VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one wants to work at the front counter. Don’t know what everyone is doing cause they never have parts. Really wondering how the doors even stay open here. Hopes and prayers I guess. Y’all have to make some changes.

They are the most frustrating company ever to deal with. There are too many departments to go through to order equipment, i just checked on an order that was to ship in 1-2 business days. This is day 3 I just called and part of the order is somewhere on a truck and the rest is on back order which may be a couple of months.

The team at United Refrigeration are friendly and very experienced at helping with our needs and questions. They help us take care care of our customers by having almost anything we need refrigeration wise on hand or easy to order if needed.

I'll start by saying that I think Trane is the best equipment you can buy. But they have some major organizational issues.
When trying to get a quote on equipment I can NEVER get in touch with someone useful on the the phone. When I do talk to someone it is the wrong person and when they transfer me to the right person it is 100% of the time a number that does not exist and hangs up on me. I've walked in trying to get the Trane360 set up and they direct me to call a guy in their office who never responds to your calls.
Do yourself a favor and buy from ACES Supply. They sell American Standard which is just Trane by another name. They answer the phone immediately and can get you a quote without any hassle.

I'm the GM of an HVAC company in Marble Falls and the guys at United Refrigeration are ALWAYS on top of their game and do what they say they're going to do!!! The entire customer service experience is top notch! We use them as often as we can.

I’m a Hvac installer and this facility is one of the best customer service there is around I’ve been to Plenty of supply warehouses in area from south to north in over 16 years whether you’re a homeowner HVAC installer or business owner this supply house will be right for you all the guys here make you feel like family from management all the way down to the forklift driver just wanted to say really appreciate the hard work all these guys give to my Hvac needs

I have 17 Trane units at my facility. I have over 200 employees. Trane last year told me they were not going to warranty my compressors unless I bought new units. At the same time, the quotes have come in at $90,000 and a leadtime that comes in for September. Thanks Trane for screwing my company and it's 200 hard working Americans who now work in 100 degree temperatures.

Called this supplier to inquire on the price of a furnace control board, I told the guy up front I am a home owner and needed the price to make sure I was not getting ripped off by the HVAC company working on my furnace. I know they can't sell me the part because I am not a licensed hvac tech, BUT all I wanted was the price. Guess what he would not tell me the price OR give me a reason why he would not. Why have a phone to call them if they don't deal with the general public? Hell why answer the phone at all. This sounds very Good Ol Boy network to me. When you read the review from another person they sold him a contactor , an electrical part as well and he was a home owner. No transparency at all. Now I can order this part on line but I wanted to give the local guy a shot, opportunity to make a buck! This is not rocket science folks, just to ask for a price apparently was to much to ask! I completely understand the wholesale process and why it exists but to just be shady about what your retail price would be and not allowing a consumer the "privilege" to attain knowledge and allow the common person to know if they are being ripped off by a HVAC contractor is as deceitful and despicable as it gets. No wonder the industry is so despised and seen as un-trust worthy!! I wouldn't mind if they have two prices, a contractor price and a retail price, just be fair and honest, or tell a customer that they only sell to hvac contractors upfront and be done with it. Most folks cringe at the thought of having to call an HVAC company in the first place and now to learn the support system and parts suppliers are just as un-trust worthy. These old school folks need to be fully aware that the consumer has intelligence and the world wide web as a info source. No wonder the brick and mortar folks are losing ground! Oh I did find an honest company that would tell me the price and I was being ripped off as the price of the board is $140.00 retail and not $580.00!!!!!! I will rip that HVAC company separately in writing to the Texas attorney general!

These guys were great! I am not an HVAC contractor but a home owner who knows enough to be dangerous. I had to buy a new contactor and did not know exactly what I needed at first but these guys were extremely helpful in helping me identify the problem and selling me the right part to fix the AC unit. I can not say much of anything about the other supply house that starts with G and rhymes with anger. Thanks Coastal for helping me out! It makes a huge difference when you can talk to people who know what they are talking about.
