Never answer the phone. Its been over 1.5 months and I am still trying to get a refund from them for a cancelled commercial policy.
Contacted Pete DiLullo late morning for 3 policies and by mid afternoon he had the 3 policies written and three cancellation letters for old ins co prepared....now that is quick service

I wasn’t able to go with Liberty due to a prior relationship with another company as well as situational changes but I have to say that Peter was amazing to work with.

She continues to be accessable and willing to answer any questions I may come up with. Would recommend working with Natalie.

I work with these guys for all my insurance and they are a great office. Natalie is awesome and jumps through hoops to make everything easy for me and find me great deals. I insure about 8 vehicles and my home and everything else through them and never have a issue. I highly recommend!!!!!

Pete provided excellent service at the last minute, my policies were set to renew in a few days and noticed a 15% increase, Pete was able to review all my insurance coverage and was able to provide substantial savings and additional insurance I was interested at significantly reduced rate. He also responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
