Wir waren kurz hier für einen Drink, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Cocktails und anderen Getränken. Die Location ist drin auch sehr schön, bei gutem Wetter kann man aber auch entspannt draußen sitzen. Die Lage ist top und auch die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich.
Meine Freundin und ich hatten uns spontan entschieden, hierhin zu gehen. Ich war zuerst da, deshalb bin ich an die Theke gegangen, damit die Bedienung mir einen Platz zuweisen kann. Ich stand eine ganze Weile dort, die Mitarbeiter haben mich gesehen, aber nichts gesagt. Ich musste mir regelrecht eine Kellnerin schnappen, die mir dann sagte, ich soll mich an eines der freien Tische setzen. Danach musste ich sie auch irgendwann selbst ansprechen, um die Menükarte zu bekommen. Da ich keine Lust hatte, weiterhin schlechten Service zu genießen, habe ich meiner Freundin davon abgeraten, hierher zu kommen, und bin gegangen.
Total niedliches Café, mitten in Frankfurt. Innen sitzt man sehr gemütlich an kleinen Tischen im "Grünen", da die Wandtapeten Dschungelfeeling aufkommen lassen, ebenso wie die Decke, da hier "Pflanzen" herunterhängen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, flink und aufmerksam. Die Speisen und Getränke sind lecker. Außenplätze gibt es auch. Gerne wieder!
The food is indeed good, I like their Hummus and everything in the plate, for the drink, it was okay, nothing special. My boyfriend like the location because it is full of pokemon go stops 😅
Definitely the best Mexican in Frankfurt. Couldn't decide of the three different types of taco we had which was the best. Amazing drinks, friendly staff, lovely interior. Great experience.
Quick and very friendly Staff. Small menu with AMAZING Food and great drinks. Everything tastes homemade and full of flavour. Don't be afraid of walking up to the counter a few times as this is self service. It's worth it! Best Mexican place in Frankfurt I've been to 10/5

Everything was like Michelin-star: food, service, atmosphere - besides the prices - I would say too reasonable. We had a great diner for only 110 euros

Wir haben am Karfreitag das Cafe / Bar besucht, am Nachmittag. Die Karten wurden zügig überreicht, nachdem wir Platz genommen haben. Die Getränke kamen auch relativ schnell und der Service war nett gewesen. Geschmacklich waren die Getränke auch gut, Preis Leistung passt (normales Frankfurter Niveau). Bei einer Nachbestellung könnte der Service etwas aufmerksamer sein, das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren auch sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

The food was amazing! The price was super fair and the service was great. I really like the salsas and the agua de Jamaica. It was also nice that they let me choose two different kind of tacos to make my order of 4. The staff was quick and friendly :)
Wir haben hier in sehr schönem Ambiente gefrühstückt. Das Herz für 2 Frühstück war köstlich und sehr schön arrangiert ( siehe Bilder). Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, ist auf kleine Änderungenswünsche beim Frühstück eingegangen und verbreitete insgesamt eine Willkommensatmosphäre ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Gerne kehren wir hier beim nächsten Frankfurt Besuch wieder ein.
I've eaten here several times now. I will say that the tacos are really good. Its no Mexico City taco restaurant but for FFM, its decent. My favorite are the tacos de pastor. I wish they made tacos de asada! Their salsas are tasty as well. I've tried all of them. Some are really spicy which I love. The price for a plate of four tacos is 10€. However, you can only order two different kind of tacos per plate. For example, two pastor and two cochinitas. So, if you want 6 tacos, they won't allow you to order 6, you must order 4 or 8 tacos. Make it make sense?

Great food! Wine pairing was very nice with large pours. Highly recommended if you desire an upscale German dinner in Frankfurt.
Bustling with (office) workers who are looking for a delicious yet affordable healthy lunch or 'Kaffee & Kuchen'. Really competent, friendly, customer-orientated service. I have been going there almost everyday since I have started working in the area and I have never once regret it.

Das Ambiente ist ungewöhnlich: Die Fototapete mit Dschungelmotiv, die Pflanzen - wenn auch nur täuschend echt künstlich - an der Decke lassen das Gefühl aufkommen, man befinde sich in einem Urwald. Lebende Topfpflanzen und das grüne Mobiliar unterstreichen diesen Eindruck. Der Service war überaus freundlich, die Qualität der Getränke erfüllte unsere Erwartung. Wir testeten den äthiopischen Kaffee.
Amazing! The foods here were all really good and blow my mind. Everything looks simple, but the taste were complex and really good. It definitely deserves the one Michelin star. The teams were also all really kind and friendly. The price is also not really expensive, considering this is a starred restaurant. Will be back for sure!
The Joe's Honey Mustard Burger was a bit messy but most good burgers are. The amount of pickles, bacon, grilled onions, and other toppings was great.

Delicious food! It definitely deserves the Michelin star. Wine menu was amazing as well. Nice and efficient service. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Tiny menu. We tried everything. The starters - chips, salsa and guacamole - are good, albeit pricey. Entrees consist of only tacos and enchiladas. There are 3 of each type, basically differentiated only by sauce, and you cannot mix and match. So instead of trying all three enchiladas on one plate, or getting two tacos and one enchilada, you have to commit to 3 of the same thing. How boring is that? Since we were in a large group, we shared. I liked the mole sauce, but the food was very dull apart from that. Chicken was not seasoned at all. So the only flavor comes from the sauce.
The biggest disappointment here is the margarita. The margarita should be a point of pride of a Mexican restaurant. This one was an embarrassment. A small glass filled only half full and no ice. Luckily, they do have a nice selection of Mexican import beers, but pricey and not kept very cold.
I see pics from pervious times when they served ribs etc. Hopefully this place will do something to improve, especially its margarita.

Amazing all vegan food with a wide range of choices. Really friendly staff with a relaxed vibe. Highly recommended.
In the meantime I've been to bidlabu twice and I'm satisfied every time. The service is friendly, attentive and competent and the food is creative and delicious. This restaurant deserves in my opinion its michelin star. I have been there for lunch and dinner and it was convincing both times. The only thing I could comment negatively is the atmosphere. Actually it is very relaxed and nice and also the restaurant is clean and tasteful, but the street where bidlabu is located is not the prettiest location. Nevertheless, for the reasonable price and great food I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
100% vegan, nice food (and prices), super friendly staff - loved it! Extra tipp: try their cakes :)

I was there recently for brunch and loved everything about this place. The food, ambience and service, all were really amazing and it’s also very pocket friendly. Highly recommended.
I was there to celebrate a special occasion, the guy who assisted us were very nice and give his best to explain everything in English. We took a 5 Course meal my favorite was the Pulpo the presentation is good but what i notice is they used always the color green in every decorations, Some of the food are nice and the flavoring is good but the others was not that i want to.
Service was good for that guy who explain to us in English i will definitely give him the tip for being nice and patient explaining to us the food, some of the Waiter was a bit snobbish and not that friendly and lack of smile to the customers. They pacing was good and fast and deliver it on time.

Amazing food, all extremely tasty and generally everything was perfect until the end, when we arrived to paying, since our bill got wrong 3 times! I was ready to pay already when my partner noticed that extra wine was put on the bill. The waiter came back with the correction but an extra course was added. After he came back for the third time there was another bottle of water added. I want to believe that this was all done just by mistake or because the person was exhausted but it still left an unpleasant residue for us. Just make sure you double check your bill.

Alex, has one of the best breakfast brunchs! It's also quite affordable and worth it. I highly recommend it! The personnel are friendly and welcoming. It also has a nice view on the "Zeil" street.
A wonderful experience. I can’t believe that this little restaurant tucked in a small alley beautiful inside and just serves amazing great fresh food. The servers were very attentive and kind and was very much into explaining what type of food they are serving. Place is small, but cozy. Great atmosphere. Food just blew my mind. Definitely something worth visiting while in Frankfurt. Wine pairing was excellent. I got the tuna for starter and the fish of the day for my main meal with caviar, and their bread is to die for in the cheese spread that they serve you with the bread is amazing. Dessert amazing ! it was a lemon grass sorbet with rhubarb and buckwheat and they ended it with Madeline and cream. Just an excellent experience for dining.
Everything was tasty and the presentation is impressive. Fantastic bread. Several choices of dishes. Got one wine pairing for two people which was plenty. Loved the wines. Very expensive!!! It’s worth it. Highly recommend.
Visited on an afternoon; the location was maybe at 20% capacity. Food was priced relatively well, kind of a hit and miss, though. Our peach lemonade was really yummy. My gf had a schnitzel with mushroom sauce, which I liked a lot, my dish however was nowhere near as good and way too heavy on the garlic. My biggest issue, however, was the staff which we interact with, which was not great nor terrible. With the exception of our waitress who was rude, from the first words she spoke, seemed to have better things to do than take our order (she didn't bother to even looked us in the eye) and when asked what their lemonade options were, replied to us with: why didn't you just look at the menu. We also observed her being rude to another table with some guys who actually were very friendly and not at all troublesome (thought surprisingly, she seemed to be very friendly to another table of only women) I would have liked to come back and try different dishes as I usually do but with the quality of the service I witnessed and received it will be a long time before I am convinced to come back again.

We reserved a table and it went smoothly. We had an amazing seat on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Zeil. Dispute the place being quite packed the service was very quick and attentive the whole evening. We ordered our drinks and food and without less than 10 mins the drinks arrived and another 10 the food arrived. This drinks and food were amazing and the crispy chicken bowl is definitely to recommend. I even got a Cocktail Made that wasn’t on the menu (Cosmopolitan). Service was great, food was great and the location amazing.

I had Mocha coffee which tasted quite watery. The waffle was somewhat okay. There were enough waiters (from what I observed) but the service was still slow. Many tables were left with used plates and cutleries from the previous guests. It took me some time till I could order and also till my orders were served. Some reviews mentioned that the service here was unfriendly and yes, I agreed.
Had a wonderful time at Villa Merton with my husband to celebrate our third year anniversary. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, the service was professional and friendly. We had the surprise menu which was a truly pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the pork and prawn dish in particular. For a Michelin star restaurant the price was also very reasonable. We will definitely return in the future.
Very cozy atmosphere, and tasty food. Unfortunately they couldn't serve us breakfast at 11 when it stopped at 12. However, they explained that this was due to staff shortages at the time.
it's hard to find nice latin food in Germany. **For the standards of the country*** the place is great. The portions are good, the quality was nice and the meat was very well seasoned. The employees were really great and will advice you in case of doubt. The spicy sauces are good and adviced to order. Overall happy and would come back.
I have already visited their branch in Skyline plaza but I feel that this branch is better in terms of service. Really friendly staffs and great ambiance.

One of the best and most authentic Mexican restaurants i have ever visited. Big portions reasonable prices top service. Small menu but we enjoyed whatever we ordered. Do not miss and order margaritas
Visited Frankfurt for the first time and googled this restaurant. They only offered outdoor seating for lunch which was perfect match with the sunny day. It was a full house except for a couple of tables without sun umbrellas. The business lunch menu was pretty simple and reasonably priced. The melon soup really pleasantly surprised me. I will surely come when I visit the city again.
Villa Merton is a very lovely place. We had a 7 course dinner including 2 recommendations from the chef. Every course was special on its own. You could clearly see the effort behind it and there were no culinary bounderies. Each dish was a combination of different cultures, and it was spot on. Furthermore, the taste surprisingly changed and it was enhanced by the excellent choices of wine. It was indeed a unique experience, truly worthy of the michelin star.
In general, wonderful evening with amazing food. The service was also of quality. Will definitely come back! However, just two issues we had on the night: one of the servers forgot my cocktail and I had to reorder; and it was our 3rd anniversary and we did mention it when asked on the booking site, but nothing special was done. I think because the information was requested, a simple dessert plate with some writings would have made a great experience!
I was satisfied with the friendly service and cozy space. But I was embarrassed by the mixture of Asian and French food. I was embarrassed that the appetizer of Asian food turned into a dessert, and it was hard to eat wasabi because it was not real wasabi but instant wasabi. Of course i respect their interpretation. But I hope they study the meaning of the ingredients. And harmony is the most important virtue of Asian food. It's important to choose wine accordingly. I can understand this part because the interpretation of the taste of European and Asian food is different. Except for that, I was satisfied except for the fact that the tendons were chewed once.
Very delicious breakfast with high quality cold cuts and cheese. I saw many people came here to grab their coffee. Their sandwich is also another level. Food made with passion. Friendly service, nice ambience, family friendly.

I had the doner burger with fries & a vanilla milkshake & a watermelon cold tea. This place is amazing like I thought it would be. I went on Halloween day & they had it tricked out.

Amazing!!! Loved every single bit of that place! I forgot to take a picture of the dessert because I finished it in 2 minutes 😻 highly recommend! I had the cheese burger, chillie burger and the hot dog, ohhh also fries! Home made fries ❤️ go there now!

Location: Try Coffee is located in a pretty easy to reach area, between the dome and the river (more or less) :) it’s a super cozy and informal place, furnished with taste :) it’s a mix of "new but supposed to be vintage" furniture, modern kitchen equipment and black and white celebrities' pictures.
Food and drink: the coffee is really good, hadn't tried the food but it looks delicious!

Small and cozy little Mexican restaurant. It's out of the way where you wouldn't expect it but it always manages to be full, so definitely reserve ahead. Food is tasty although prices are a bit on the high end for the serving sizes(dinner for two with one alcoholic drink each and a shared appetizer 75€). By far the closes to good Mexican food in Frankfurt makes it worth it though. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, decor was very typical and the music have it a nice touch. Ask for specials or off the menu items; there is usually a couple. Enjoy!
