Estive no dia 06/01/24 por volta das 19:30/20:00 hs na unidade Taubaté a qual sou cliente a 3 anos. O atendimento nunca foi dos melhores mas dava para relevar, afinal dá para entender a posição de frustração de algumas pessoas, no entanto, essa noite ao passar minha compra o funcionário foi extremamente desdenhoso, rude e mal educado, nao responde boa noite, obrigada e olha com cara de arrogância. Gostaria de acompanhar as medidas que serão tomadas, ou eu infelizmente vou precisar tomar as que me cabem, pois minha familia toda compra com vocês e nao os quero passando pelo que passei!
O atendimento é bom, variedade de produtos e serviços são bons tem pizzaria e local adequado para se sentar e saborear um pão na chapa com café
Achei mal informadas as etiquetas com promoções, que levam ao engano ou erro (a segunda unidade saí com o valor da promoção), além de serem letras minúsculas e estarem posicionadas na última prateleira. Quando se vai falar com o caixa, afinal, não há outra pessoa responsável, somos tratados com indiferença. Senão falarmos sobre o caso, sempre será assim "UM DESCASO" com o consumidor.

Pedi uma pizza de dois sabores no dia 6/08/2023, que seria entregue no meu endereço residencial. Ligamos e realizamos o pedido pela filial da Av. Sargento Geraldo SantAna, 902 - Jardim Taquaral, São Paulo - SP, 04674-225. Detalhe que fiquei esperando a atendente na linha por aproximadamente 10 minutos, o que já havia reclamado com o gerente em outra oportunidade. Pois bem, esperamos duas horas e a pizza não chegou no nosso endereço, que está localizado extremamente perto da pizzaria. Ligando para entender o que houve, naquela oportunidade a atendente informou que havia registrado o pedido para retirada presencial na pizzaria, bem como o nosso pedido já estava pronto. Posteriormente, a mesma atendente tentou consertar o erro e disse que a pizza já havia saído para entrega na minha residência. Depois de aguardar mais 30 (trinta) minutos sem nenhum retorno da empresa, na sequência ligamos para realizar uma reclamação diretamente com o gerente do local. Neste momento, este pediu desculpa e disse que a pizza já havia sido enviada. Pedimos para ele entrar em contato com o motoboy. Contudo, supostamente este não atendia. Assim, demos um prazo de 10 (dez) minutos para a entrega do produto. Por fim, a pizza nunca chegou no nosso endereço e perdemos mais de 3 (três) horas aguardando a mercadoria, que certamente chegaria fria caso tivesse sido enviada. Houve um total desrespeito com o consumidor naquela ocasião. Mentiram sobre a entrega da pizza e nos deixaram aguardando. O antigo dono das Belas Artes jamais iria permitir isso! A gente frequenta a pizzaria há anos e agora não recomendaremos ela para ninguém! Desde que a filial foi comprada o atendimento virou um lixo. Péssimos funcionários e a pizza deixo de compensar pelo preço que é cobrado!
Great lily cafe with yummy treats. The pistachio cake was to die for and the focaccia was authentic. Delish!
maybe i’m easy to please as this was one of my first lanchonetes in brazil but i went there almost every day i was staying at the copan, great food and staff and a great deal

We came here to buy something for breakfast. I had a little lemon tart which was good, however the coconut cake was already dry and not fresh. The donut was okay and the little quiche looked better than it tasted. We were there at 11:00 am and our table wasn't clean. It looked like it hadn't been wiped at all that morning. None of the attendants seemed to care. I couldn't get tea or hot water either so all in all rather disappointing. The supermarket has a great selection of things however the café I can't recommend at all.
Excellent spot for breakfast or lunch they serve up all the standards fried eggs burgers bacon etc delicious the fresh orange juice is notable prices are reasonable and they are very friendly.
Conheço a padaria a 2 anos, a comida, lanches etc é muito bom, porém o atendimento e serviço continuam deixando a desejar! Poderia melhorar!

This is a nice place to have a nightcap or a snack if you're in downtown São Paulo. Also great for large groups. Great service!
Tried to buy a Bluetooth box, paid for it, but the box was empty. They had me wait for some 20 minutes, presumably to get box. Then someone came back, empty handed, telling me I couldn't buy the product directly in the market, but with a specific trader. We had to walk a long distance to the customer's service where the deal was to be reversed. They asked me for loads of personal data and made me wait for another 20 minutes. Then they took us back to cashier, where they asked me for my credit card again, presumably to reverse the procedure. The whole thing lasted an hour and I left the market without the Bluetooth box.

Long waiting lines, and waiting time gives it a bit of a bad rep. The food is delicious, coffee is great, so if you don't mind waiting quite a lot (we waited around 40 minutes), you will have a nice experience.

Friendly, easy going open air bar, reasonably priced drinks, beers but a fairly unimaginative menu. A young crowd, loud conversation. Located downtown near one of the most famous architectural landmarks in sP.

This cafe place is very cozy. The service was very friendly and the food was very tasty while listening to "dance music from the 90's" in the background. Lol
The supermarket have all you need
Typical LPQ atmosphere from other locations around the globe. Has some good pastries and service is alright. If you order water they only have those 300ml little bottles which I think is disrespectful. The Belgian waffles, I mean, waffle, the mini waffle is tiny and if you add any extra ingredient to your order, the portion is minuscule, like a slice of smoked salmon or a thin slice of avocado.
I mean, I will still come but if they could fix these annoyances, it would be a much enjoyable visit.

Suggestion: if you want a breakfast, just go to an ordinary bakery nearby. It's cheaper, better and always with good service!

Great bread, great food selection and great place. Love it. Charming and nice service, just a bit slow. Bring some time and you will have the chance to enjoy a lovely morning or afternoon in a cafe with style.

Everything is great except the service. It took much longer than expected to be given a menu and longer to have my order taken. However, my order did arrive pretty fast. Too bad this fancy-pants bakery also has fancy-pants prices.
