Been coming here for years but when I approached the counter to order I was nauseated by the quote displayed beside the menu which read, “Everyone is born naked, the rest is just drag.” What does this have to do with food and coffee? No thanks but I’ll skip on ordering a side of woke agenda with my coffee.

The manager was a nice lady which afforded them an additional star. Unfortunately, I got the Chicken + Waffles, and it had the potential to take me to Grady hospital.
Rude staff and cold latte. I ordered and left a tip. I was the only one being helped. I sat at the bar and was reading, waiting for them to call out my order. About 5 minutes later I looked up and the girl who took my order and made my drink (pink hair and glasses) was talking behind the counter, not paying attention. It took me a few tries to get her attention, and I asked her politely if my drink was ready? There was literally no one else ordering or in line. She looked at me and told me to walk around the other side of the bar to pick it up!! Even if I missed the sign to pick up my drink on the other side of the bar, you couldn’t just bring it to me? Or at least let me know what to do, as I was the only customer there? How entitled. I felt like asking for a refund. She did not deserve my tip and this store does not deserve your business. She chose to talk to her friend and ignore me behind the counter. I also saw a shift lead taking notes nearby who witnessed the whole thing. Didn’t say a word. Rude entitled staff, overpriced drinks. Will not return

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Corner Bakery, awarding it a 4.5-star rating. The chocolate chip muffins were a delightful start, and the veggie omelette left my taste buds satisfied. Coffee and orange juice complemented the meal perfectly. While the cheesy grits were not my favorite, the pancakes stole the show. Despite closing at 3 o'clock, the staff graciously allowed us to linger until 3:40, showcasing their accommodating hospitality.
The coffee is very average, but seemingly the only coffee place at PCM. Staff is friendly and the long line moves fast. Have the coffee, it's good, but not your specialist roaster type. Sitting at the bar was fun for people watching.
The sweet potato biscuits are my favorite but you can't go wrong with anything here. It's a great little store. Please visit.
Phenomenal... that's the best word that describes this place. The Panos private reserve coffee was amazing in the French press, my fiance and I shared a large French press of it and drank the entire thing. The jumbo lump crab cakes were so flavorful, I really took my time eating it because they were just that good! They came with a side of potatoes and we added an order of chicken sausage. The chicken sausage is a must try when you're here. My fiance got the corned beef hash and loved it as well. The staff are amazing as well, very quick and attentive. Overall, we will return to this little hidden gem!
Chicken Breast avocado club is my fav sammy for over 20 years! So fresh and yummy! Never disappoints…..pair with salt and pepper potatoes!
Cool location in Ponce City Market but the drip coffee was blech. Plus, the price for a small coffee made Starbucks - which is easily accessible across the street - look cheap. Friendly staff.

Terrible meal and experience all around, especially for a Buckhead Life Group restaurant. Waiters were inattentive, got our order incorrect, and we ended up having about 4 different people wait on us throughout the meal. Food came out before our coffee, and it was obvious none of it was freshly prepared...all was room temperature and hard/ stale and assembled at the time of our order. I ended up deconstructing my eggs benny to just eat the eggs... cold fried green tomato and bread so hard i couldn't even cut it with a knife. Unimpressed with the coffee once we finally got that halfway through our meal. Fruit flies were flying around inside the pastry case and I noticed this restaurant only received an 80 on their latest health inspection. Again I expect much higher quality and standards from a Buckhead Life Group restaurant. Will not be back and so not recommend for breakfast... your money is better spent at Waffle House on the next block where you see your food being made to order.

It was my first time there and I had no idea what I wanted, the Barista recommended different options and didn’t rush me at all! Plus the drinks were delicious!
I recently moved over in this area so I needed something quick for breakfast. I got the hot chocolate with pancakes and bacon. My boyfriend got the bacon and fresh fruit with a chocolate chip muffin and a moccachino. The bacon was great. Everything else was just lacking af. The pancakes were okay but you could tell the batter was thin. The fruit was not fresh at all, I could tell it was previously frozen and thawed out. The muffin was over cooked and over mixed. It was extremely dense and dry so I was very unhappy. The hot chocolate and the moccachino were cold.
I was not impressed with this coffee shop. I asked for a simple pour over, and while I appreciate that the staff worked so hard to make it happen, they did not have the right equipment, and the end result took forever and was mediocre at best. The interior was poorly designed and the area behind the bar was very dirty. In a world where coffee shops can make almost any concoction, it was surprising that they could not make a simple cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and apologetic, which made the experience not quite as terrible.
Superb coffee. Comfy seats. Fast wifi. And It’s black owned. What more could you want from your local coffee shop in Atlanta.

Stopped by the Highland Bakery on our last day in Atlanta. We ordered a ham & cheese croissant, full order of French toast and a decaf coffee. French toast was good but at $15 it was pretty expensive. My latte was disappointing and tasted like drip coffee. Croissant was pretty good and filling.
I recently ordered take-out, Chicken Waldorf sandwich, from Atlanta bread&bar, and I was disappointed with my sandwich. Unfortunately, it was quite off-putting.
I believe in giving feedback to help improve the overall dining experience, even with take-out orders. I hope the restaurant takes this as an opportunity to enhance their food quality and packaging for take-out customers. While the staff was friendly during the order pickup, the sandwich experience left much to be desired.

We ordered a custom cake for a baby shower. On the way home from the bakery, the cake collapsed in on itself while being held in the passenger’s lap. We have made numerous attempts to contact management and ownership about the cake and have been completely avoided. The cake was extremely expensive, and this is completely unacceptable.
Popular brunch spot in buckhead. The service is SUPER friendly (southern hospitality) and the bread items are top notch (they have an attached bakery). I thought the omelette was cooked well, the vegetables were tender (especially the broccoli and mushrooms), and overall what you expect from a restaurant omelette. Grits were not great, ABC’s grits are too good, it’s hard to match once you’ve had them. The tomato soup had an “herby” tone. I was pleasantly surprised that they had many different bean options for coffee and espresso! Also got complimentary muffins.
Pano’s private reserve - not sure where the beans are from for this brew, but I got the French press one. This one had a prominent rich, dark chocolate flavor.
Solid 4.5/5 place. Go for more bread-based items because I think the bakery does a great job.

The place is absolutely disgusting while all of the employees sit around, eat five guys that they got for free from the restaurant next door, sit in the lobby, and ignore customers - manager included. How embarrassing that people fly in from other states…other countries! ..to see and be treated like that. Great first impression of Georgia. 🙄
I was feeling sick and I got a chicken noodle soup it helped a lot. It was really good n the piece of bread made it better.
Urban Grind never misses! The lavender tea is delicious and the sweet potato pound cake is everything. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner during my last visit and the service was exceptional.
Great fresh food with a nice staff and good location. Breakfast tends to be a bit more 'meh' than lunch. My one major criticism is that it doesn't stay open long enough for more people to get an after work bite to eat. Otherwise, it's worth trying out these places at least once.

Haven't tried the food yet. Just had coffee and a smoothie but both were excellent and counter service was super friendly. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere is a good, cozy neighborhood coffee house type of feel. Finding enough seating is the only problem. But I rather enjoy the fact that their tables and chairs are not all crammed together so thatcis a problem I am more than willing to put up with.
Really appreciate having clean, no sugar added smoothies on the beltline! Perfect spot to stop with the kids on a hot day and know I’m not giving them a bunch of gross added sugars. Would love some yummy sandwiches!
An attractive place for either breakfast or lunch meals. I had a commuter Croissant with tomato and eggs for breakfast. At lunch, I had shrimp scampi and my son had a special salad with pea and another tuna salad.
It is worth visiting again to try a dessert dish from it's numerous and delicious collection.

Very very good food! The shrimp grits has unique subtle flavor, nothing over powering and not overly salty. Their coffee in particular stands out as well as their atmosphere and service. Will return.
A great location and amazing customer service especially the ethiopian lady she took her time with our family and giving us ideas. The food was okay I would call it something you grab on the run that is healthy but nothing exciting or a kick of flavor. Wanted to go to the food shoppe but that place did not look clean at all.
The food was fantastic The service was fantastic the atmosphere was fantastic. I had three buttermilk pancakes and two eggs excellent so much I could need it all. We also had a triple grilled cheese sandwich that was very tasty and had a lot of cheese in it and roasted tomato soup that was great! If you're looking for a great place to eat for for breakfast or brunch this is the right place!! They have all kinds of pastries that are made there and they look absolutely delicious. I like the way they serve the coffee in the old fashioned cups and saucer and The coffee is very hot.
The food is to die for!!! The staff were wonderful. Scott and Sandy were very nice! Fasika even remembered me the second time u came in! I loved the coffee (and I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to my coffee). So many fabulous menu items! Visit them! You deserve this experience!
Great coffee and great food! We got an egg and cheese on a croissant, an egg and cheese on a biscuit, an iced vanilla latte, and a cold brew. Everything was tasty and the service was friendly and fast.

Cold brew coffee & Chai latte were excellent!
The kids loved the bananas foster cinnamon roll french toast.
I would drink a cup of the tomato green chili salsa that came with my bacon breakfast wrap.

Press and Grind has a fun and creative interior, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and a great atmosphere. The breakfast sandwiches are build-your-own and the two combinations I have tried were both yummy! One was Rosemary bread, egg, smoked salmon, and chive cream cheese. The other was a sweet potato biscuit, egg, sausage, and plain cream cheese. Coffee was great as well!
Bakery products aren't priced that reasonable anymore.
Good place for breakfast with outside sitting, some tables are in the shade (under the tree and under umbrellas) Lots of options on the menu, very customizable (build your own, replace ingredients etc). Big portions, very nice staff (Miracle was super cool 😎), no lines, nice music. There are omelettes, eggs benedict, baked goods etc
Great casual spot for brunch. Has a huge menu with delicious options at a range of prices, so it’s perfect if you’re not too hungry or ready to eat. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, and the outdoor area was shady enough that it was nice sitting outside midday. Thanks to our awesome waitress Miracle - can’t wait to come back :)

Although the counter workers were friendly to customers, I sat in shock listening to them repeatedly swear the “f word” out loud in front of the customers, talking about their personal lives. The lack of work ethic was shocking to me. In what place of business is it ok to act this way? The food is ok, but it’s really not anything special. Plain store bought slices of toast, very basic breakfast with no flavor.

Came here the morning after the fourth, so I didn't expect anything. Servers seemed out of it and unorganized. Specials are posted outside only, so you have to remember the order and order inside. Got the Stacy's sampler (grits,corn,ricotta) and the breakfast combo (sweet potato, bacon, scrambled eggs). Shrimp was well seasoned, and grits seemed to have queso on top, made it soupy.Corn cakes were good, but not a fan of the ricotta, tasted gummy, like batter. Sweet potato cakes were good, bacon cooked perfectly, and eggs seemed like liquid eggs.

If you’re not expecting wow, then this is a four-star place but if you are expecting wow, then this is a three star. The tuna salad sandwich needs more flavor, but it is fair with chips for the price and location. Chili was edible. The salad is very simple but healthy and healthy options are appreciated in a land of unhealthy. The speed was fair. The highlight was the dessert options which were all tasty. I’m still thinking about one of those cookies but I can’t remember. I believe it has raspberry or strawberries in it. About to get on a plane don’t really need much so this was great. Could have been better for sure, but sufficient, and I was expecting that from this place.
We visited here on a chilly, rainy day before driving home to Birmingham, AL. I got a fruity, hot tea, a sandwich, and a bag of chips. My other two friends each got the fancy grilled cheese and a coffee. Everything tasted delicious, and the grilled cheese was VERY cheesy! The servers were kind and service was fairly quick, the sandwiches took the longest. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back with cool chairs and couches, also the lighting felt cozy. I noticed they also provide a printer for students or professionals that utilize the coffee shop, and I loved that!
As long as I can remember this place has been here it was Colonial Bakery when I was a kid. Good stuff,good staff, they could teach some these young folks about customer service.
We made the mistake of a Cream Cheese Danish and coffee before ordering breakfast. That was a meal in itself! Then came the abundant plates! Three or four bites and a to-go box later, dinner was decided!

In Atlanta to visit Aquarium, neighbor at our AirBNB recommended this bakery. She said, "you can't go wrong with this little bakery." Boy was she right! From the atmosphere to the service, absolutely amazing. Highly recommend
The sweet potato pancakes topped with pecans and sweet syrup hit the spot. The bacon was crispy with a little crunch in each bite. Scrambled eggs with cheese created a good balance... the only thing missing was dessert. I was too full to grab dessert. Maybe the next time around, I'll start with dessert first.
Came here with a few friends for brunch. A beautifully designed space with nice tables, and wares. Service was prompt and courteous. The food took it up another scale. Prices were fair for a nice brunch, but the bread you could easily tell, there was a lot of effort put into making it. I got the corned hash with poached eggs, friends tried steak & eggs and chicken & waffles. All 3 of us were blown away by the flavors we experienced and the portions were just right. Going to be making a return trip to Atlanta just for brunch from here.

The Urban Grind is an okay coffee shop. It's full of old upholstered furniture that is very worn-out and not very inviting. There are chairs and tables too.
I ordered an oat milk latte, which came with very loose foam and an espresso shot that was very weak. It tasted like oat milk, very little coffe taste. My hubby ordered an espresso that he said was very weak and graded it a 2.
There are three free parking spaces alongside the shop otherwise you have to pay for parking on the street in front of the shop.
There were many baked goods which we didn't try.

Turkey panini, came with a pickle and chips. Sandwich was delicious and they had seating tucked away in the back overlooking the planes. Will return next time coming through ATL.

Very Good Chai latte!! One of the best I’ve tasted with Oatmilk and vanilla. Very friendly staff and very cute interior and chill spot . Will return for more great coffee. Red velvet good but very sweet
Nice area and ambiance. Don’t recommend the pistachio croissant because it’s artificial pistachio flavoring not real pistachio. But their other items are probably good. The croissant was nice besides the taste of pistachio they used. Very flaky and soft. Their drinks are pretty small for the price and are normal flavor so nothing special. But overall calm and quiet cafe with WiFi.
This place is a corner bakery hence the name. It's not a bad location and it's a great little spot if you're looking for a quick meal or a coffee. Don't expect much out of the food it's very simple and what I would probably say bland. It's the basic sandwiches pasta salads and drinks. It also has a bakery and some desserts. It's great if you're looking for a quick meal not looking for a five-star experience. Obviously there's better places around that have food but this place will get the job done if you're in a hurry. The best thing about this place is it's large seating areas and it was not busy.
I love Corner Cafe and have been here many times. I’ve never been disappointed, the food and service are great, nice and family friendly atmosphere. It’s also a good spot for work meetings or simply to work with a coffee. The only downside is I wish they had electrical outlets (currently don’t have at any of the tables). Last time I went I had the potato soup and a Caesar salad which were both really good. If your in the area definitely check it out!

If your in the airport and looking for a quick safe no frills salad and piece of bread , this is your spot ! I ordered the chopsticks salad that had small orange and a sesame dressing . The chicken was good and healthy with no seasoning because the dressing did that job and the piece of bread that came with it was a nice addition .
I found my favorite bread(Dave’s Bread) here for half the price compared to the regular grocery store. The prices are worth me coming by often, and the service was great.

Loved the coffee, for the location it works with its parking spaces parameters! Parking free for two hours in the parking garage behind! It’s located in the heart of the city which has very limited parking spaces! If I’m In midtown it’s a great grab and go location for a good cup of joe!

Chill little spot I went to by myself on a fall Saturday morning. I was with my girlfriend actually but she was too bashful so she stayed outside. I got a latte as I do, pretty standard for me. Here’s where it gets interesting. The latte tasted just like my rose scented rosary. Unbelievable example of divine intervention or a coffee with subtle notes of both wood, rose and the Blessed Virgin Mary. Definitely good coffee and will be back for another medium roast Ave Maria sometime soon

The Corner Bakery is alleviate the anxiety of the wait as your eyes 👀 feast on beautiful pastries, and nose 👃 having fun with the fragrance of the dough. Um, um. They're tasty 😋, too. Especially the cinnamon rolls and the almond croissants.
Our brunch was tasty and served by nice staffs.
We had smoke salmon, petit fluffy pancakes, poke eggs, and white sauce. Fried chicken 🐔 on waffles with spicy 🔥 Mable syrup. Shrimp 🍤 and grits. Our drinks were Mimosas, hot cocoa, and cafe au lait. It was a good brunch 🍳🥐🥞🥣🥯

We love the pastries & bread from Buckhead Bread Company and even brought a pack with us when we were traveling back to NYC. We love their Bear Paw and Almond Croissant so much, the texture of both pastries were delicate and surprisingly delicious.
However, we wouldn’t recommend their sit-down dining since the experience wasn’t pleasant due to their reluctant and rude service. The waiter pushed the check to us right after they served our orders, which made us feel offended.

Definitely enjoyed this Cafe. My friend and I were riding bikes around Atlanta and it took a while but once we got here it was definitely worth it. Clean all around and has a comfortable sitting area where you can enjoy your coffee and do your work. The baristas were friendly and very helpful on choosing my coffee (vanilla cinnamon) and food.
This a good coffee place in Ponce City Market. Love that can seat in the midst of different shops/stores and spot your next move. I had a good latte and my wife had an Americano. The coffee is definitely of great quality and prepared just right. I will be back next time!
Their cakes and pies are delicious, but be careful when ordering their box of preserves and jellies. Some of them are expired or about to expire, and I also found a dead roach in the box. I do not think I would want to eat anything from their at all.
Must visit local micro-roaster. Meet Div and Justin who source their beans from Rwanda (land of a thousand hills) and roast them up in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. Great coffee with Div's recommendation being the Nziza, a single origin they began roasting only a few months ago. Espresso was a blend of Rwandan/Brazilian beans. Terrific space and great men running the shop.
Passing through Atlanta on September 24. Previously I couldn't find a restaurant with good service. Atlanta Bread... you redeemed Atlanta! Polite, friendly staff. Quick service. Delicious food. I got the Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. My wife got a bowl of soup. Perfect!

Very clean inside and larger than you would think. They have a small patio out front so you can watch all the passerby folks on Highland.

Coffee is ok. Space is nice, convenient to the office and the climbing gym is in the same building. They also serve beer. They have a few pastries for purchase as well and a small amount of things they sell for charity. Really didn't stand out, just another coffee counter.
Not enough tables to sit at but when there is it is a really great place to study since it closes rather late. Lots of windows so the sunlight makes it very nice, and the service is good. Located in midtown so there’s lots to do around here, and they have plenty of couches so I recommend coming with a book to read rather than to write on. The waffles are worth the price and really good!
Great little outlet, never crowded and they have the fresh bread that you want since it's located right in front of the factory itself. The fresh bread and pastry smells draw you in everytime. It's best to make a list of what you need or want because you'll always buy more, especially when it comes to their pastries, cookies, and breads. Went to the Flowers Bakery Outlet Store on 3/26/22 and nothing has changed, not even their prices. What a relief. Still a great little corner community Bakery. It would be great if they had some type of small eatery right beside it with coffee, cocoa, tea, soups, and sandwiches with the breads in it and spreads, and also wines that pair great with curtain artisan breads.
Fantastic cake and wonderful to work with! I ordered two cakes from Chef Sonya - the Italian Cream and Red Velvet. These were for a celebration at my office and everyone (seriously, everyone) said how delicious the cakes were. Several people asked for the business name so they could get cakes from there in the future. These were clearly made with love (and lots of butter!) Chef Sonya was so easy to work with- I was able to pay ahead so literally pulled up to the front of the bakery and she met me at my car (which she helped me time based on the street car route.) When I need another cake..... or just any sort of sweet fix I will be back. Thank you Chef Sonya for your wonderful and delicious small business!!
This is a absolutely wonderful bakery with the nicest people for years. My daughter and I have been going to Sweet Auburn Bread Company forever buying sweet potatoes pies. Thank you for being great. One Love.
I can't say enough nice things about the Sweet Auburn Bread Company! The owner is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to make sure the customers are taken care of. Everything I've ever tasted is delicious. The pound cake, cookies, and pies are wonderful. I can't wait to try her bread.
Sweet Auburn Bread Company makes amazing pastries. They even made my wedding cake and groomsmen cake. Ms. Sonya did a WONDERFUL job. I still have to try that famous sweet potato cheesecake. If Bill Clinton comes there just for it, it must be tasty...
