10/10! was greeted warmly by blendine, and then swiftly rescued by Nichele when i got mixed up on the way to my unit. extremely helpful staff and very well kept area. thankful for these guys!

Two out of the three times I went to my cube the main door was unlocked! I reported this the first time. I am a single woman and I don’t feel safe going in there when it is unlocked. I would typically be going there when the place is closed. If I find that it is unlocked again, I will be escalating the situation and asking go a refund.

As a representative & the face of your company, Nichelle is a keeper‼️ Extremely friendly, professional, very knowledgeable of the products, attentive to my pickyness, patient, customer service etiquette, and most of all are RESPECTFUL. I like that the lobby is nice and clean, and it appears to be well maintained.

Easy move in and very courteous staff who answered all of my questions. The virtual move out option was helpful since I had to leave when offices were closed. The representative was extremely kind and professional.

The rent at CubeSmart increased every year until I could no longer afford it! Therefore, I parted ways with them! And, my unit was filled with rat or mouse droppings and urine!! However, the staff was kind, patience and helpful whenever I had questions or issues!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nechelle @ the Clinton location, and all I can is 💯 on her customer service from the time I entered until the end of my service 💯 she was so Awesome.

The staff gave great customer service from the time I called over the phone to speaking to someone in person and completing my contract in person!! The staff was absolutely professional and courteous of what I was looking for and even when it was getting close to closing time I was still able to see a storage unit. I would definitely refer Cubesmart to all of my family and friends at the Clinton location on Alexander Ferry Road.

I rented a storage unit at the Clinton MD location starting on the 1st of March. So far, I have been plagued with the worst service I have received from any business I have ever dealt with.

I arrived on Friday, March 1st with my first load in a uhaul. I walked into the building and talked with the clerk, Charles. Charles gave me a bad gate code that didn't work. I notified him twice and he never fixed it. I had to be let in by a random person with a working gate code.

I returned that Sunday, March 3rd, and still had to be let in by a random person because my gate code still was not working. When I got to the unit, there was a yellow lock and a round lock on the unit.

After multiple calls to all the Store Space numbers I could find, one of the operators elevated the issue and said the district manager, Kenny, would contact me. Kenny never contacted me.

Finally, about a week later, I went to the site and a clerk from Norfolk VA was there to remove the locks and provide me with a working gate code. No local employees.

I had to keep paying extra on the Uhaul because I still had stuff to take to the storage unit. I also had to take time off of work to try and go to the unit while someone was physically there.

Charles, the clerk who supposedly works at the Clinton site and was missing since the 1st of march, finally called on the 11th and said he would fix the problem. Nothing was done and now there is a RED LOCK on my unit.

This Charles employee obviously cannot do his job. He is either too incompetent to do his job or he is actively targeting people to harass. If you can think of another possibility, you let me know.

*As for the response to my review from the company and the phone number they provided, that's is one of the 4 numbers I have been calling...

Rented my unit from the website but the people at the front office were very helpful and showed me to my unit and helped me get acquainted they were very helpful.

The facility is always clean …now there are carts available in the lobby , I never would have known if it wasn’t for Nichele she is so helpful and her mannerism is amazing….

Prime Storage has great rates & the lease manager Leah is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to speak with. I would definitely recommend Prime Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Was on site doing annual maintenance to the HVAC systems. As a contractor many businesses we service do not keep up with the maintenance of their systems, so that says a lot about this facility. This facility is in a wonderful quiet location close to Andrew's Air force base. Leigha was extremely pleasant to deal with, even caught her walking around the premises making sure everything else was in tact. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business as a consumer, and don't mind working for them as a contractor.

The process was easy. Then Gary inside the office was awesome. He was courteous. The office was clean and smelled nice. He was thorough with making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

I've had a storage unit here for over year, just closed out today. They were always attentive with any issues, questions, and the unit was easily accessible and clean. And the rates are competitive. I really enjoyed the staff's professionalism and courtesy.

I was a tenant at this location for just shy of 3 years, during which time my rent went up over ~25% at the beginning of each year. You cannot tell me that is keeping up with inflation.

For this increase no additional services were added. Actually that's inaccurate, now the on property restroom is no longer available to tenants without getting berated by the staff so that's a fun new service.

Then after informing them I intened to move out the unit, I was offered all kinds of "discounts" that showed me this company doesn't care about your continued patronage until you're so fed up you're leaving. Oh and eversince my email box has been inundated with unwanted spam from the company, so get ready to add all the unwanted correspondence to your junk folder.

Update Dec-2023 (12 months after moving out): Still receiving unwanted correspondence from this company. If I could give less than 1 star I really would. You are better off going literally anywhere else with your storage needs.

I had a unit here for 6 months give or take. I cannot begin to express how wonderful their customer service is.
Ms. Sharese (the manager) is one of kind! She would always call and give you a reminder for bill payments. If your anything like me and live a busy life, you can only imagine how helpful that was! I had a phenomenal experience with you guys. If your in a need of a storage unit this is definitely the place!!

About 2 months ago I was in dire immediate need of a storage space and the young lady that assisted me, Shareese Wise was so personable and informational and professional in helping me. I was a basket case when I came to her facility and she didn't miss a beat in helping me to get the right size storage spot very accessible for me because of my then, not too good health!
I honestly thought she was the manager!
She gave me all the options to choose from: discounts, promotions, she covered everything. I'm forever grateful for Ms Wise' above and beyond assistance and for Store Space Self Storage Thank you

Really good facility and close to my home. AMAZING service by one particular employee, Chere. From day one, she was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and has been that way each time I have encountered her ever since. I have had encounters with another employee there that was CERTAINLY not acceptable (I won't mention her name here because I will give her that respect, regardless of the lack of customer service she provided me), but you can always count on Chere for the type of outstanding customer service many representatives no longer provide. Keep up the good work!

Came to grab some stuff out of my storage unit and this is what I pulled up to. This place opened up at 9am. It’s almost 12pm noon and no one has cleaned up anything yet. Imagine if you and your child or anybody come to the facility and slip on this mess and hurt yourself! Not to mention the public restroom is always dirty. “A Hot Mess” from Adults who are renting units and not cleaning up after themselves or their children. We need to do better!!
