I walked into this branch today was met with a lady who refused to help me. After the nice young man told me no problem of course we can help. She asked me about why my id was from other state and other questions that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. She made me feel like I wasn’t welcome at all and I was coming to scam the place. I of course leave and go to the Burke branch and explain the exact same problem to the kinder lady there and she immediately sat with me and helped me with me original problem. Very simple. I will never come into this branch ever again and considered closing my account over this.

Customer service is better but in most cases they don't have enough staff so stay in line for a while longer before you are serviced

Had some critical last minute banking needs that needed to be met before the holiday, I was very lucky that I had gotten to meet and work with Maria, she was incredibly helpful, and super sweet. She had stayed a whole 30 some minutes with me after closing time just to help me. Thank you, and Happy Holiday’s AFCU.

Horrible customer service an just bad at what they do. Paid off loan 2 months ago, won't release lein at DMV, can't trade in or sell. Also reported a 30 day late when cash was in the savings account and the auto transfer just didn't work, so I almost can't but a new car. At least 10 minute wait for customer service on phone , and sometimes it still goes to a voice mail. Covid is over, get your butts back to work. New loan is going to Penn Fed even though it's $14/ month more. Done with these people.

My problem is online banking. On going problems and now no one answers phone calls, voice mailbox is full. Emails unanswered. Can’t check balances. Some accounts aren’t showing since their so called upgrade. Nothing is showing as posted to account. I’m looking for something more reliable. Can’t be hard to find. Urgh

Reading some of these reviews I agree as a long time former employee I have been disappointed in this CU. Only reason I am still with them is my car loan once that is paid off I am history I already joined another CU and is very happy with them.

I have banked with true energy Federal Credit Union for over 12 years now and I would never go anywhere else to start with the call center is phenomenal all the girls Veronica Charlotte Juliana and Tania are patient courteous smart and extremely helpful I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the branch manager who was one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met in banking they're really there to help I needed a car loan once to get to and from work and my credit wasn't the best but they believed in me and took a chance and because of that I am where I am today I might also add that I moved to Florida 3 years ago but I still bank with true energy Federal Credit Union I am a customer of theirs for life

I recently visited this branch managed by [Jason], and I must say the customer service was incredibly disappointing. He seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout my entire interaction.
Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that assumptions were made about my spending based on the amount of transactions on my account. As someone who’s trying to run a small construction business, cash flow is vital to daily operations. Check hold policies are strict which is understandable but Mr manager made known that these policies are in place to protect the establishment more than the customer, totally the opposite of what the teller at the branch where I usually go.
The delivery of his message was lacking empathy and understanding. I think Mr manager should have been more attentive and considerate, especially when dealing with customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties.
Overall, my experience at this bank branch was extremely unsatisfactory. I believe customer service should be non-judgmental, and focused on assisting all customers, regardless of their financial situation. I hope the bank management takes steps to address these issues and improve their services for a more positive experience for all customers.

Run away!!!!! from this bank. Getting ready for a wedding standing in Line for 30 minutes. Trying to multitask, in a hurry. Wait your card doesn't work, infront of the whole world. Embarrassed. Rhey made up an excuse saying my address was wrong. Couldn't even pump gas. After reactivated my card. My husband tried to pump gas after recently using his card. And declined. Run¡!!!!!!!!!

It took Apple FCU just over 24 hours to wire money needed for a closing. I requested it ahead of time and I almost missed out on a house because of them. I’ve had an account with them for a while but will be closing my accounts soon. Why would anyone bank with you all? There are no advantages compared to the big banks!

Recently joined credit union for their great loan rates. Customer service interaction via phone have all been with very rude, unmotivated and unhappy sounding employees. It makes you feel like your a bother to them. If it wasn't for Gloria in the Loan Dept (who is friendly and helpful) it would make paying a higher loan rate with our friendly local Alaska credit unions seem like a much better option.

One of the WORST customer service experience I have ever had at a bank.
If you need to talk to anyone personally I would go to another location...
I walked into the bank and there were two ladies at the front and didn’t even greet me they just kept talking to each other (one of them was the manager)
I did have a question but I felt like I was the one interrupting their conversation.
Anyways they didn’t try to help me, in fact they just kept saying what they COULDN’T do for me.
I’ll definitely be avoiding this location

This branch looks very cool. The remodeled recently so it has a new vibe. The advisors there are super knowledgeable when helping me with my checking account. They even upgraded me to a better version. The speed and efficiently they have is unrivaled. Helped me out quickly and accurately.
There's these ATMs out back in the drive thru when I'm too busy to go inside as well. They've got coffee and always go above and beyond when I need their help. Awesome stuff 10/10.

UPDATE: 2022 Gloria Ware assisted edited me and my sister with getting a HELC. She made the transition so smooth. She has available to answer all our follow up questions. TruEnergy rates are the lowest and their quick service is a game changer!
In 2021 Eileen helped me refinance my car that i purchased in 2018. Again they out did themselves and and offered an even lower interest rate! Can not say enough about the low interest rates! You just can't get any lower than TruEnergy
In 2018 I purchased my car with a loan with TruEnergy. They offered the lowest loan rates ever for my new car! They offer much better rates than State Dept Federal Credit. That alone won me over!
