It can be a bit crowded sometimes. Staff is nice. It took them 10-15 min just to bring my fresh coconut, so 4 stars for that. We had a mixed seafood platter for two, and it was quite good.

My partner and I booked two nights in Ubud and happened to stumble across this absolute gem. As a chef I tend to be rather picky with my food and I can hand on heart say that the food here was incredible, the best I've had in Bali. The prices are very decent and the quality is outstanding. The staff were extremely accommodating, I wanted the satay chicken but with tofu instead, this was no and they were more than happy to help.

It was our last night in Bali and we are glad we had our meal at Tropical! The food was delicious and the services was excellent! They accommodated my dad’s birthday and surprised him with a delicious dessert! My family and I would definitely go back again!

Open air restaurant with refreshing drinks and yummy Asian and Indonesian offerings. The ice is made with mineral water so it is safe. We favor the Kung Pow chicken, crispy chicken rolls, and Indonesian soup. The club sandwich is nicely prepared but not much chicken in the serving. The fries were hor and crisp. They also have live acoustic music that adds a nice touch.

Amazing food. Lasagna was unreal. The house salad is so filling and tasty. 10/10. Upstairs seating on terrace is quiet.

We had the most amazing meal here! I am not vegan but the raw vegan food tasted better than the ‘regular’ dishes. Their SOL salad bowl has the most diverse and incredible flavors. I highly recommend eating here!

The smoothies and healthy blends were very fresh! Also the fried rice has a nice and smokey flavor, not too salty. Soto ayam also very nice! Very friendly service, just a nice place to eat in general when visiting Ubud temple. Would definitely come back in the future :)

This is the 5th time I've eaten here and I absolutely LOVE the food. (And I'm not vegan). It's by far the best raw vegan place in Ubud. I'm obsessed with the 'warm' gnocchi dish and the passionfruit cheesecake is a must have! If you just go for just one thing, have the cheesecake.

I've only had the 'Love Living' green juice each time and it was so good - not too sweet. There's a huge selection of great juices and smoothies.

The only thing I would like them to improve is the friendliness of staff. I know that Balinese people can by shy and reserved but here they come across as a little unfriendly.

People have commented that portions are small and they are, BUT the food is very filling - you don't need a huge portion.

Do note that it's preferred that you remove your shoes and not wear them in the restaurant. (Normal in some stores and other places).

Try it here at least once, you'll experience a mouth explosion of flavour.

Unfortunately we had this experience. We came here because of the reviews. The place it’s lovely. They have even life music. But the waitresses are do slow. We were waiting to be served 30-40 min. Tom yam soup was average. We ordered a seafood plater. For 200000 we were sure that it will be enough for 3 of us. Unfortunately it is not enough even for two. So we ordered extra 200 gr of mussels. 700000 and we left hungry. I asked twice for the bill. Some people just didn’t like to work

I eat almost every day here for a month and I really love the food & beautiful vibe here. Since 2018, whenever I come to Ubud, this is my go to place. Staff is always nice and welcoming. I am so picky when it comes to food and this place is 5/5 in terms of food quality, taste and cleanliness. I love their pancakes, smoothie bowls, desserts and especially coconut yogurt with raspberry puree and palm nectar. Plus, they have amazing choices of beverages. If you are vegan (or not), you will feel blessed eating here.

Explosion of taste, so satisfying! And healthy! Highly recommend. I totally zoned out enjoying my raw Peperoni pizza and chocolate cake 😁 Such a variety of food to choose from, tonic bar, lovely & interesting ambience, fabulous staff. Best raw vegan I had so far in Bali. Fast wifi. (Note: dont serve coffee. But the food might stimulate enough 😆)

The key words are raw and vegan. If you are looking for such food then this might be it for you.

This is not my taste, I ordered samosa which was served with raw spinach, green leaves? The pancake was the thinnest ever served with raw banana… not what I expected from a pancake.

It did not fill my tummy and the price is neither cheap.

The drink tasted funny, something with basil, I just didn’t enjoy the things I ordered

Very fresh food. Service takes a little while but the flavour combinations are divine. Raw vegan desserts were some of the best I’ve had.
