I live near it and the kids always enjoy their summer camp there. There are sometimes concerts called “Live at 5” so it gets a bit loud where I am, but otherwise great. Highly recommend checking out the summer camp programs.
What a fantastic place to take the family
I will give this a 3 star rating only because the website is really not clear on that this is NOT an actual Science museum with exhibits. Traveled this far with kids to nothing. Also went inside and there was nobody at the front until we started yelling “Hello, anybody here” 😅
The property itself is also not really inviting in terms of signs on where to go except for one map at the beginning. But i guess that is enough ? Or not. Anyways, 3 stars because according to other 5 star ratings the program here is great. Just have to reserve or something? That wasnt clear to me either when the lady came out finally to greet us.

I went here years ago when I was a child. They had a dinosaur exhibit at the time. I have so many fond memories of this place. It is what sparked my love of science. I am now a geology major in college.
Don't go. The place is close only open by reservation or parties

A good place for children discover the science.
They have a wonderful children's programs.The learning center is operated within the Leeds Pond Preserve which also encompasses an enchanting forest a peaceful pond and a beautiful beach on the bay.
This is a great institution which offers fun and interactive camps and programs for kids. My children have been attending since elementary school and they still love the activities. The teachers are great and they offer a wide variety of topics to appeal to all. In recent years they have also added family events and summer outdoor movies and concerts. Definitely check them out if you have kids who are interested in science!
Fantastic camp and family programming. I love that they have camps during school breaks and holidays. The educators are excellent, knowledgeable and super kind. The Live at 5 shows during the summer are really fun to attend. There are also nice hiking trails around the museum. Great for all ages!
The science museum has both beautiful and unusual artifacts. Viewing those artifacts is by appointment only.

Great gem in our area. If you have not yet seen the Lego exhibit, go! It closes on Sunday! Live demos and downstairs hands on maker spaces are fantastic!
Unique and affordable party for children that will break the repetition of the gaming parties. So much fin and educational.
