I'm from out of state and LMT helped me out with a ppi on a car. Eric spent a good amount of time reviewing issues and sending me photos of what he encountered. Great to deal with

Called ahead to make sure service would be possible. We drive a Japanese import camper, so we completely understand that not every mechanic can handle it. Asked multiple times about multiple services just to be *completely* sure we weren't wasting our time. The only warning we were given was "it might take a while to get parts". Showed up for our appointment (weekday morning, had to miss work) to be told that literally none of the service we asked about could be performed. Huge waste of time, absolutely ridiculous. Had they said "I think we can get that done, but we won't know until you get here" we would've been totally fine with the result, but to be so confident you're going to be able to service it, then basically say "nope, not possible" when I show up. What the heck?!

Edit to the reply: we very much did say that it was a vehicle imported from Japan and that it's not a vehicle sold in the States. If you know anything about cars, you know that JDM cars are RHD.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful and gave me advice that they didn’t even have to. Very rarely experienced such a nice staff anywhere much less at an auto repair. Will be coming here for everything from now on.

Brought my new-to-me 2009 MX-5 here for the state safety inspection. I’d bought it out of state so it needed a few things to pass; they got it all taken care of for me, no fuss, and without my needing to ask also figured out what was causing a couple squeaks (a slightly bent frame part and old bushings), and were able to fix that too. I’ve moved across town but would bring my car here again.

After a bad inspection experience, I would never come here to get any work done. They tried to charge us $145 for 3 amber lights that were blown (parts and labor). We decided to purchase and change the lights ourselves (which only cost us $15). I guess they didn't like that. It wasn't even 30 minutes after leaving the shop and my tire light was on. I didn't even go anywhere but that shop, to my sons school then home. All within a few miles and no highways. Not nice of you all to do that to already struggling people.

And the shop stinks. It reeks of cigarette smoke. I don't recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with LMT, getting new tires, an oil change, and some other services on my 30’ Class C RV. I mainly dealt with Eric and he was very helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure all my needs were addressed. Also, when I ran into numerous issues with having my RV towed to them (using a company dispatched via Good Sam) they were very patient and understanding. What was supposed to be a relatively quick one-day process became two days, because of the towing issues, and they were so accommodating. It’s hard to find good RV shops, and I’m so glad I found LMT!

The staff at LMT Auto Repair go above and beyond to help their customers. We have 4 vehicles and will only take our cars there. They are honest and tell exactly what needs to be done. I recently had a battery issue with by Honda Pilot and while I was waiting for a jump, I called the shop and Eric was ordering me a new battery to have ready and waiting to replace the next day. Greatly appreciated all they do for us.

I recently moved to Maryland and I was very concerned about finding a good, honest, resonably priced mechanic here. Someone from work recommended LMT. I have been very iimpressed each time I bring my car in for service. They are very honest about the work that needs to be done and they always complete the work correctly and the car is ready when they promise.
