Absolutely beautiful Jesuit University. It's also unique.

My family and I took a tour of the campus and found it to be extremely clean and of course the architecture is stunning. This review is only for the campus and not academics.
We had a wonderful tour with the executive director- so informative and we learned so much. Definitely a must visit if you are in DC
Entering my 2nd decade as a DC tour guide, I have visited the Woodrow Wilson House many times, but have been reticent to write a review for fear of revealing my Go To 'hidden gem'! Guests rarely know of its existence and always come away in amazement at the meticulous preservation of Wilson's last home and also leave with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the 28th President and (in my opinion) his grossly underrated 1st Lady, Edith! The house is an absolute treasure trove and time capsule of the 1st quarter of the 20th Century and has remained such because Mrs. Wilson lived there, changing very little, until her death in 1961, oddly enough on what would have been Wilson's 105th birthday.
My most recent visit to the Woodrow Wilson House was to attend a lecture, featuring the famed scholar of international relations, Dr. Mary Habeck. Dr. Habeck offered incredible insight into the current crisis between Ukraine and the soon-to-be re-Soviet Union. Listening to such a smart, concise explanation of the long history of this conflict (dating back almost 1000 years) was extraordinary enough, but to witness/ participate in this breakdown of such a momentous current event - in the drawing room of a Nobel Peace Prize winner - was borderline surreal!
The Woodrow Wilson House receives zero government money and is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and does not shy away from Wilson's more controversial aspects. Other historic venues should take notes! Whether a history buff visiting Washington, DC or a local interested in current events through the prism of our past, put the Woodrow Wilson House on your list of things to do - I'm pretty sure they wouldn't mind if you made a donation, either! There it is: the cat is officially out of the bag!

This review is on the campus and walkability of Georgetown University, not the academics, which are indisputably excellent. That said, the campus is a bit worn and in need of some renovations. It’s on a hill so you will get your exercise if you walk here. The buildings are almost all brick with forgettable architecture. Of course the nearby city of Georgetown is lovely and lively so there’s that.
Amazing historical campus. Definitely worth the visit for those that like to experience such prestigious institutions.
I booked a tour online and really enjoyed myself. The exhibits are arguably a bit more on the (end of the) history of slavery than Woodrow Wilson, but the two are intertwined. Shortly after I got home, I discovered that my guide had sent me a postcard answering a question I had surprised her with during the tour. Note that the tour does not start at the house itself, but rather a short walk over at the gift shop.
We were at Georgetown for GAAP weekend. They were awesome and the university campus was amazing! The best college visit we've had!! We had full access to facilities including all of the dorms. Other colleges are not that open which makes you wonder what they are hiding. The food on campus was great with lots of vatiety which is important to us. What I like the most at Georgetown is their sense of individual importance combined with growing younto be inclusive and understanding of others. They really create a feeling of Belonging from day 1!!

Beautiful campus well maintained. Although old it still has many modern buildings and they are always improving. Lots of history there. No subway stop at the campus but nonetheless is worth going over there. Campus bookstore is huge.
Single handedly one of the worst programs I have ever signed up for in my life. Not realistic with full time employed students with the workload given. The pace of the program is unrealistic. Scores actually decreased throughout the time I have been in the program. Save your money.
We stopped for a quick walk around the university buildings, and it was worth it! It reminded me of Harry Potter somehow. Beautiful main building. We parked outside for free in a 2 hour parking (no meter). The neighborhood is beautiful too
Loved the place...very educative and informative .. well organized
The tour last one hour, but arrive about 20 min early to view a short video summarizing Wilson’s life and presidency. A knowledgeable docent leads you through the sitting room, dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen. Artifacts, furniture, and portraits are explained in each room. Be sure to check out the interactive room at the end where you can sit at a desk or couch and try on spectacles and hats while posing with a phonograph and old telephone from Wilson’s era.
Wonderful museum!. A must see. It's an easy 10 minute walk from the metro. It's a slice of American & personal history in quiet and affluent neighborhood. Enjoy the walk. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The house is only open to tour with a staff member. Tour is an hour. It was very interesting and the docent was knowledgeable. Made history come alive with little known facts and stories. Well worth a visit.
Highly recommend paying the $10 Tour, $5 for students. They give you all the details that you wouldn’t know without the tour.

The staff at this school is very unprofessional and rude. When things go wrong with your children they don't even call and tell you. You have to hear it from other kids. Then when you call to fine out info about the situation don't nobody know what you talking about. You have to use curse words and actions a fool just to get a call back. I would not recommend IDEA to no one I would put my child in a public school first.

Very nasty people that run this school, very nasty indeed!
This school is by far the worst I've dealt with. You can ask for a weekly progress of your child's work ethics and behavior and still do not get it. They'll call only when they don't want your child in school. There's no parent teacher relationship here.
