While working with NOVA UMFS to secure an out of state kinship, my husband and I realized that we had taken on a huge task. UMFS guided the process with distinction. We would not have endured the process without their guidance. The time, knowledge and patience spent on ensuring that kids and parents are in a safe space is phenomenal. I can never forget the three plus years spent working with them. We made it. Much respect to the administration and social workers. Thank you for your kind care and deliberate concern.

I've been working with UMFS for years and have found that their organization is extremely well-run, supportive and, best of all, caring. They are always there for their families and young people and they are a reason I have been a successful and happy caregiver.

We've been resource parents (foster parents) with UMFS for four years and love the agency. The support and caring community of other foster/adoptive parents has been pheromonal. UMFS doesn't just get foster parents approved--they continually offer training, on-call support and events designed to encourage and assist us along our fostering journey.

We've been working with UMFS since early 2022 and our experience has been terrific. Although we have not had a placement yet, the staff members have all been professional and wonderful to work with so far. If you are looking to grow your family, UMFS is a great opportunity.

We have been working with UMFS for over a decade to provide support for children. Their staff is amazing! They always put the best interests of the children first!!!
my son really loves the program, and Jenny is super helpful, kind and responsive.
I took the Citizenship class offered as part of the New Neighbors program and truly appreciate all the effort that the Campagna Center and Steve Jones have made to help immigrants prepare the path for naturalization. Steve is an excellent, dedicated, and very well informed speaker who carefully prepares each class to share not only the fundamentals of the exam but also key knowledge of the U.S. history and law that enable immigrants to better understand and contribute to society.
Very bad staff and management not professional
I'm so disappointed to putting my child to this program
First of all we would like to thank Mrs. Melina for helping us with everything and all that you do. You gave us the best school to take our child to.
We are giving a review to Jackson Crossings on 120 E reed ave Alexandria, VA. The teachers (Mrs. Pope and Ms. Duncan) they are really amazing and very very helpful. Even during this quarentine time while school is closed, they keep calling us twice a week to check up on our son and they have projects for him to do every day. GOD bless them both.
They are like family not even teachers. They have video learning and group video calling with class mates so that the children don't miss each other. They are very encouraging and helpful. If there was a rating more than 5, we would have given them both a 100 out of 5. We do not have enough words to express our gratitude for them.

With kind regards,

Natanim's parents

I'm very disappointed at how Compagna handle new registration. I had an appointment today with Leslie Wysong at 9:30 am . She made me wait about 20 mn before she met me . I brought all the documents . she didn't bother to look at them. The only paper she noticed out of all the documents is the 1040 . And that was enough to terminate the meeting. samply Because it has 2018 Year. I tried to show her my wife latest paystubs but it was in vain. The meeting took less than 3 mn .
We 're only in Jan 23. Taxes are not due or done yet and most of the paper work including W2's are not sent yet .
Frankly I'm skeptical about Campagna mission.
If you want help, go to a serious Non-profit organisation.

Horrible and dishonest Sr. Management team. Their Transparency seal is a joke! All they do is cover up ,falsify records and situations to be “appear perfect .Think twice before putting your child/children in ANY of the early childhood programs!

Everyone at NoVA UMFS is truely dedicated to doing what it takes to support the children and us foster parents. We were successful because they were right there with us, no matter the time of day or night. Once you realize how many kids are out there that need a home, it's hard not to help. And UMFS provides the training and support to enable you to do so. A great organization with a great mission and an even bigger heart! Diane and Tim

We love Samuel Tucker Campagna! The Campagna teachers at Samuel Tucker ROCKS!!! My son loves it so much he never wants to leave! The teachers are so creative with everything they do with the kids from science projects to plays. I am so grateful to know that our children are being cared for by young adults who love them and have their best interest at heart. They go beyond the call of duty! They are family!
The ladies who run the Campagna Center are amazing! The work they do for the community, and the events they organize are a big part of Old Town Alexandria's charm. If you get the opportunity to attend one of their events I am certain you will agree, and if you cannot attend, I hope you will consider making a donation to this wonderful charity.
