Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.
Took a chance on ordering from their website and they came through with high quality printed retractable banners for our company! Very impressed.

I normally don’t write reviews but I was pretty disappointed about the lack of communication. They have a really great turnaround time which is why I gave them the 2 stars but after I submitted my payment I got no confirmation or order status. I also mentioned that I needed it asap and they didn’t communicate their hours and they ended up being closed on the days I could have picked it up. I requested a refund via email and had to call them in order to get a response and even when I did they were not apologetic and rushed me off the phone. Hopefully I get the refund in the next couple of days.
They said they’ll have it for me a certain time and they did great work. I appreciate it.
This is the only place I would use for anything in printing!

Great to work with. Received the first version and it wasn't printed properly, no problem sent out a replacement and had in a few days. Helpful via email and phone. Will continue to do business with!
I would highly recommend this business because I reached out to a gentlemen called David at the shop literally three days before my daughters college graduation function and we explained to him what we were looking to have done and once we submitted the required materials he got back to us asap along with his suggestions to make sure that my daughters accomplishments and they were many along with her photo was added onto the banner and I must say and I say it with the deepest appreciation it was the most beautiful banner I saw along with capturing my daughters beauty and everything she did onto the banner. I myself will be using Print On Broadway again because of their service as well as the professionalism and the promise to have it ready for said date. Thank you Print On Broadway for making my daughters banner as well as the many pictures taken memorable. David thank you as well from myself and my daughter.

I've been a professional photographer for 25+ years, exhibiting in galleries, publishing 6 monographs of my work and working with the leading magazines and brands. Mega Format beautifully printed (3) 8x8 ft. vinyl adhesive prints for an exhibition of my photographs at a gallery in Dallas. The reproduction quality, color balance and skin tone reproduction were spot on, I couldn't have been any happier with the print quality. The large format prints were the centerpiece of the exhibition.

These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.

i went in to pick printing that i had ordered online. NONE of the employees inside were wearing masks despite signs on the door telling customers to wear a mask. i expressed discomfort at the employee at the counter not wearing a mask. three days later, i am feeling sick and i am afraid i contracted COVID at this print shop.
i would not have ordered from this print shop if i knew there were no masks being worn here. shame on this business for not enforcing masks.

A quick service turn around and great professionalism. My labels are of very high quality for my small business Phil's Better. They even take a look at your bottles specifically. Highly recommend!

After struggling with finding the most appropriate label paper for my oil based products, not only did they have exactly what I needed they exceeded my expectations as far as quality and service. In the end of April we were looking for a company that could do various small retractable banners and also two major backdrops (15 and 20 feet long) for our event. We had only 2-3 days to produce everything and we really needed the best quality in the market. We found MegaFormat on Google. I first spoke to David who was amazing explaining how everything would work. He was very good in confirming that all the design material was received - we sent it in batches. He sent us the templates for the design for the size and formats we needed and gave us guidance. We welcomed 150 very high level authorities from various countries in the UN headquarters, and thanks to MegaFormat we had our banners ready on time and with amazing quality. The large format backdrops were ridiculously easy to assemble. It took us about 15 minutes to set it up completely. David also showed to us how to assemble and disassemble the banners and backdrops. MegaFormat thank you very much for your fantastic work and great support!
Mega Format really came through for me for a recent conference. I needed fast printing for a retractable banner and for a hanging sign. Mega Format was able to print and ship in just a couple days to ensure I received the signs in time. Plus the quality of the products was exactly as expected. Would highly recommend!
The staff at Mega Format was extremely nice, they even optimized our logo free of charge and got the job done over the thanksgiving weekend without any additional charge. Great team. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Chrome browser didn't work beside that fast service
Printed my stuff out immediately. I had a little issue with my file and they helped me out. I didn't know the name of the kind of paper that i wanted either and my file to print was 500MB large but they worked with it fine. Got a little crowded in there at some point but they had enough workers there so it was fine. Didn't expect it to be entirely hasidic Jews working there though so that was a little of a surprise but they were really nice and knew what they were doing. I would come back.
