Purchased 4 bagels this morning and they were excellent. Wait was reasonable despite a long line. Would recommend the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel. Be prepared to pay a bit more then a fast food restaurant but the quality difference is notable.

Small place but what a great find! The breakfast sandwiches were fantastic (ordered the ADK Hangover on jalapeno cheddar bagel) and the drinks were amazing. The cafe mocha, iced coffee, and Wake Me Up smoothie were all on point. Apparently they are known for their BLT's but we left town right after breakfast. We'll definitely be going back for lunch next time we visit the area. Awesome place!

Excellent service and awesome coffee and BLTE! If you love bacon, you will not be disappointed.

First time here, and not the last. Friendly.
The only negative I have is they only accept cash and they don't display prices. Besides that, the food is amazing.

Stop in if you haven't been in awhile or like myself, visiting from another part of the state.

Thursday 10:30am. Packed full of customers, which is a good sign to me.
Quickly took the order and cashed me out.
Within a few short minutes, I received my bagel: a toasted Raisin w strawberry spread..

Toasted just enough with a healthy serving of spread, LOTS,, just how I like it.

Will be back to try some other options.

No indoor dining at this time, not sure why but will guess short staffed: enough to close the seating area. If this is the case, good choice. Use the employees that want to work, to help get the customers taken care of. Which gets them 5 stars!!

Just phenomenal bagels . We ate here today and this has been my favourite breakfast by far on our visit to the US ! Reccomended:)

Nasty rude young girl at the counter. Heard her get snippy with a few customers, then laugh about it with an older coworker (woman/cook). Here's some unsolicited advice for Cool Beans...lose the immature bad attitude chick before you start losing customers.
Food/coffee is overpriced and the coffee is lukewarm most of the time...which you might be able to deal with if the customer service was better and evenly applied to all customers, not just the "regulars". Save yourself the frustration and a few bucks - and get your breakfast/lunch elsewhere.
BTW - this is a cash only business - a la pre 1970's. SMH.

Great customer service! The Lox Spread on salted bagel was amazing. You can really taste the freshness in everything they make. Took some pastries and specialty cream cheeses home to the Berkshires because everything was so good the first time! I also highly recommend the dill pickle cream cheese! Thank You, Lox of Bagels and Moor! We’ll definitely be back next year!

Garlic bagel with maple walnut cream cheese has consistently been the best bagel here for as long as I've been coming

Meh. Went there once a few years ago and everything was fine. Today things were different. Lunch for 2: $26 for 2 sandwiches and 2 cans of coke/seltzer. EVERY TIME we tried to talk to order, the other person there started the blender. It honestly felt like a sitcom skit. It literally would have taken 30 seconds to pause what they were doing until we finished ordering.

Sandwiches were supposed to come with bagel chips, but we had to ask. Oops, they were out, so they poured us some store bought wavy chips (lays? walmart?).
The chips were great.

The sandwiches were good; but will not be going back.

Save yourself! Go to McDonalds, and I hate McDonalds. The owner was sliding around on the floor from all the grease accumulation at 8:30AM, so you know no one is cleaning.

Everything is fake. The place looks quaint, but it is achieves with plastic decor and tourist trap items.

My americano was luke warm at best. I don't even know how that is achieved. The flavor tasted off, like there was a chemical flavoring residue when brewed.

Everything they're selling is purchased from Walmart.

They're also CASH ONLY.

I usually come here and the bagels are pretty good. I went here the other day and ordered a turkey sandwich…terrible. Very sloppy. I also ordered and egg sandwich which was sooo thin. I forgot to order my coffee so I went back in ordered my coffee and it was cold. They said they had no more fresh coffee. I asked to put it in the microwave….still cold and with an attitude. Btw this cup of coffee was 4.25$. Ridiculous! No more.

Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches, they have the best bagels. I have tried multiple different flavors of their smoothie and have never been disappointed. So yummy, highly recommend

Let’s be real bagels are bagels. They are decent but I have to say, for as popular as people make this place out to be around here I don’t really understand why it’s hard to upkeep the place. I’ve lived seconds from this place for years now and I would never come here because it looks extremely dumpy from the outside and the plywood around the front windows and rotting wood trim makes it that much worse. I normally would not give this sorta review about the looks of a place but when they still won’t let people sit and eat anymore because of the mere fact they won’t fix the public restroom in order to pass regulations all while the owners still getting new land rovers and other expensive vehicles every couple years blows my mind. Talk about putting the bare minimum back into your business.
Your business clearly has great potential to grow into something even better, do something great for your business for once.

My favorite the Bev on sunflower seeds bagel with cream cheese and bacon. Just enough cream cheese and crispy bacon. Added the Berry Fusion Smoothie with fresh tasting strawberries and blueberries. Super treat!

A little bit of a wait in line but it kept moving. Good selection of bagels and sandwiches. Great customer service. Probably the single best bagel sandwich I've ever had. Kept it simple with ham egg and cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel and my God... That was yummy. My coffee was about room temperature but other than that, it was delicious. Definitely going to try to get back.
