The admin team are easy to contact and super helpful.

I contacted London Roofing Specialist Ltd when my kitchen extension roof started to leak.
I found the office staff to be very patient, helpful and informative. Darren himself came to look at the job and discussed different options with me, at different price points, for how it could be tackled.
The crew who came were very pleasant and worked efficiently.
I'm even due to get a 20 year manufacturer's warranty.

We have just had a complete re-covering of our mansard roof, slopes, and balcony by London Roofing Specialists. This involved membrane-covering flat surfaces and rear, slating, leading, and balcony boarding.

From the original quote to the end of the job has been a good experience, people turned up when they said they would, and explained what they were going to do. They had different specialists who came to do the Membrane, and for the Slating and Leading, all of whom were clearly experts in their trades.

The only hiccups in the job were because of the awful weather, which they had to work around and weather-proof every night.

At the end of the job I had a query, which was more to do with the structure of our original roof than the work they had done, but they came around again very speedily, and did a small fix which has completely resolved the issue.

Would definitely recommend this company for a replacement roof.

I’ve used London Roofing Specialists in the past, and even though I did get other quotes, they were my preferred choice.

Darren did an initial assessment and advised on the different options and what they would cost.

There were a few issues during the work because hidden problems with the existing roof came to light. But Darren and his team were quick to resolve them and advise on the best course of action.

The roofs looks great and we’re over the moon with the final results.

Excellent service, excellent job from start to finish! This is the second time I have used London Roofing Specialist, previously for a really complex lead roof, this time for three flat roofs. Darren gave a prompt assessment and competitive quote. We agreed a start date, with scaffolding going up the day before. Great communications meant everything went super smoothly. The roofing team were efficient and reliable, with the job done bang on time. Both they and the scaffolding teams were friendly and considerate. An amazing job all round. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

Home Restoration Specialists were super fast and professional. Patrick came round same day to give an initial quote for cleaning the gutters but spotted some other issues I never would have noticed. All of those were fixed and the gutters cleaned within a few hours. Very responsive communiction and little disruption while the team were working. Highly recommend.

In a recent storm I contacted Patrick one day early evening as our daughter reported leaking thru the ceiling and party wall. Patrick kindly went around that very evening and then again the next day in daylight. He identified the problems and gave me a quote and within a couple of days a team of men were at the flat working to give us a new flat roof, lead flashing, repointing a chimney and new guttering. Sam and his team were very polite, cheerful and careful about covering for the inside of the flat. The whole team is hardworking and a pleasure to deal with . So grateful to have found them !

After reading the positive reviews on Google, I contacted Patrick for a quote after noticing a leaking roof due to a damaged membrane. I was looking for a reliable, reasonably priced local contractor and that’s exactly what I got. He wasn’t pushy which I appreciated and was very responsive.

Patrick came over to provide a quote within a couple of days and work started the following week. Patrick’s team completed the bulk of the work in one day, minimising disruption. They were tidy and Patrick arranged for the TV satellite to be adjusted after it was knocked out of kilter during the work which was very decent of him.

I won’t hesitate to use Patrick and his team again (though hopefully I won’t need to!).

Patrick was super efficient, coming by our house to have a look at our gutters. He made an accurate assessment, explaining why we had experienced damp in some rooms due to weathered concrete, blocked gutters and re sealing needed. He gave suggestions of what to prioritise given our limited budget with an upcoming wedding (!) Once agreed he was back within 2 days to clear out and seal the gutters. He was quick, professional and thorough. We will certainly do some more extensive work in the future with him and his team (after the wedding!) thanks, Patrick!

Exceptional Repair Service

I recently had an issue with a loose gutter joint, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Patrick and his team. They promptly assessed the problem and installed a new joint to fix the leak.

This is the second job Patrick has done for me, the first having been reinstating a loose lead flushing on my roof that was letting water into the attic walls.

Once more, Patrick's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. The new joint they installed looks sturdy and of very high quality. The job was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy.

Patrick was utterly amazing. We had an issue with our guttering which created issues to our internal plaster. Patrick called me back within 5 min of leaving a message and came around the same day. It was quite obvious that the previous contractor had done a shoddy job. Patrick took pictures and video of the issue and recommended next steps. In the meantime he did a fix so the leak instantly stopped. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for now. Thanks Patrick. Crisis averted. I’ll certainly be in touch for any future repairs.
