I was looking for a Corvette C5, and found Classic Cars of Sarasota. Despite living in New York and it being a Sunday, I took a chance and randomly called on a whim - and Mike, the owner, picked right up.

He left such an impression on me that I put down a deposit the next day! Afterwards, he FaceTimed with us to show us his facility (which is huge and full of all sorts of cars!), and walked us through every bit of the car we reserved.

Mike couldn’t have been more accommodating to an out-of-state buyer - he was always a phone call or text away. Mike readily welcomed the third party inspector I hired to formally assess the car (who was very impressed!) and the sales paperwork was a breeze thanks to DocuSign. All the while, Kayla arranged shipping with a vendor that was both insured and licensed, and kept in touch frequently throughout transit.

Merely a week later, I was signing for delivery in New York for a car from Florida!

I was looking for a 1 year only 87 chevy v10 4x4 in a specific color and it just so happens they had one.I contacted Michael the owner and told him I was flying down from wyoming to look at it.when I got there,the truck was as nice as he described on the website. They were able to hook me up with a transport service to have it shipped back home.

Recently I purchased a 1966 C2 StingRay big block, convertible with a long list of factory options. The experience was extremely positive and the owner Michael was extremely understanding and patient. Knowing that the vehicle needed renovation work, I was introduced to the in-house lead restorer who deals with a number of C2s. I felt very comfortable throughout the process, after the car was inspected by AAG, I was able to make an offer and the outcome worked out to be great. A recommandation for a classic car insurance company was presented and I ended up obtaining a very good deal for my C2. If I spot another vehicle of interest at CCS, I will definitely talk to Michael.

I recently purchased a classic VW beetle from this establishment from another state. I can say the transition was seamless. They were very helpful and understanding of my reservations buying from someone that I do not know and I hadn’t seen the car. Classic Cars of Sarasota was great to deal with regarding the 64 Ford Thunderbird I purchased a few weeks ago. I great communication on my questions and transporting to my home.
Has an issue after arrived regarding rear windows not working which they replaced the motors prior to shipment. After a fair amount of work on this issue Michael and his team paid for more parts and helped with the troubleshooting has although at the end of the day these windows are very difficult to solve. Chalked up the issue 50 year old vehicle that has a mine of its own on the rear windows. Good news the front windows work great! I recommend this dealer for future purchases.

Frank does a wonderful job of caring for all the vehicles in his garage. Battery tenders, full gas tanks, oil changes, etc. Above and beyond the air conditioned storage and personal security. They only need to get more space so they can take care of more people and their vehicles.

Because we were not able to travel to Florida, our BMW had been standing outside our condo for almost a year and could not be driven. The helpful folk at Florida Classic Car Storage moved it to their facility, got it running and did the necessary repairs to make it roadworthy again. Bravo!

I PCS'd overseas with the NAVY for 3 years. I used Florida Classic Car Storage to store my prized Muscle Car. Frank took care of me like family, very personal attention. I felt confident in the facility being secure and my car being stored in a climate controlled environment. When I came home for visits I would call Frank let him know I'm home for a short time and I want to drive my car. I would show up and frank would have the car ready to go. When I had to leave Frank would be there waiting for me to drop off my car to go back into storage. Frank is a good guy, he will take care of you and your car. I looked for a long term facility to store my muscle car, none of them impressed me. Franks facility on the other hand from first visit with the Quality types of vehicles that were being stored, Ferrari, Porsche, Muscle cars, new and rare old classics, Harley's, Boats, I knew I found my place. Frank will always have my respect, he took care of me above and beyond your typical business. He treated me like family I really could not have been happier and it was less thing I had to worry about when I was overseas.
