Walked in for the first time and was greeted by both members right away. Exceptional service from Jim and Brittni and they both answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to transition from traditional banking into a credit union.
This bank was great prior to Covid 19.. They have lost there way and customer service fundamentals...DO NOT BANK HERE! I will be closing my account asap...Navy Federal baby!
It's inside the Union Kitchen on the northwest corner of the block. If you exit the mall on the first floor towards the outdoor mall area with the running store, CVS, South Block, etc you will find it at the end of that section, near the entrance to Punchbowl Social.
Lafayette offered great service from the time I walked in the door and walked out. Elisar Alassaf was amazing with a beautiful smile. She assisted me in opening a new account and sending a wire transaction while displaying great patience. Thank you Elisar and Lafayette keep rocking!!!

I have been banking with Lafayette for over 10 years and have been very happy. This week I needed some documentation ASAP after a miscommunication and Lafayette came through. Very big thank you to Tatiana for being helpful, polite, can and serviceable while I freaked out a little bit lol. I appreciate the great service!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked with a member in Rockville and had everything transferred to Crystal City which was closer to my home. By the time I got there they had everything I needed to close out the refinance I worked on. I would definitely recommend them as they gave me a GREAT rate and helped make the process seamless.
The Crystal City branch is fast, responsive and such a friendly team! I always get my questions answered and additional advice on other accounts like credit card, car loan, home mortgage products too.
I love Lafayette and customer service rep. Tatiana and Chris who works in the Crystal City Alexandria VA branch. Both are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I always get excellent customer service when I come in. I'm always greeted at the door and then when I leave. I've been a member now for about 3 years and no plans on switching .Try them folks, you wont regret it.
