I’m disappointed by the service and the false advertising.
The specials are supposed to run until the 7th February today is the 31st Jan
I went in to purchase the two for 130/135 rand pump water and was told I have to pay full price as the promotion was finished- take note it’s the 31st January and I collected my 4 packs of water off the ON PROMOTION table! That’s just the start of it not only was I ripped off having to pay full price but I still got laughed at by the staff when my first attempt with my card resulted in it being declined (I’m a regular at this Pick ‘n Pay and to be laughed at and ripped off is heartbreaking) when will the ill mannered staff be called to order and have respect? One would never know.

Store has been nicely revamped, looks great, decent experience 👍🏼

The staff at PNP Bluff have no professionalism.

I have had two encounters over the span of 1 WEEK.

Buying meat from the butchery not only takes long but the staff actually look at you waiting and ignore you.

The wine store in the grocery store is always closed and when I ask for it to be opened, a staff member rudely just told me to go to the liquor store.

It's only when I called the manager that I got service and when the manager went about his other duties, the staff continue to be rude.

My second encounter, today, trying to buy goods, a customers card keeps declining and we are told to go to another till and when we approach the lady at the next till, she rudely tells us to go back in the line and walks away from the till.

When I complained all the staff look at me and don't help, only when I called the manager (I had to physically go to the manager and get his attention because not even the supervisor yet alone the cashiers would call him) then they all had something to say in their defense instead of assisting me.

It seems the staff have no respect for customers yet alone their own manager. One staff member spoke so rudely to the manager when he questioned why I was not helped.

Poor service. Will not be going back to pnp bluff.

Store is clean and tidy but staff isn't that friendly. Do not advertise your store as a Sassa point then say there's no money, even if it is so, I think the mamagement is quite rude when approached. Cashier still helped us afterwards and was kind, maybe after the renovation, management needs a renovation too 🤔

My local pick n pay branch I've been coming here for a number year's now. Your store has good staff and is very clean, a pleasure to shop at. Unfortunately I'm sad to say about disappointed with what I saw. I see that your branch offers pension payouts. That's a great service to the community but there is small issue when doing that. It's old and sick people waiting in line. If it was me some younger person we can stand for hours but the olderly and sick can not. They do problems to stand even for 5mins but they have to in order to receive their Grant's. I saw someone leave today because he couldn't not stand for 20mins in the line. Please to managers of the branch do you mind providing chairs for the elders even if it's for a a little while. They are our community and your supporter's too. Thank you

I have enquired about my online order through Mr D which is over an hour late. Received no correspondence or communication. My order was picked at 10:45 and should have been delivered by 11:11. I am still waiting for the store to call me back as to when my order will be delivered....it is now 12:27pm
This is such terrible service from both Mr D and PNP.

firstly you dont deserve a rating.being a anchor tenant at this centre you show be responsible for horrible parking attendants .they are rude ,disrespectful and abusive.they have no repect for disable people.remember disability is not always visable.your store manager should address customer concerns with shopping centre management.these car gurds report to this management but that centre manager has no manners, in taking control of a complaint. she cant express herself poor ,lack skill and care.come on pick n pay its time you address this .i am disable with a vehicle disable sticker this white guard guard refuse to remove cone from disable parking.i had get out of vehicle remove cone and get back into vehicle and into the parking.

Big shopping centre on the bluff with a verity if shops,banks and eateries.
Clicks,virgin active,Nandos,absa,steers to name a few.
