کنافه های عالی دارن،

The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere and interior design. Other than that, the service is poor and we didn’t get our food after 40 minutes of ordering it. We wanted to call the staff but they were indifferent and ignored us. Hence, we left the place and nobody bothered to even check with us and ask why we’re leaving.

Delicious croissant and late. Kind and friendly staff and a good vibe. Tables are good for working or reading and music is good

ما برای صرف صبحانه رفتیم و خب اطلاع نداشتیم که سرو صبحانه ندارن😅 و خب از منو بیکری و نوشیدنی سفارش دادیم، که خیلی عالی بود کیکشونم بینهایت تازه و خوشمزه بود. کافه قشنگیه در کل پیشنهاد میشه. فقط کاش صبحانه رو اضافه کنن

An excellent restaurant in Mashhad, Iran. Good food, resealable prices, and good staff. One problem though. It is an open seating so if the weather is cold make sure to dress heavy😶‍🌫️

کافه خوب با قیمتهای خوب با فضای عالی داخل پاساژ ارمیتاژ

قهوه، سالاد، برگر، پیتزا، تیرامیسو، چای، براونی، کاپ کیک، کوکی و ..... همه چی خیلی خوشمره بود

خیلی شلوغه
برای صرف صبحانه امدیم
صبحانه ترکی سفارش دادیم
خیلی معطل شدیم
و در عین حال سرویس دهی خیلی خوب نیست
تیپ پ قیافه پرسنل همه مشکی پوش ، با گوشواره و تیپ لشی
صدای موزیک بوم بوم بلند و داخل سر
حجاب تقریبا تعطیله

فضای سبز معمولی رو به داغون
سیستم گرمایشی تابشی که جای ما خاموش بود

اینجا سیگار میکشن و فضا در هم امیخته است

چای‌هاشون واقعا متفاوت و خوش طعمه

پلنگ خونه‌ست قشنگ، همه نابلد و ناوارد. برخورد بد و افتضاح!!!

I have been there several times for gatherings. The only positive point is the view. Service? Just terrible! The personnel? They behave in an arrogant way! As if it's them who pay, not you!
The last time, we had been shivering the whole time and when we asked them to change our table, they refused. The best place of the cafe is for the smokers! After we paid and asked for the check, we had been standing there for almost half an hour and they couldn't just print the check!!! Finally, one by one, we said what we had ordered. Finally, they gave us a new check with a different price!!!!! And they were too rude to at least admit their mistake or apologize!!!!

Cashier charged us extra and we had to go back in order to get a refund. I seams it was intentional.

فضای کافه وایب خوبی داره
اگر دنبال جایی هستید که زندگی توش در جریان باشه حتما گزینه ی مناسبی هست.
نور زیاد، فضای بزرگ با رنگ های سرد و صدای آدمها که در حال صحبت کردن هستن حالتون رو جا میاره.
قهوه هاشون خوبه و از همه مهم تر برخورد پرسنل که خیلی محترمانه و عالیه

فضای خوب و قدیمی گونه ای داره .‌به سبک کافه های قدیمی تهران که تو فیلما دیدیم ... کیفیت محصولاتشون چه نوشیدنی و چه کنافه ها خوب بود .

پرسنل افتضاحی داره از نظر اخلاقی برای بچهام بیکری میگرفتم کیفیت قهوه بشدت اومده پایین

We've been there for about 1 or 2 times, at the first time, We went there like 9 am, so it wasn't too busy, and we ordered, but the second time was nightmare. We reserved a table for my mom birthday, and everything was cool until one of the managers came and said, "Can you please leave the cafe?". We were like what, and the behavior of that manager wasn't cool, you know what I'm saying. But finally, after so much talking, they take back their word and let us celebrate my mom's birthday.

Took a while to find the restaurant but it's on the sixth floor of the mall next to the Koosanghi park. It's located next to the cinema.
The atmosphere is amazing. We went at night as a group of 10. Some ordered burgers which was average, just like all of Iran. But their medium cooked steak was out of this world. Amazing.
And of course the view over the park is amazing.

Lovely decor and atmosphere, great views. We only went for a morning cappuccino which was ok and nicely served but didn't come with a small cookie on the side which we are used to at these prices. Would be nice to go there for a meal.

It was a fantastic experience. I ordered herbal tea and french fries with cheese for my appetizer and chicken steak for my main meal, it was incredibly delicious 😋; besides this, their service was excellent. As I’m a foreign traveller in this country their staff act amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Mind blowing atmosphere with great attentive staff. The food quality on the other hand wasn’t that great and they ran out of options for breakfast. I Hope they could fix this soon .

فضا، اردها و برخورد پرسنل خیلی خوب بود، هرچند وعده‌ی صبحانه نداشتن و محیط پیاده‌رو
هم برپا نبود اما راضی بودم. نمیدونم برای دیگران چقدر مهمه اما من وقتی کافه‌ای میرم که ظرف‌ها و فنجون‌هاشون خوشگله لذت میبرم و کافه جریان در این زمینه نسبتا باسلیقه بود👍

It is fantastic place to have breakfast for earlybirds. They open at 7 a.m in the morning so good place to meet my friend before going to work.

A cafe with excellent service level and quality, but it is very crowded which makes the quality go down! The prices are also very expensive, it can be said that it is twice the price of similar places

Simply the best cafe restaurant in Mashad.
The atmosphere is mind blowing!!
The personel and staff will give the best services, I have never seen anything like it in any cafe in mashhad.
The asked us afew times if we needed anything and if we liked our coffee. It was brilliant and thoughtful!
They politely ask you if they can serve your coffee. They have your back which gives your the best feeling ever! They really make you feel welcomed there..
The atmosphere is so amazing it isn't fake like some Cafes in mashad it is very real and the decoration really stands out! The lights are placed perfectly to light up the whole place! You can also view some palm trees there.
One thing to mention here is that the prices are similar to high end Cafes in mashad with the difference that this cafe keeps you staisfied for what you pay! Keep this in mind.
We thought there wouldn't be any breakfast in the menu since we asked them a day before we went there, but then they said they have fresh croissant, I think it was one of those croissants that have fillings inside them, like meat, fresh vegetables and cheese but we didn't test that,iam sure its something really nice that is on their menu.
The menu is also scannable with the QR code on each table.
The tables were really clean and was nicely set! Also the chair had a cushion which was very comfortable.
The whole place felt new and clean like it has been cleaned atheist once every day.
The only thing which stayed on my mind is that are they going to offer another place for smokers or the smoking area is going to be mixed with the non smoking area in the yard! This is just my concern because I did say the ash tray on our table too! So I would only suggest that they divide the smoking area with non smoking in the yard if it is mixed together.
I would definitely visit this place again to check if everything is going to stay this way. there will be other reviews too so keep up the good work guys! ;)

جاش خیلی باحاله ولی من پیتزاشونو دوست نداشتم

کافه کوچیکه خییلی کوچیک ولی واقعا دلچسبه

Relatively good cafe... Their espresso machine and equipment are professional, but I wouldn't say I liked the taste of the coffee. The Americano was acceptable, but the taste of cappuccino was not my favorite at all.

ما رفتیم از برخورد نامناسب صندوقدار اومدیم بیرون و غذا سفارش ندادیم

برخورد پرسنل و خدمت رسانی افتضاح بود! نصف صبحانه ها موجود نبود و صبحانه خودمون هم خیلی دیر اوردن

طعم ولا اروع ونظافه فووول

من باقلوا بستنی سفارش دادم به شدت بد بود
داخل ظرفای شله زرد دو تیکه باقلوا کوچیک گذاشته بودن روشم یه قاشق بستنی ریخته بودن
به معنای واقعی کلمه افتضاح

بسیار کنافه هاشون خوش طعم بود و پرسنل باادب و خوش برخوردی داشت. محیط کافه بسیار صمیمی و جالب بود و تم قدیمی داشت. بهداشت هم به خوبی رعایت می شد.

Very polite and caring staff, delicious food (but not all of them). I like pizzas and pasta.

کیفیت و قیمت مناسبی داره محیطشم بد نیست برای تولد و برنامه‌های مختلف فضای کافی رو دارن.
نوشیدنی مخصوص بارتندر رو هم بهتون پیشنهاد میکنم‌ و میلک شیک های بهتری نسبت به بقیه دارن.
