I spoke to Claudine 1 week ago and she was supposed to call me back that same day. She never called back and I called every single day and was told she will respond. It was recommended by the receptionist to come in person. I asked for Claudine when I showed up and didn't bother to help me. It was someone else who was able to help me and explain my financial aid issues.

This is where the financial aid office work. I don't know what they do there but certainly not take calls seriously or answering. The only people who can answer are usually the counselor but they don't want to pick up fyi their email processing takes the whole 10 days so even if you could not help it. You should have predicted the future.
