This place was recommended to me by a friend who have been living in LA for years, as a traveller in LA, I definitely had an enjoyable time in here.
Ordered several food items (tax and surcharge excluded) :
📍Le Noir ($14)
📍Hot Bailey's coffee ($12)
Food was great but slightly too sugary for me... Despite that the service and food display was superb!
In the end, I just couldn't resist to get the berries cake ($35) back home... Just wish that they could help to meet it at the fridge for a while when I am still enjoying my cake and coffee in the bar area...

Finally made it here. If you are in LA Eggslut is located in the LA version of NYCs Chelsea Market. I know this place opened years ago but I was shocked to see that there are still lines even so long after their launch date.
All the items we got here were delicious and well crafted on fresh Brioche Buns.
I ate this order so fast, I forgot to take pics! 🥲😀😆

if you come here, you have to get their hash browns. They’re better than the egg sandwiches themselves. Sooo good. I got the egg salad sandwich as well and although it was consumable I’d definitely stick to the more classic sandwiches …

I usually don’t write reviews unless a place truly stands out, and this one definitely does. I tried their Breakfast Egg Sandwich, and it was so delicious that I had to order another one. My friend wantes to try it as well so he order one for himself. The flavors were spot on, the ingredients fresh, and the service was awesome! This place absolutely deserves a 5/5. Highly recommend!

Bottega Louie is a delightful spot for a family lunch outing. We recently dined in and had a memorable experience from start to finish. Despite arriving at peak lunchtime, the wait for a table was a brief 5 minutes, which was quite impressive. Our meal was a culinary delight. We started with the Short Rib Raviolo, which was rich and flavorful. The Avocado & Chorizo Toast was a perfect blend of creamy and spicy, while the Portobello Fries added a delightful crunch. The Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
The guest room was fantastic, offering a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. The washroom was spotless, reflecting the overall cleanliness and attention to detail of the establishment. The atmosphere had a little noise, typical for a busy lunch hour, but it was perfectly cool and pleasant. The music system played cool sounds and an amazing playlist that added to the overall enjoyable experience.
Bottega Louie is a fair and reasonable place regarding prices, especially considering the quality of the food and service. It’s also incredibly kids-friendly, making it an ideal spot for family dining. The outdoor seating was beautifully decorated, adding an extra layer of charm to the dining experience.
The staff was active and super quick, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The manager was both handsome and professional, checking in on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Parking was plentiful, which is always a bonus in a busy area. Overall, Bottega Louie is a fantastic choice for a family lunch. With its delicious food, attentive service, and lovely ambiance, it’s a place we’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with avocado. It’s very delicious but a bit too salty for me. You would definitely need some water. I think it’s good for a try from time to time.
Not many drink options.
I dined in on a Saturday morning. It’s very busy and crowded. Also pretty hot during summer. Can not really get myself a seat in the shades so sat outside and sweat instead. I won’t really recommend if you are looking for a nice spot to chill and have some food

The portions are generous. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was so creamy and flavorful but don’t ever missed the soufflé ! it’s te signature definitely worthy for waiting

Top 10 most reviews restaurants in USA by Yelp? Best French dessert in Los Angeles! Came here many times for birthday and with friends.. delicious food! Fun atmosphere!!!

I love this place. Their clam chowder is amazing! Check which days they serve it. Salads are awesome. Drinks and wine very nice. I love the vibe of the place, classy yet casual and comfortable.

Delicious dessert and brunch! So many varieties of dessert, I would like to try different one next time! The service was phenomenal!
The dessert is somewhere between sour and sweet so I don’t get bored of eating the whole thing. The french toast was also on point, it tastes great even without the syrup.

Eggslut at Grand Central Market in LA
If you find yourself in Downtown LA and need a quick, delicious breakfast, Eggslut inside the Grand Central Market is the perfect spot. This place is ideal for grabbing a quick bite, especially if you're in a hurry. The menu is short but efficient, focusing on mouthwatering sandwiches that are great for on-the-go dining 🥪.
We tried the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich with extra avocado, and it was spectacular. The flavors blended perfectly, making it a standout choice 🥑. We also sampled the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. While it was delicious, it had a bit too much bacon for my taste, though bacon lovers might find it just right 🥓.
For tourists, Eggslut is a fantastic place to grab a quick and satisfying breakfast before exploring the city. The orange juice wasn't the best I've had, but it was okay and did the job 🍊.
Overall, Eggslut offers a quick, tasty, and convenient breakfast option at Grand Central Market. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's worth a stop to fuel up for the day ahead 🍳😊.

Love their BEC sandwich! egg it’s perfectly cooked, just make sure you get ketchup on the side if you’re gonna get it cause they load you up on it! Their coffee is one of the best in the area. Kinda sad they only have one size. The orange juice is fresh as well. Service is good, great place overall!!

Went there for breakfast. The place itself it’s easy on the eyes. However it’s very loud. I actually had to move tables because the table next to me (they’re put very close together) was being really loud in their conversation. Skip to the food, they serve you bread and butter but it’s cold :/. I had the French toast which was actually pretty good! They fruit was fresh and the compote was delicious! The sweetness and tartness was nicely balanced. It doesn’t come with whip cream but get it you won’t regret it. Coffee skip it and get something else.

This is such an incredible place! The building itself is beautiful but that is just to house all of the beautiful things inside!
The patisserie is amazing. I had the celebration cake with strawberry jelly, vanilla sponge, whipped cream and a mirror glaze with macarons as garnish.

The egg sandwiches were good and the egg was super runny. Their biscuits were amazing, very flaky and their hash-browns were different and not oily, everything tasted fresh. And they have freshly juiced orange juice.

It was probably the busiest place in the market and always busy. I came with a high expectation with all the positive reviews, though the food wasn't disappointing, I'm not too sure about all the hype about this place either. The food was good, but not amazing that I would wait an hour for a sandwich.

Ordered their french toast with fruits together with brewed coffee and both were amazing. My favorite part was the raspberry compote that went with my order, which was not too tart nor too sweet. The staff were also accommodating and the tables were elegantly adorned with fresh flower arrangements.

An amazing restaurant located close to Little Tokyo, this restaurant offers an elegant menu with high quality ingredients. The staff is amazing, the food was delicious, and the cocktails the perfect amount of alcohol in them. Definitely one of my top restaurants to recommend!

Americano is a modest, cozy place surrounded by a lot of trendier, pricier restaurants. I appreciated the big portions and reasonable prices. We just thought that the ahi tuna salad dressing was a bit sweet but that's up to your preference. The atmosphere of this restaurant made me want to drink beer and whiskey.

The food is Amazing!!! The jerk Chicken is my go too, but everything is Delicious! Friendly people with great service, I Love this spot, I drive 45min just to eat here! 💚

Walking into Redbird Restaurant felt like stepping into a cozy culinary haven where every corner whispered promises of delightful flavors and unforgettable moments. From the moment we were greeted, the staff showered us with genuine warmth and impeccable service, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining adventure. Our taste buds were first seduced by the crudo, where the buttermilk sauce played a tantalizing role, leaving us craving more with each heavenly bite. The Chawanmushi was a revelation, a delightful surprise that made us wonder why it's not a staple on every menu. And oh, the black bass! It was like a love letter to seafood lovers, each forkful a symphony of tender, melt-in-your-mouth perfection, perfectly complemented by the earthy goodness of Brussels sprouts. Redbird is a sanctuary for food enthusiasts, a place where every dish tells a story.
P. S. I tried Casablanca coctail but didn’t like (I’m also not a coctail person)

The moment you step into Akee Bamboo, you're greeted with vibrant Jamaican vibes, from the colorful décor that echoes the island's spirited culture to the warm, welcoming smile of the cashier, Lauren.
The star of the menu has to be the generous Jerk Chicken plate, a dish that truly captures the essence of traditional Jamaican cuisine. Another gem! The pastrami was my choice, and I loved it. But the BREAD is the true STAR. It's served on a baguette that they full bake there. I also loved the tomatillo soup. It was flavorful without being spicy. You won't be disappointed!

We hit up this spot for brunch inside a cool, old church, and honestly, it was awesome! The vibe was just as you'd expect - super chill and unique. Tried the pumpkin pancake, and it was bomb - tasty but not too sweet, with a nice kick from the pumpkin seeds. The beef dish was tender, flavorful, and just right. Definitely going back to check out dinner next time!

By far the most busiest place in the Central Market. Decided to give it a try to see what the hype was about. It was late Friday afternoon and the line up was wrapped around the corner. Waited about 20 mins before I got to the cashier to order a bacon egg sandwich and an egg. Tasted alright but nothing special.

Fresh cut fries, top 3 in the city! Consistent & amazing staff that always makes you feel welcome. Neighborhood pub feel, but also a great destination for visitors looking for a good bar with good food. Patio is social and location is prime if trying to hit a few different spots around the WeHo area.

We were excited to try this place out as we are Lakers season tix holders and are tired of the LA Live options. The atmosphere is great! The food we ordered was actually good or had potential, except the Ceasar salad. It may have been ok when it was first made, but as we sat for 25 minutes after ordering without our server even coming by and asking if we needed another drink watching several tables around us that ordered way after us get their food, I finally flagged her down. I asked why the salad wasn't brought out yet, and she basically said, oh I thought you'd wanted everything at once. Obviously, this server has very little experience and wasn't trained properly. As a former restaurant owner, server/bartender myself and trainer, I told her, almost everyone wants soup/salad/appetizers 1st. And I wanted to tell her, it's not impressive to not write orders down because most servers get something wrong, but I refrained from schooling her. But she should ALWAYS ask how the guest wants the food to come out, especially when they order several items. The Ceasar salad was wilted, warm, tasteless and really an embarrassing item. You should just take it off the menu if your staff can't make it how you created it and if it's going to sit in the back to become mush. But the dressing itself was tasteless, absolutely no hint of poblanoes or a proper Ceaser dressing. So that was a disappointing beginning of our meal.
And I was right, the server who thinks it's impressive to not write down details of an order, got our order wrong. We clearly ordered a half baguette and she even asked twice, so a full or half and we both said, half, but we got a full and we're charged for a full. Despite this mistake, the hot pastrami baguette was really good. We also ordered the pastrami Flatbread. It has potential but was a soggy mess. I had to eat the toppings and throw away the wet n soggy crust. Again, this is poor execution, not bad taste. One thing as a former chef, I'd suggest not putting super thick slices of tomatoes on the bottom. Also, crisp up the pastrami a bit because maybe it was also contributing to the sogginess. You should also maybe bake the Flatbread to a more crisp state, then top it. But again, it probably sat in the back waiting for other items as nothing on it was hot or even warm, my added egg on top was cooked to death, hard yolk, also weird a chef or cook would serve that. Flavors were there, but poorly executed, so so soggy flatbread.
We ordered a side of fries, which were the best thing we had. They were hot, crispy, not greasy and perfect. The side of fried chicken had good flavor, but the breading was all falling off. As a seasoned fried chicken fryer, I will tell you, this is from excessive moisture before frying. You guys gotta start over on the breading process. What you're doing is not right. After I brine my chicken, I dry it and if I dip in egg batter or a batter of some type, I will still dip the pieces of chicken in a little flour and sit them on a wire rack and let them dry out a bit either on the counter for 15-20 min if I'm ready to fry or in a fridge, then I let the chicken sit for 15 min so I don't try to deep fry super cold chicken. But your breading has to be dry, needs a bit of time to dry out before you fry in oil or all your breading will fall off, which is what happens to your chicken. I read a few other reviews with the same complaint.
The last thing that was super odd and uncomfortable was that when you pay, the server just brings you this credit card machine. No check, just a total. I am never going to feel comfortable paying $100+ bill without seeing it, even if it was $25, I want to see my check. This is obnoxious and honestly a very unethical way to ask diners to pay. You're put in an uncomfortable situation and even when we asked for the check the server acted like we were the obnoxious ones! As long as this is how you run this business, I won't be coming back to give it another try. It's just wrong, and I know others must feel the same.

Quick service. Great for large group with different tastes.

This was a fantastic meal. Food was fresh and delicious. Loved the menu and selections! It is expensive but a great experience. Would go again.
Atmosphere was really nice and enjoyable. Potions were large for this type of restaurant. It was slightly loud for those with hearing problems.

I can’t speak for dinner but for brunch this a top tier brunch spot. Everything was good and they’re really trying to push to give you the best food and service possible. They do something different with their mimosas, I’m not exactly sure they explained it to me but after a few I have forgotten just know they’re perfect. Don Flamenco grapefruit drink is also amazing. All the food was truly exceptional. The blueberry pancakes are huge ! The bacon is so smoky and perfect. The frittata and egg sandwich were both great also. I even posted a pic of the ice cubes cause they’re perfect 😂. Also the atmosphere with the service is just so fire. The roof opens up when it’s nice out. Such a dope vibe. You can’t miss if you come here. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Came here for the valentine day dinner which was extended for the week. What a great idea. The food is to die for! Everything we had was better than the next dish. This is a must try place! Come hungry! The staff is fantastic too. Super nice and attentive.

Redbird in Los Angeles offers a phenomenal dining experience with a visually stunning interior. The culinary journey is exceptional, featuring masterfully prepared dishes bursting with flavor. The attentive staff adds to the positive experience. Highly recommended for those seeking outstanding cuisine and a chic ambiance.

Came here for some Jamaican food after the MLK parade. It's a nice little restaurant. And the food was really good. Shared a beef patty with my buddy and I had the curry chicken wrap. Service was friendly and quick. Will come back.

Love the decor, love the atmosphere but the service was mediocre and the food was not tasty... The only thing I really love from today's brunch was the coffee.
I ordered chicken and corn waffle. The chicken was super dry and lack of flavor. The breading did not stay on the chicken. I had a really hard time chewing and swallowing the chicken. The corn waffle was a bit soggy and mushy. Would be a lot better if the waffle was crisper. The only good yummy part of this dish was the arugula salad.
My boyfriend ordered the corn beef sandwich on rye bread. Very standard sandwich. A bit heavy on the sauerkraut but it's OK. The clam chowder was good.
Service was a bit lacking in my opinion. We normally would tip 18% but since the server only came by to take our order, to serve the food. They did not come by to see if we are doing good or need anything else, I especially told my boyfriend to tip 15%. But the check only have 20%, 25% and 30% option on it. My boyfriend had to pick other and tip as we seem fit.
With all the reviews I think maybe having lunch or dinner may be a better choice than brunch.

Very tasty brunch selection and nice outdoor patio.

Pretty decent jamaican restaurant with authentic jamaican food and snacks.. their red peas vegetable soup was exceptional, got the oxtail with rice and peas, speak vegetables and plantain also the brown stew tilapia with rice and peas with steam veg, the soup was A1, the oxtail was okay, and the brown stew tilapia I was expecting a whole fish but it was only 1 fillet which really wasn't enough meat for the meal but overall the experience and food was good.

The oxtail was delicious and the salad was good too. Portions were large. We split an oxtail for two. The flavors were off the charts. And a great way to end an afternoon of walking and shopping through Leimart park.

This restaurant was a church so the interior was very detailed and beautiful. The drinks were ok. For appetizers, we liked the Parker roll with the date butter and chicken liver mousse. Not a fan of the Chawanmushi as there were many flavors and textures that did not go well together. The lamb belly and pork chops were tender and flavorful.

My brother and I came here after a concert. It was a bit busy with most of the tables outside being filled with parties of 4 or 5, but the inside was fairly quiet. Service was a bit slow to start—in all honesty the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and all over the place, despite there not being many people there (maybe there’s just been a big rush?). That said, the food came very quickly after we ordered.
We ordered the Togarashi and Southwest chicken sandwiches, and a burrata appetizer. The food was white good overall. The chicken was very fresh and juicy, the flavors in the sandwiches were well-balanced, and the burrata and cherry tomatoes were delicious.
It was definitely good, but not something that rocked our worlds. Definitely not a bad choice when looking for some late-night eats in the LA Arts District.

It was my first time eating Jamaican food and it was really delicious and different, the staff were so nice and kind. I got a curry goat dish with coconut water super delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

It's very good. I think a little pricey for what you get though. We have a combo Jerk chicken, curry goat and rice & peas. Coupled with, wings, 2 patties and root beer, around $70 so not sure. Worth a try for sure, the flavour alone is great.

Huge portions and the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. It’s even better than the food I had in Jamaica. The vegan options are ridiculously delicious and the portion sizes are huge. We had the small boxes and it was enough to food us twice each. Also the hot apple and spicy melon ginger beers are a solid 11/10. Takes a bit of time to recover the food but the wait is well worth it.

Hip and stylish place in the arts district. They have a decent happy hour Mon-Fri 3-6. The food and drinks are great. Service was ok. There's street parking but you might have to walk a block or two.

Enjoyed coming here for brunch with friends. The food and drinks were good along with the service. It was a Sunday and the vibe typically matches the crowd and football was on. Parking is a nightmare you will need to feed a meter. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

Nice! The tempura cauliflower appetizer is sufficient size for a meal. It was a delightful pairing with the sweet and tangy dipping sauce. The lettuce wrapped Korean BBQ steak with jalapeños were amazing! Nice atmosphere, not too busy- for a Sunday afternoon meal.

A cheap and cheerful neighborhood bar with good happy hour specials. The food here is surprisingly better than you would expect. Stand out menu items include buffalo sliders and the quesadilla. Happy hour runs from 4 PM to 7 PM. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Very good service.

We haven't been to this place in over a decade. After rediscovering their excellent bites and handcrafted cocktails, we highly recommend this place. Mac and cheese please!!! Ginger sips alongside of fish tacos w/ avocado is always the way to go. Bar food at its finest. Long live The Belmont.

Great spot for American food, I enjoyed a nice brunch with a variety for vegetarians, but not so much for vegans. Good atmosphere with a very nice outdoor seating area. Would recommend for groups of friends.
