Lance is the man @ Local Heroes whom I have alot of respect for because he is an expert in what he does. My Dodge Charger RT 2008 drives like she is brand new. Fantastic service. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable staff happy to explain to me all my questions. They helped me assess the issues I need to address on my vehicle in order of priority with clear breakdowns of the work required and included a digital report with photos indicating the issues. The Halloween decor is cute too ☺️

They give you friendly service when dropping and picking your car up, updates on how the inspection is going, and a prompt texts to let you know when your car is done. They also give you ample notice of future repairs that might need to be done, so you can prepare financially, they never pressure you into getting repairs.

The staff is very customer service oriented. I’ve had my water pump replaced, and the timing chain along with some other items this past eight weeks. They’ve done a good job they’re clean they’re neat. I’m always pleased with their service. And they are always finding a way to get me in to get the car fixed for me. Usually when I come in it’s under an emergency situation.

Not every shop has the equipment necessary to smog a 17 ft. camper van. These folks do, and have always done right by me in terms of quality of work and price!
