You finally hand in your choice by writing them on a piece of paper and handing it over to the waiter. The service was quick and the waiters are friendly!
If you are one of the unfortunate ones seated by the bar (like me), you'll have people constantly walk by! Was annoying to start with but forgot about it in 15 mins.

well i don’t expect it’s anything close what i get in Madrid. but this is beyond worse, than i prepared….. fried Sardine was cold and soft. lamb and pollo were only lurk warm ( guess either the microwave was not working well or they just don’t have enough time for heating the pre made dishes.) Crème Brulee was like liquid. and 12,50€ for 7 pieces Gambas al ajillo? …. Rioja was alright. but the happy hour Caipirinha you get that you can literally finish in 2 sips was basically mixed with sugar and crushed ices. sad tapas! btw don’t waste your time to call and make reservation, coz they never pick up and when you arrive they would just give you the corner seat and tell you it’s the last one available.

A true gem for tapas lovers! The food is fantastic, and the tapas are authentic and flavorful, perfect for sharing. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind. It’s ideal for weekends when finding a place for a larger group can be tough – we’ve always been lucky to snag a spot here, even with a crowd. However, the cocktails were a bit of a letdown. I tried four different cocktails, but unfortunately, each one missed the mark. Despite this, it’s a great go-to spot in Munich for tapas and atmosphere!
Nothing Spanish about the food - but portions were big, service very nice and the entire atmosphere was awesome. Will totally come back here for the good vibes ❤️
We ordered one of these tapas menus to share, the ribs were delicious! As well as the dates with bacon. These are a good option for a group to try different food. On the other hand, we also ordered a Paella for 2, but we could only eat the fish/sea food in it because the rice was so salty it made us just want to drink water and stop eating.

Ein richtiger Geheimtipp! Wir waren total geflasht vom tollen Essen, dem klasse Service und dem allgemeinen Konzept. Der Abend hat sich angefühlt wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub. Hier werden auch Veganer und Vegetarier fündig und bekommen genauso ausgeklügelte und raffinierte Gerichte. Danke für den tollen Abend!
The food was delicious. It's slightly shocking that wine is served in 0,1 portions, pricey at 8,40EUR for the Grauburgunder. The service was quick. However, the waiter appeared to be handling the whole restaurant on his own and was somewhat gruff. The decor is minimal, but not cold.

Location: it is one of the best locations in Schwabing. Few minutes walk from Münchner Freiheit, there is street parking and a parking garage nearby. (5)

This bar was closed on friday 24.11.23, altough in google was declared as open! From the street it looked that this place is permanently closed. It used to be a very good a delicous restaurant. Pity.
Super nice waiter and place overall, felt almost like home (Spain). Really nice chorizo and gambas al ajillo, also spanish beer. Tortilla could have been better but it was not bad for the first attemp of the chef (as the waiter told us). Also bread was burnt but other than that, best tapas I’ve had in Munich so far.

This girl is legit the best bartender/server I have probably ever met (and I have been around). She gave me great recommendations not just in terms of the menu but also about Munich culture. As a first-time visitor I was welcomed very warmly by her.
The co-server made an AWESOME mango margarita.

I was there for lunch on a Sunday. Tapas were great for lunch to share with friends. The service was good, no annoying personnel. I loved the dessert.
Quite tight Spanish place with even less space than you would guess from outside.
Would not recommend to eat because:
- Orders were forgotten twice even, if service were politely reminded (we gave up to a certain point)
- Food arrived before drinks were served (yes we waited for some time)
- Bill contained stuff not served
- Service handled the whole situation quite unprofessional and rude
- Overall overpriced

Went back 2 nights in a row. Mind blowing. Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten. The ginger prawns especially!!! So delicate, flavourful, light, fresh. Incredible value for the quality of food. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10. A ‘must visit’.
We were visiting for Oktoberfest and wanted something more Asian and found this place in Google Maps. It’s honestly so underrated and some of the best food we’ve had in Munich (maybe the best on this trip so far). They truly have a unique spin on Vietnamese food with their tapas style and the atmosphere is very cozy and intimate. Would recommend making a reservation beforehand as they are quite small but popular. We got very lucky today and I’m so glad we found this place for dinner. If we are ever back in Munich, this will be a MUST VISIT spot. Every dish was amazing but highly recommend the Thai basil beef and the Ginger Prawn.
Great place with super tasty tapas! The bartender Sergio is really open minded and have a great human being, who can speaks english, German and Spanish. Johnny, the young cutie host server is reliable, who can advice you the best dishes to have. English and German speaker. To sum up, if you want a place to chill with a lover, friends or after a long day of work, i would recommend you this place. Its like ehat we have in Japan, a little place but really lively and where you can have relaxed time. 5 stars for the atmosphere and the price for Munich standards. Arigato Sergio and Johnny! Wir waren am Anfang wegen dem Konzept bisschen skeptisch und hatten nicht viel erwartet, waren aber am Ende total begeistert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sensationell mit ansprechender Präsentierung, davon sind die Seafood Popcorn, Chicken Lemongrass sowie Glass Noodle mit Beef unsere top favorites. Toller Service, schöne Einrichtung und absolut top Playlist! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Update: we came back and had the vegetarian chefs choice Menu and it was amazing. A bit different dishes than the first time, but the flavors were just as delicious! The service was again really really good. They were very attentive and friendly and even the chef came out a few times to explain the dishes.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Leute ist super freundlich. Man kann auf Deutsch, oder Spanisch kommunizieren. "Ceviche" in El Mirador ist einfach mein Lieblingsessen.
Das TiVu hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Service empfangen, toll eingewiesen. Auf unsere Extrawünsche wurde perfekt eingegangen. Die Auswahl der Tapas ist super, da ist für jeden was dabei 👍 Wir hatten einen super Abend, mit leckerem Essen, guten Wein und einen wunderbaren Eindruck der Lust zum wiederkommen macht.😊
A lovely place to try typical Spanish food. The staff was very kind, the food was good and the prices are similar to other locations in the area. We tried Tapas, Paellla and several small dishes. We liked everything. The food can be a little bit spicy but this is the real magic behind :) try it if you are nearby.

Mia Tapas is a great place to enjoy Spanish food. You have to order the Tortilla, it‘s incredible!!

This place is incredible. Staff is super friendly, the food is excellent, and their cocktails are really exceptional. If you’re missing Spain or just want a night spot for a date or to connect with a friend, this is it! Also love that they serve food late. Not to be missed in Munich.
A nice experience of Peruvian food. We had Gambas al Ajillo, which was a very small dish but tasty. The Alioli con Pan had a really good Alioli. As Tapas we chose Croquetas (basic) and Papa a la Huancaina (very nice with that yellow sauce). The main dish we ordered was Jalea mixta, but we got the basic Jalea, which was the best dish of the evening. All the other customers were talking in Spanish and it was a lively atmosphere. We liked it a lot. Next time we'll try the lamb. The prices were ok. Two people, 5 different dishes, with drinks around 55 Euro in total. For Munich that's good.

A classic “taberna” style restaurant in a lovely neighborhood in Munich. Teatro stays true to its roots and hasn’t changed a lot with time, offering all the classics you would expect from a Spanish restaurant. It has a good size and it is well visited, so do reserve in advance. The dishes tasted good, yet failed to truly impress or leave a resounding impression. Always worth a visit although a big minus for me is the wine menu, is it incredibly short and remarkably dull. Spanish has amazing wines, so I’d expect to see some more exciting references in a place like this. Service was very friendly.

my fav tapas bar in Munich. I like the atmosphere here since it seems pretty much like in Spain. The food is good with the variaty of dishes. You should try bacon, tortilla di patatas, and sangria of course. It is very cozy for date or friend gathering. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. You should have the reservation on the phone otherwise you stay in the line for more than 30 minutes in Friday of Sat night.

A nice bar with delicious tapas. We tried 6 small tapas and the grilled octopus leg, pimentos and chorizos were our favorite. Cocktails, wine and even sangria were great. Nice staffs. A table reservation is mandatory. I still think food is slightly overpriced.
Ab und zu nach einem stressigen Spätdienst belohne ich mich mit Ptoxas. Die sind immer sehr lecker egal ob mit Schinken oder Fisch oder Käse oder Humus. Dazu ein Glas Weißwein und der Abend endet besser als der Tag zuvor! Die Abholung ist immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und die Ptoxas schmecken echt sehr lecker. Auch die vegetarischen sind zu empfehlen!

My experience here was overall good. I ordered 3 tapas and the traditional heart dish. I shared the tapas with my date and the flavour was good, they are not that big so if you eat a lot maybe 3 entries to share would not be enough. Each entry was less than 5 euros. If you go on Tuesday (which is what I did) they’re a bit cheaper than normal. I would recommend 3 entries to share between 2 + a main dish each person to be fully satisfied.
My heart meat dish was good but not impressive. I would say it is overpriced. Keep in mind this is rather expensive place with most of the main dishes above 20 euros.
I don’t think I would come back, as I think I could have the same quality of food for much less in many other places.

It was my first time in this Peruvian restaurant, I have eaten Peruvian food in other restaurants and this one has some good dishes. My favorite was anticuchos (cow's heart pieces grilled and served with potatoes) the seasoning was excellent, super tasty and the meat was juicy and tender, it was nicely served in a decorated plate (it was really a picture perfect dish) the skewers were placed in a boiled potato and served with salad, I wish it had some spicy sauce to go with it, otherwise the taste was super yummy. I also ordered jalea mixta, which is basically deep fried pieces of fish and seafood, nothing wow, it was crunchy but I wish it was served too with something better than mayo. The other dish was papa a la Huancaina, this one I liked very much, the sauce had a nice flavor. The sangria did not have much flavor, I didn't enjoy it so much, the mango schorle was nice. In general I would go back for my favorite dish and I would like to try also different dishes from the menu
The food it’s good, the only inconvenient it’s that it feels a little bit pricey, I don’t think the price should be as high as here…but reality is that the food quality it’s good. So maybe for special occasions (?)
If you like Peruvian food, this is your place to go in Munich! Authentic Peruvian food and also some Spanish dishes on the menu. The owners are exceptionally friendly. We always have a good time! 100% recommended!
Leckere Gerichte und auch nette Bedienung. Leider war mein Wunschgericht schon aus und wir wollten eigentlich noch eine Nachspeise bestellen, nur leider kam die Bedienung nicht mehr zu uns und war auch außer Sichtweite. Das Essen war zwar lecker und preiswert, aber nichts besonderes.
Die Speisen waren wirklich sehr gut. Fleisch und Fisch waren auf den Punkt gebraten und geschmacklich überaus lecker. Ich muss aber leider zwei Sterne abziehen. Wir haben fast 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und für ein Bier wartet man auch gut und gerne mal 15 Minuten. Die Bedienung war anscheinend ein bisschen zerstreut. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein Besuch wert und ich kann das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

I took my friends from Netherlands and Uk to try Peruvian food in Munich and because of everything I talked expectations were high… I can tell you el mirador didn’t let me down and they fell in love with Peruvian cuisine (it was their first time trying it).
If you want to try authentic Peruvian cuisine, you must go to el mirador!

I just had some of their food for takeout but from what I saw the bartender was very nice and the atmosphere looked great. What I can say with certainty is that their food is extraordinarily delicious!

Itxaso means ocean, apparently, but I would describe it as heaven. Food was amazing - best croquetas I’ve eaten in a long time - and the drinks were fantastic. The two waiters were friendly and chatty, and we had a great time overall. If you love tapas then give this place a shot because damn was it all good.
A very cute and tiny Tapas Bar. I had a very nice evening with my daughter. The Tapas were very tasty. The Service was attentive, friendly and gave us the feeling of being welcome. The choice of beer, wine and Cocktails is uncenventional and very good. Not at least I liked the music very much. I cannot remember when I was listening to Blues in a bar the last time. (Don't worry they were playing two Blues titles for the evening.)
Good food. OK price. Not so pleasant service. We came on a Thursday night and stayed for a couple of hours. One of our first orders didn't come but the server insisted he brought it. He was very busy with other customers too so we understand that but to think we had to give around 40 Euros of tip was something that we were disappointed with. Nonetheless the food was good!

Delicious Tapas and the atmosphere was nice, but it was quite busy though. On the weekend, you won’t get a table without reservation. The Tapas have mostly the same price (4.70€), quite expensive for a small portion. And at the bar it was quite busy as everyone walked around to choose the tapas.
So lala. Tapas sind okay, aber geschmacklich nicht besonders herausragend. Für den happigen Preis, sind die Portionen zu klein. Vom Oktopus war ich enttäuscht - hat sehr fad geschmeckt. Die Churros sind dahingegen hervorragend. Sehr kleine Tische, wenn man viele Tapas bestellt, wird es eng. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aber ein wenig überfordert.
