crystals. Also the Evolution themed part is interesting. Worth the visit for sure!!

Fun, traditional Czech beer hall, with an accordian player to serenade your drinking. Beer is great, and they will also encourage you to have a shot of the local liqueur. :-)
A must see for any beer enthusiast. This place is one of a kind, great service, atmosphere, food and obviously beer. If you're in Prague, make sure you don't miss this place.
This was an amazing experience for me. I loved everything I'm the museum and learnt alot.
Theo ly critic is that it's kinda small and it ends as soon as it starts. The staff is also very friendly and its quite affordable. I paid 240Ckr to get in as a student.
They have a lot of really interesting exhibits and displays. Their geological displays were incredible. You could spend a long time on that alone admiring the collection. You should definitely plan to spend several hours here. The tickets are very reasonably priced, and you can purchase them at the entrance.

We were disappointed. I think this place is more suitable for older children from 6 years old or teenagers, whose attractions will certainly amaze more than adults. Unfortunately, the individual stations did not interest us at all. After 15 minutes, we left disappointed with the feeling of a failed magic show. If you want to see really good exhibition and spend money more effectively, then visit National musem.

You will see most of Mucca's illustrations that he did for Sarah Bernhardt. His series of illustrations are also on display with detailed descriptions. There is also an AV that tells us about his life and how influential his work was to the people of Czech.
This a perfect place if you want to enjoy a czech atmosphere. Good food and food beer. Prices are high. Alive music could compensate that.

We loved it, we consider it to be one of the best places to visit in Prague.
Although it's supposed to be destined to children we believe it's suited for everyone.
We enjoyed the variety of "senses", we took some great and fun photos and in the end we tried to solve the puzzles (without success).

Exhibition in old building was really interesting. The building was beautiful as well. I visited this place with my friend and we have spent about 2 hours walking. Exhibition in new building wasn’t actually interesting for us, but still worth to see. I can also recommend it for people who wants to find really good viewpoint (third floor)

Herrlich
und einzigartig....

Definitely worth a visit! Mucha was one of the best artists of the late nineteenth century, and the face of the art nouveau movement. This museum has a great collection of his works, with plenty of clear information signs!
Worth going if you want to see collectibles, but not if you are into film. The museum is a showing of figurines and statues. They all have little fun facts about the films which are cool, but they get boring fast. This is more of a photo opp than anything. It’s a good time killer if you’re waiting, but definitely not a whole day activity or a place for kids. There’s a small gift shop, but it’s mostly collectibles.
Nice museum of film related figures and statues.
There's a good collection to see and you can take pictures with all of them. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but still a great collection and worth a visit!
This stylish Prague old pub becomes a touristic trap. It offers large garden - suitable for big groups. The style is similar to Munich Bavarian bierstube. They offer their own 13 degrees bier, which is not really good - it tastes like soap and it is overpriced. Also the service is not well - you have to wait for one waiter to order drinks, second one to order food and final you have to pay at bar.

This was an amazing time for the kids and us as well. We had a great time and spent a little over an hour in there. The kids did not want to leave.

I was mistaken. This place is a real shame.
I paid a high admission fee to enter the museum, but most of the exhibits were reproductions.
Moreover, the exhibits were in frosted glass, which made it difficult to appreciate them.
If they call themselves a museum, they should display their works in a proper way.
The first room had a good number of paintings, but once you go to the back room, the number of paintings decreases drastically.
I was like, what? That's all? I muttered to myself.
If there are so few works, it is much better to see the Mucha exhibition that is sometimes held in my country.
Mucha is my favorite artist, but I will never go here again.
It is better to buy a book and see it.
During my recent visit to the Museum of Senses, I had an overall okay experience. It's important to note that this museum is primarily designed for children between the ages of 6 and 14, and it caters more towards their interests and enjoyment.

The museum offers a variety of interactive exhibits and sensory experiences, which can be quite engaging for kids. However, it's worth mentioning that there were a lot of children present during my visit, which created a bustling and energetic atmosphere. If you're looking for a calm and quiet experience, this might not be the ideal place for you or for families with infants.

While the museum provides a range of exhibits aimed at engaging the senses, I found that some of the attractions were not as engaging for adults. The interactive elements and illusions might not hold the same level of fascination for older visitors. That being said, if you are accompanying children within the suggested age range, they are likely to have a great time exploring the exhibits and participating in the interactive activities.

As an adult visitor or someone with a baby, it's important to set your expectations accordingly. The museum's focus on catering to younger audiences means that it may not provide the same level of enjoyment or engagement for individuals outside the recommended age range. If you're considering a visit, it would be best to plan accordingly and ensure that the museum aligns with the interests and age group of the individuals in your party.

The artwork here was beautiful. A friend recommended that I go while we were in Prague and I'm glad I did. The museum shop has poster prints, postcards, buttons etc of the artwork for reasonable prices as well.
Gigantisch!! Hingehen!!
It's located in the former malt house. Great decor with ancient brewing machines, instruments and drinking vessels 👍😉 U Fleků is an impressive complex, and is the largest restaurant in the Czech Republic 🍻🥩
Very good service, good menu 😉👍🍜👏 Food was very good quality all around. Prices were reasonable 🍽💰💸
Came here for dinner and had a fantastic experience 😉👍

Wonderful museum with a rich selection of Mucha’s art. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie about his life— it put many things in context.

The most amazing artwork I have witnessed in a while. Mucha was a Czech artist in the Regency and Victorian Era. I have one of his rarest pieces tattooed on my arm that I didn’t see in the museum but I love so much. The museum itself was such a peaceful place to be and I enjoyed ever second of it:)). The people who work at this museum were so kind and helpful. I come to Praha often and I definitely want to come back!
The beer here is not extraordinary.

You can get better beer at any other brewery in the Czech Republic.

The service is slow, and they still ask for a tip at the end. It's a typical tourist trap.

The museum was actually quite nice!
There were many attractions to do yourself, exciting to experience something like that.
Nevertheless, the stay was a bit exhausting because other visitors have behaved very disruptive and shouting around continuously.
It was nice to have been there but it was not particularly enriching, is rather something to have fun.
