Had an amazing cinnamon bread here, it was extremely cinnamonny. My oat cappuccino however was super milky-was more coffee flavoured milk. There are a few seats, but it is more a grab and go cafe.

2-3 times per week I get their fantastic sourdough bread freshly baked every morning.

Great pastries as well, especially the almond croissant.

Second cinnamon roll I’ve had here, it was good but believe the other was better. Also wished my chai tea latte was hotter, it was barely lukewarm…unless that’s a danish thing.

I stayed in Copenhagen for four days and tried all the ‘popular’ bakeries, this is my last stop I randomly found on google map and they have the best bread!

-Amazing service! I was serviced with big smiles and detailed explanations of the bread.

-The bun with oat and fruits is really good, even without butter and cheese, soft and chewy.
The tebirkes is great too, not too oily or sweet and with great taste of the poppy seeds

I would definitely highly recommend this place!

Wat een leuke bakkerij annex koffieshop! Vriendelijke bediening en van alles is gratis te proeven. Koffie is niet goedkoop maar wel errug lekker! Super leuk terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten.

Really nice neighborhood bakery and coffee shop! The space is welcoming and the staff is very kind! We loved the baked goods, they were perfectly baked! The coffee although was very acidic for our liking. Both the americano and cappuccino were tasting almost sourish. But that’s just the blend and style of the coffee. Very nice overall!

Lagkagehuset is present all around the city of Copenhagen, and the showcase full of pastries always looks very inviting. I went there for a Spandauer and a "small" black coffee. The pastry tasted fresh even though it was late in the afternoon, and had just the right amount of sweetness. Personally, I found the filtered coffee a bit too much "American"-style and would have preferred a smaller, more traditional crema coffee. Ordering happens at the bar and service was friendly. The indoor seating spaces are however quite basic, only offering bar stools against the windows and no smaller tables.

It's one of the best cafes I've ever been to. Staff is polite and very helpful, and the food is absolutely delicious. I would really like to know which brand of matcha they're using, because it was the best one I've ever tasted.

Very cute small bakery in the residential area of Copenhagen which I went for a quick breakfast before a trip. I had the croissant with cream with sesami seeds on top which was yummy. Expresso they made was descent too.

105 kr for a half empty cup of an americano that was dirty outside when they brought it to me, waiting for it while they looked strange to me like if they never saw a black person in a white space.
Sandwich left on the table was so bad I couldn’t eat it

Stopped by for a quick sit and a warm cup of coffee/chai latte.

The owners mom was attending to the store and super sweet. If you want to support a local business, come here and support.

Pastry was great too. Highly recommend.

Quite frankly the prettiest and tastiest bakery I’ve been at. They have plenty of seating, the natural light falling inside the store when the sun shines is great, and my god the food is amazing.

I had the almond croissant after months of dieting and I can’t tell you guys how much I savored that croissant. It was amazing. The crunchy outside paired with the beautiful filling on the inside was to die for.

I’ve found a new favorite bakery.

30/6/24 Edit:

Went back and had a sesame bun with their Søbo Cheese. The bun was absolutely fantastic, but I have to admit that the søbo Cheese is very lackluster. It’s way too mild and uninteresting. A BMO is a salty umami treat but the cheese is way too mild and boring. I really hope they switch it out. When that’s said, the actual baked goods are still top tier

I like Lagkagehuset pastries, but not the exhausting wait to get it. Management consistently understaffs this bakery, and life is too short to spend 20minutes waiting in line to buy a croissant. I won't be back any time soon.

The food was very delicious and fresh. I took the thebirkes, drømmekage and the cinnamon roll. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately there are no seating areas in this bakery, but the botanic garden next to it had plenty of benches to enjoy the food.

Love this place! It’s a small bakery who has lots of vegan and gluten-free choices. Lots of pastries are made with brown rice flour, they are very very good. And they have also bread. It’s not so expensive also, love it!!

The cinnamon roll was not well baked and very oily (you can see on the bag). I felt like chewing whole piece of raw dough and with a spoon of o in my mouth. Very disgusting. I try but i can not finish it.

Meyers usually prepare good bread. But this time i experienced a increased price but way more lower quality of it’s signature cinnamon roll.

My girlfriend wanted to check out this bakery in Copenhagen for the glutenfree stuff. I normally don't eat glutenfree but I liked the taste too. We tried 5 different pieces with an average price of 4€ per piece. We recommend the Cinnamon Rolls and the big raisin buns in the top right Corner.

Fantastic Cappuccino and Kanelgiffel.

Unfortunately there seemed to be only one worker on the shift when we have been there. The woman behind the counter is doing her best but when you are handling the customers at the register there simply is no time to properly clean the tables in time. Management should plan more stuff there to avoid this.

Good service and value for the price. I got a caprese toastie which was pretty good. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well.
We picked up these amaaaazing pastries and then walked round the corner had them with a coffee. They were to die for.
The focaccia is not to be missed.
Vegan cinnamon pastry and chocolate croissant was great too!

Came in with my puppy in my arms to get a takeaway bread & was told no dogs allowed. Sure, I'll leave a puppy out on the busy street then. No reason you shouldn't accept dogs really. Poor form.

Leider saure Milch und fieser Kaffee
We went there on a Friday at 14, hoping to enjoy some delicious baked goods, but were a bit disappointed as they didn't have much to offer, which was surprising given that it is a collective bakery. On the bright side, the coffee was good. ☕️😕

Went at around 7am and the selection was not as full as I expected, so beware if you are an early riser trying to get something particular. The owner is very friendly and there are a couple pantry items such as vegan pancake mix for sale too.
One of the absolute best bakeries in Copenhagen! Few but excellent choices and it taste absolutely amazing.
The staff is always friendly and want to help no matter what time of day you come.

Amazing vegan / plant based bakery! The staff are so friendly and they have a huge range of pastries and breads, some of which are also gluten free. Also some fridges selling plant based mills, juices etc. We tried the cinnamon swirl, Frøsnapper, carrot cake and focaccia slice. Everything was delicious, we wish we could have tried more!

Nice cafe close to the Nørrebro Station.
Bun and cheese for 32 dkk
It is not laptop friendly (the owner asked to not work with laptop, no electricity outlets) because they create the friendly and chatty atmosphere here. I don't minds it's their choice but a fair warning, do not come to work here.
Good idea to come with a friend here perhaps.
I don't think I will come back here ever again

While this chain has commercialized baked goods and the goods have become less works of art (which they were in the original), it is still good to be able to get the goods all over (and at the airport!)

Rarely give low ratings, but just had to do it this time. The service was super nice, quick and with a smile, good seating, music - no problem there, great potential. However we left *hungry* leaving the same money as we pay everywhere else (perhaps slightly more), avocado sandwich was one tiny slice of rye bread, coffee almost invisible in my hand - felt more like a shot, tiny pastry, out of all kinds of matcha tea (every time we came by), loudspeakers placed just behind the barista, so he cannot hear what the customers are ordering (again - not his fault, he was really trying).

Really nice BMO at this place. The cheese was great and the bread equally so. Also had their filter coffee which I really like. Butter was nothing special. You know a BMO is amazing when the bakery brings out the whipped butter. Also didn’t have a customer toilet which kinda sucked

Very bad service from the woman behind the counter. She was visibly in a bad mood, but that is totally okay everyone does. Worst thing was the BMO. It was incredibly average and doesn’t match up against any of the other bakeries in the city, really low effort.

Need a break? Great pause.
Got a well deserved rest for our feet and a great bucket of Latte and Chai along with an amazing strawberry pastry to share.
The seating is super comfy!
And yes, they have a toilet 😉

Enjoy

All time favorite spot for amazing coffee and bread! I love this place because they chose quality over quantity. Small selection but everything is made to perfection. Sometimes they also experiment with new baked goods and they never disappoint. Expensive but so worth it. The staff is also so welcoming and hard working.

Great pastries! Very buttery and tasty
A great cafe offering both outstanding pastry and coffee. I tried the cheese pastry and the pitaschio pastry, both tasted awesome. The coffee is also great and reasonably priced. However as a tourists, I hoped they have an English description of the pastry menu. Nevertheless, great cafe for a hearty coffee and breakfast.

My today's experience was not the best. Therefore I doubt I would go back: I stopped by to pick up pastries for my kid. The croissant I bought there was burnt (check picture), and I was 31 DKK overcharged, which I discovered only at home. Maybe today is not their day, and something there went unusual, however when you are the most expensive bakery in the town I would expect a respective quality - which was not the case today.

Ps - when I contacted them over email on the subject of wrong a - DKK I was told that I can get it back. So kudos on that part at least
I ordered between time to time and I do like all the the bakeries at general. However I did order Rye bread once and I did not like it. Today I received extra Croissant. Thank you 😊

A fantastic bakery with both savory and sweet options, along with a wide coffee menu. Employees are friendly and helpful and you basically can't go wrong on any of the menu items. They're all delicious!
Very good pastry, bread and cakes.... But the prices are off the chart!?
I only go here for coffee and the danish pastry "hindbærsnitter". They have 30% student discount on hot beverages which is very nice. Otherwise comparatively too pricey. If you like expensive stuff it's very delicious and high quality.
