Very good coffee quick service clean area didnt eat so cant comment
Indian lady on her phone was rude when being served by her absolutely rude customer service and will not be comming here again
Just want to say that they are doing a good job and everytime I go there they serve me well. The customer service is absolutely fabulous. I don't have a problem with them and the atmosphere is so warming and friendly. I love going there

Person taking the order was not paying attention. Ordered what she thought I wanted! Service was slow. Paninni was awful. Not going back. Later that day l ordered 2 vegan burgers, a large chips and gravy from local deli and WOW! EXACT SAME COST BUT VASTLY DIFFERENT QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE!
Good service, looks clean. Food was awesome 👌 just need to tweek the ordering system to allow for custom ordering, but I will be back ... 😀

Best banh mi I have ever tried. The roast pork roll is delicious.
The owners are lovely. The guy and woman welcomes a smile and says hi to everyone that walks in a conversates. Their food came out so quickly and their Bahn Mihs are only like 8.50$ and 9.50$. It came out so quickly it was Insane. Good hangout secret hangout spot with Frans. Too not crowded pretty nice. Overall 10/10 experience Please go there 🤍🤍🤍
Love getting food from here. Very tasty and great service. It's about a 20 minute drive from my home but worth it every time.

Steve provides fast and friendly services. Its a great place to relax with vanilla slice and latte coffee.

Best Bahn mi and pork buns I’ve had in Perth. Great service, had the roast pork Bahn mi for lunch 2 days in a row.

Very expensive coffee and I couldn't enjoy very much. In my view prices we can get similar quanity coffe from city(quality popular shops) are cheaper than this. Also cup is not muffin break branded or so.
Fantastic find. Best food and friendly service and I'm recognised and my usual breakfast order remembered. I also obtain lunch on occasions, and the food is absolutely delish (pun intended).
Me and my Family have been eating here for over a year now, the food never fails to impress us, the taste is amazing, and definitely worth it to eat here. My favourite dish is easily the Qabuli, featuring an insanely tender and delicious lamb shank with rice and veggies

Such a pathetic service 1/10, staff is sỗ misbehaving and they even mixed food as per their choice and looting people. Not recommended

Worst experience ever at any food point. Took more than 45 mins to cook, then served the wrong order and claimed it was the right one.
They don’t act as professionals and service was very bad and food quantity was very low. They mixed food as they wished and they are not recommended
This is our absolute favourite lunch bar! Great family owned business that are super friendly and helpful. They always look after us and have no issues taking our large orders for our business. The variety of food options is fantastic, affordable and tastes great! Everything is made fresh and event catering is also available.
Used to be a restaurant even still serving the restaurant menu but looks like switching to grocery store.
I had the loveliest afternoon tea here with my parents this afternoon. The service from Sabrina and the other staff was wonderful. The carrot cake was the best carrot cake we've ever had. The coffee and tea were also delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Ayra was one of our favourite venues for dinner buffet. We went to this place so many times. Things were becoming worse with time, but last time we were there, it was such an embarassment. With a heavy heart, I must say this would be our last visit.
Made a booking for 4 people three days earlier. Was told all good. When showed up, we were told they would be late to serve; they were still setting up tables etc. The buffet area has moved to a different location. No signage, no direction, no nothing. After 45mins of waiting, we were told they were hosting a private party, and the venue was full. They offered us a table at a corner. Waited for another 20 minutes, no food was served. After waiting for more than an hour with two young kids, we left Arya without food.
Called a neighbouring restaurant that offers similar buffet meal, they accepted us straightaway. When we showed up to the other restaurant 15 mins later, foods were ready, and we received a warm welcome. Such a contrast!!! We don't go to a restaurant simply for foods. We go for experience. A terrible traumatic experience at Arya.

Ordered chicken kebab, they didn't have satay sauce on the board but was able to accommodate when I asked. Also best price around!

This place is awesome ! The meat puffs are the best anywhere ... I make a special trip just to go here. The rolls are packed full..the strips are great too.. Exceptional Quality and Value for money ...Thank you

I went in this lunch bar before. I wanted to try the wonton soup advertised on the board outside. But that day I was late, after 2 pm, the soup was not available anymore. That day I got rice paper rolls and they were great.
Then second time I was in time for the chicken wonton soup, and this is the best I ever had.
Real chicken stock from a fresh made chicken soup, and even pieces of chicken left in it. I got seven wontons in the soup, and they were so good! You can have it with chilli as well. I do not favour coriander but few leaves in this soup just made it tastier! The place is so clean the display case is shining (much cleaner than most of lunch bars that I go for lunch). They serve quickly, and everything is made fresh. They also have a variety of rolls, salads, and sandwiches.
The man that served my soup said that is the boss speciality and a very popular dish.
I believe it’s Vietnamese chicken wonton soup.
This wonton soup just moved on the top of my list.👌

not too bad you pay a little more for the service but the food is hot exactly as described and delivered with a smile.extensive menu fresh and healthy options available
Quick & friendly service. Clean and well lit. Situated inside Centro Maddington shopping centre.
Tables were cleaned between customers.
Food was tasty and frappes were nice. We had toasted Turkish panini from the cabinet. Quite a few menu options to choose from as well. Cakes in cabinet also looked good.
